Sorry if this has been discusses already. But what if PF sent the phone to IN, told her it was an old one no one used anymore, so here have it, (sorta like 'mum's phone got upgraded) IN turned said phone on to check charge level, the messages sent. But all the while here she is thinking it is her phone? Takes the sim out and it no longer pings with KB's details.

This would explain why she hasn't been arrested. Rumours aside of her being involved with PF.

I agree. If she’s intelligent enough to be an ER nurse, she knew something was off with his request. No matter if transporting the phone is her only involvement.
Can we discuss her vehicle?
Hypothetically maybe. Has something about her vehicle been reported?

I agree - they would have taken advice on what to do- the Berreth's have been measured, patient and very reserved in their dealings to date. I reckon this would keeps the legal trail in tact in all areas of this case, (I don't really know that just speculating) maybe it brings more info to the table for them through the legal discovery process? It could help them with gaining info in retaining custody of little K. Maybe PF would be more keen to share the responsibility of the murder around because he was not the only one involved in KB's death?

I know I would be pushing every boundary to make sure that my daughter/granddaughter got the BEST outcome.

So frequently we see civil suits after a not guilty criminal trial, it seems.

Is this strategy to compel him to talk NOW in event criminal trial is years away?

Her friend said she came from an amazing family which says a lot to me so I can't see someone like that being that bad/immoral to be involved in a murder.
It says to me her friend thinks her family members are amazing. So there is a bad apple in the bunch. It happens.

  • #766
Nope. IN would have had plenty of opportunity to speak up sooner. She's just as guilty, IMO of course.
My thoughts exactly! WTH is wrong with these women?

  • #767
I think they have known each other for several years haven’t they?
What I've read is they've known each other for years (2 - it sounds like), met at a rodeo and worked together at some point.

You can know what you know. I think you can’t tell us all you know or ask what we know or don’t know.
Right sealed lips until the goo gone arrives

Well that could complicate things.......

OR answers some questions too.

With that, can one of the lawyers answer this.....IMO, if LE suspects the accused murdered is the parent of other children, whose other parent may be an accessory to the same crime, can DNA be taken from these children? IF a child(ren) are proven as offspring of the two accused, this could be another reason for the murder happening.
I believe she knew from the beginning. Funny how we see things differently.

I also believe others knew from the beginning and then others knew shortly after and did nothing. I bet some will not be charged, for what ever reason, but the truth will come out. This MOO and belief from day one.

Agree the timing is curious. I've always thought this happened after the outcome of a trial.
The sooner the better, if he is guilty. In my opinion. They deserve whatever they can get.
Maybe they know there is alot of convincing evidence against him. Imo

I read they knew each other when they were young. Heard both stories.
We will soon find out. So sad.

It has been reported in MSM, so it's ok. imo
In other cases we were not allowed to slueth anyone not named by LE as a POI. "a freind of the family" is not a validated source. Let's not.

  • #774
Jmo if the FBI is investigating you, you are a POI by definition...

Her family isn’t under suspicion in a murder investigation.
PF has friends that claim he’s a great guy, comes from a good family, etc., or similar.
CW former teach described him as the best student he ever had, or similar.
Iirc, nuns were speaking on Scott Ps behalf.
These people are adults. They made their own decision w/o family input, imo.
Every criminal has someone that likes him & will say kind things, he hasn’t tried to kill them.

Thoughts on who is leaking this info to the fb admins and the press? I hope that the press is doing their research and not just reporting what's floating around social media. jmo
My thought and searching is family members of IN are singing like mag pies.

No searches for KB or Jayme Closs. I also feel certain they would have found Molly T. much sooner if they had brought in Texas EquuSearch.

Molly yes...and possibly Jayme. But even TE needs a general locale in order to search. How can LE give them one for Kelsey?

Question for the Verified Attorneys- In a civil wrongful death lawsuit, is evidence less strict? For example, something that would not be allowed in criminal trial would in civil. Could they also use information that is stated in civil suit as evidence in the criminal case?

Thanks in advance!

I believe she knew from the beginning. Funny how we see things differently.
Yes, and if the solicitation charges have anything to do with her, then I guess it's obvious that she knew about it before the murder. Imo

Wonder what the “work” consisted of?
