About to go into court where Patrick Frazee will appear today for a motions hearing in the #KelseyBerreth case. Saw this sign on the courtroom door so I guess we’ll be able to give you real time updates.

A lot of the news reporters doing tweets from the courtroom and especially the newer reporters dont realize we want to hear about EVERYTHING.

What the defendent is wearing when they walk in?
Any Shackles or restraints?
What color socks they have on?
Do they look scared when walking in?
Are they giving any dirty looks to others in the courtroom?

And what about relatives walking in?
Same questions for those?

Did anyone tell the reporters we are expecting all this info?

I can never understand that kind of thinking. They think murder will be okay with everyone? Glad the majority cannot even imagine this!

It is baffling to most of us who are not murderous. Somehow they think they can get away with murder and everyone will think bad thoughts about the missing/murdered person, not them. I think their thinking must not be completely based in reality or something. I don't quite understand it myself. I hope I don't ever understand either. JMO.

Good point, that could have been what changed.

PF was more overt in his planning than Chris Watts was, as he apparently had discussions with atleast one other person, and may have involved several people in this crime.

Only CW knew what he was going to do.

PF also seems to have been prone to anger, and wasn’t afraid to show that side of himself.

There was very little said about Watts in that regard.

They certainly have similarities, but their personalities and crimes were different.

We have to ask ourselves if any of us are capable of sitting around a table with a nurse we know and plotting the death of a defenseless woman that has no idea what evil awaits her? If any of us possibly think either of these people did this for love of a child or love of each other or love of their own mother, that is just wrong. This was done from a place of pure empty and complete shared nariccistic sociopathy. The great philosophers, boil all sin/evil down to one thing- self-love. Look at the world's problems today. If you want to understand crime understand the root cause, too much self- interest. Do not think for one minute this crime was about anything else but about the ones that committed it.

PF's arraignment on 12/31 was not televised/streamed when it started at 9:30 but then we got to see a pool cameraman's footage from later on in the hearing.

I hope we get so watch the hearing today.
We all are anxious to hear the judge's ruling about whether the arrest warrant will be unsealed or not.

PF has not been arraigned yet. The 12/31 court date was an advisement. This is a handy link that explains Colorado criminal procedure in first degree murder cases.
