Snippped and bolded by me.

Multiple anonymous tips?! I'm guessing that locals to IN knew she was involved with PF and with the news about the cellphone ping, they suspected something? But would that be enough for "multiple" people to call in a tip?

Was she indiscreet about her involvement?

Very curious about the multiple tips received about IN.

jmo
If her friends knew she was going to visit him for Thanksgiving that may have been one reason they called in tips.

Custody is denied to people who have visited with the child on a regular basis, routinely. That's far from the only factor in deciding what's best for the child.

From what I have seen, whoever has the most money for an attorney, especially one that is well established and connected in the local legal community usually wins, unless there is outrageous evidence against the party.

Whoa. That's interesting. That suggest to me there's an inkling that family could be involved in the criminal case.

And the longer the Berreths retain custody the harder it will be to change that.
Would the Berreths typically be allowed to return home with the baby?

Has it been confirmed the nurse committed a crime?

ETA: If so, please include a link. If not, please update your post to add that it’s your opinion. We don’t need the thread shut down again.
It has been reported that she is involved, however, the DA's office has not confirmed this.
I guess I should say I think she will be charged with a crime if she was involved, but I'm not sure she can be charged without being arrested. I actually didn't think of that. Is that possible?

I watched it livestream.
Discussion starts about the sealed arrest warrant. The female DA addresses the judge.17:53
Judge: 20:22
Judge orders that the arrest warrant be Suppressed, meaning that PF's
Defense attorney can see it. The DA does not object. Friday's hearing at 1:30 pm is about whether the arrest warrant should be unsealed.

I think that the talk of only the defense atty being able to see it and not share it with PF must have occured earlier than my time notations above.

Here is the video of the arraignment hearing:

I agree with the poster who said the prosecution was likely trying to buy a few days of time until the judge could rule on a decision whether the arrest affidavit could be shared with PF by his counsel. That seems like a given that if he has right to counsel that his counsel needs to be able to defend him.

I'm just curious, could that motion have been submitted/requested/put on the docket or whatever ahead of time so that the judge would have had to rule on that particular issue at the time, or is that just not how it works?

We don’t even what role she played, do we? This nurse? Only that she is being investigated for disposing of a phone?

Exactly. We only know that she is being investigated for committing a crime, but we don’t know the extent of her involvement here.

Tomorrow could be a big day as far as learning more about the case against PF, perhaps we will also get clarity on this woman’s involvement as well.

It sure feels like the kitty-kat is irretrievably out of the bag, doesn’t it? :-(

That’s true. That being can you think of a single person in your life, who upon asking you to do such a thing wouldn’t be met with “Uh, excuse me?”

In a GoFundMe competition for custody costs between the KB's family and PF's family, I have a hunch who will win this battle. Good.

Does anyone remember way back to Natalee Holloway’s case, when Juran’s dad famously said “no body, no case”? That phrase has been ringing in my head from the start of this. Given PF’s personality...thinking that he was clever enough to get away with this by soliciting, by planning for over two months, refusing to speak ...I have a feeling that exact phrase was in his head throughout the planning and execution of the crime, sadly.

The motion for consumptive evidence testing, and an arrest for murder without a body...I’m afraid of the details we may learn in this case. In other words, I do think he planned for her to never be found. Whether it be through dismemberment, burning, or a combo of both, I think she won’t be easily found. I think they probably found bone fragments/small brain matter, and once the consumptive evidence testing is completed, I think they will say they “found” her.

Ha! So true.

“Hey, would you mind transporting this phone that isn’t yours to Idaho, send a couple texts, and destroy it for me?”

Yeah, that’s not suspicious.

JMO those tips could be from any of the thousands of people that are on some of these FB pages. Or they can be saying tips when in fact they are also part of the FB groups lol

Hadn’t heard about that. Is it within TOS to post links?

It's so messy: Daily Mail updates

"Two individuals who have worked with the Idaho woman that is being investigated for disposing of Kelsey Berreth's cell phone say that she and Patrick Frazee had been in a romantic relationship for months."

"DailyMail.com spoke with two people who know the nurse professionally, and they both said that they had been told that Frazee was having an affair with the woman."

"Neither of those individuals knew exactly when the relationship started, but they believed it could have been as early as 2016 - prior to the birth of Frazee's daughter with Kelsey Berreth.

One of the the people DailyMail.com spoke with also said that the nurse was in Colorado around Thanksgiving."

They would need to see if there is any evidence that puts suspicion on PF's mother.

Exactly. The Frazee's want to know how bad they look before most likely waiting their time. And it's probably not a good thing for them to open themselves up for more scrutiny than PF's case will already cause. A child custody battle could dig up more dirt on PF.

I'm not saying that all parents of murderers are at fault. But d*amn, there is usually a fair amount of family dysfunction involved. It goes back to that old saying, past behavior is a good predictor of future behavior. If a parent doesn't get it right when raising their own kids, then they probably have no business raising someone else's.

JMO, IMO, MOO.

This is going to be such a sad story for baby girl to grow up with . Having a parent be a victim of homicide is awful but knowing your other parent is accused . I hope her childhood has great joy and hopefully some justice she can find peace in

I’m not a lawyer, but I’d say yes. Ever get a parking ticket or speeding violation?

If it does turn out that "Nurse Idaho" was in CO on or around Nov. 22nd, it significantly increases the likelihood that she was more than just an accessory after the fact, IMO.

Sorry, it was just a hypothetical. The previous poster noted that money and local connections are a big player in custody battles. My imprecise point was that I think KB's family will probably be well funded (if needed) in a contentious custody battle.
