Yessssss! So, her hands are dirty, if, in fact, she was solicited. She could have tipped off LE.
Ya know, maybe the first time I can understand brushing it off. Maybe thinking someone’s throw back one too many or they’re just running their mouth. But.....the second time. WTH? Not specifically this case, but any.
If she’s involved, she’s literally ruined her life. For what?
How does K’s death benefit her?

That's why it's hard to belief she was involved in this murder of all things. Let's wait for her explanation. I hope I'm right she wasn't involved.

I am new to posting, but have followed on Websleuths the Dr. Teresa Sievers case.
Just a couple of thoughts for what it is worth: Look at the custody situation with Dr. Teresa Sievers. Her mother went through so much and was ultimately able to relocate the children out of state. There was a paternal grandmother who also tried at the beginning to get custody. There were phone calls between the Sievers children and the father (in prison) that were required to take place. Also, Dr. Sievers husband plotted with out of state help to have his wife murdered per prosecutors and LE. Next, regarding nurses and PF, would PF not have access to medications that are lethal? PF works with animals. What does he have on hand? Regarding nurses in general, they have access to medication routinely. Just a few thoughts.

I think we have to wait for a Mod to allow it. Even though her name was given, she still isn’t identified as a person of interest. Although...shouldn’t she be by now?

She's named as being investigated. That makes her a POI, I believe. At least as far as being a possible accessory to this crime.

Wow. Trying to think of the pros and cons of doing this so soon...

Can’t come up with any cons, as I am sure the DA has shared much information with them. If P were to inherit anything then it will go to Kaylee. Maybe it would force Mama F to cut him out of her will. Man, a narcissist would hate that! On the other hand, a judge could potentially freeze a portion already intended for him. Wonder what our Verified Attys think? Gitana1? Mercedes? Prairie Wind?

Kay, you have a really good heart. After a few of these cases we must get jaded. It’s like we have been here, done this, heard all this before. I think she is very guilty. But you are right to give her the benefit of doubt...for now.

Maybe I'm naïve. I just can't see people doing this. I'm guessing I would not make a good juror because I'm too vulnerable.

Thinking along the lines that the wrongful death suit being filed may be enough to lock up PF's assetts from being sold off to use for hiring a good private defense attorney. Speculating that could be the reason it was filed so soon.

We do not know for sure. It could be a reporter being over zealous. But whatever the situation regarding that inaccurate report, let's remember the TOS and behave. Please and thank you.

We don’t know if she did or did not. Do we? Idk how LE got on her. I have an idea.

I think if she had volunteered the information as soon as the news of KB being missing broke, he would have been arrested way before he was.

I am somewhat confused by this. The article that has been posted didn't name the friend and it said sources (plural) confirmed. I have been following Sam's twitter because it seems he checks with sources before he tweets anything as fact, but I don't know where he got this friends name from in the first place.

Yes. Don’t forget he said also he wouldn’t be able to tweet from the hearing today but others did. Nice guy but makes mistakes like we all do occasionally and this last tweet of his makes no sense, JMO

I agree. It will never end, imo. Not until baby K is 18.
Sadly, every custody dispute leaves one side angry & bitter.
It’s like a football game, only one team can win.
