You can take down your Facebook page in less than one minute.
How?? If you mean deleting content, I understand, but if that's not what you mean, DO enlighten us. I'd seriously like to know how that's done.

edit to add: I have no doubt LE can do it.

I'm convinced the evidence they removed from her house and the evidence they want to test is related to the perpetrator/s and not the victim. They collected a week after the first search when they knew much more.
Like what exactly? I was sure it would be blood evidence of KB.

I think the 3 day delay in the phone being powered up and sending messages was due to IN's travels. We know she was in CO and it seems she transported the phone. It's hard to believe anything other than she intentionally waited until arriving in ID, turned it on, and sent the messages herself, as instructed by PF. But of course, JMO, MOO, etc.

A possibility was discussed in the last few threads that some of us did a test. I turned my phone into airplane mode and made a bunch of texts. Then I turned my phone off. Then I waited and turned my phone back on and it did not come back on in airplane mode. When it came backon it sent the text when I turned my phone back on. Darn it, I forget whether I had to log in for them to be sent, or they just went automatically when I turned the phone on but I had not logged in with password.

I guess I'll have to do another test later unless a kind person wants to do it for me before then LOL.

That is how it works with a Samsung Galaxy 7.

If it gets sent by merely turning it on, and without and putting a password, it is possible that some very conniving person could have given it to her and they were sent without her knowledge when the phone was turned on.

I haven't caught up with the whole of this thread but I was thinking that the IN's own mobile phone could yield a lot of information even if she's not talking. Where she went in Colorado, if she was in the vicinity of KB's townhouse, the ranch or any potential disposal site. This might indicate the extent of her involvement in the killing, not just taking KB's phone to Idaho. JMO

It was up as early as midnight CST. It is down now and confirmed by the article. However, the article begs the question as to why law enforcement took it down and not IN? Is she detained?

Maybe she (or LE) took it down to protect the identity of any minors.

I don't believe it was a bloody death. If it was, they are trained to look for blood evidence which would have happened out of the gate on search 1. I think they are trying to place the perp in her home or in PF's truck as well.

WTH. Thought it was the phone? Now it’s the body? Is this bad reporting or do they have new facts? Wow!

I can't understand why she is not under arrest if this is true.

I am reserving my opinions on exactly what happened in this case. I think the final details are going to be even stranger than we have all speculated on these many threads. I mean these two have be way on the left of the Bell Curve in terms of intelligence if they thought taking that cell phone, sending fake texts, and concocting a story about a surprise family visit was going to provide them an alibi. If that's the plan they came up with after three months of trying then wow...

Could be bad reporting, it’s CBS so I hope they would know to fact check.

Yes, Thank you for your very thoughtful response. That explains why there are so many different stories. But it doesnt explain why, in a missing persons case, where both LE and Family members pleaded for the publics help, they didnt provide or even correct very basic information. Such as KB has a boyfriend, fiancee, etc.... Thats what I find odd. And when I say odd I mean different than the majority of missing person pleas I've heard.
I found this very odd as well at the time. Now I just have to believe there was a reason for it.

Is this the "sensitive evidence" they are concerned about transporting? Something connected to her body.

Something in KB’s house was indicative of end of life to get a murder charge. I imagine there was enough to test/make the determination in order to have a felony murder charge stick. I think the consumptive evidence will implicate a perp more than anything else as no one other than PF was charged. There were multiple people involved in the solicitation and then we have IN. They need to test something small enough to implicate another party IMO. I think it’s the cell phone to show the IN had it and PF had touched it. Hence IN may be detained for the reason that she was involved during or after a crime occurred. Just my opinion.

Ditto. If true, surely LE would have her locked up. But where would CBS reporter get this bombshell if true?

could she be under arrest and it's just not reported yet?
See my earlier comment (or rumor ?) that FBI asked/ordered her
to take off 16 days from work. And her employer stated they were
contacted by LE (would not say which one).
this is getting crazier and crazier.
