Haaa. Fortunately it won’t be that long.

As we saw in the Watts case, Colorado has some pretty great open records laws.

We already know more about that one, than any television news magazine could ever cover in a two hour episode.
And I have to say, again, I think LE and the courts, DA are really doing it goodb job so far. Which, if you are a fan of crime TV, know that is not always the case.

Anyone else have the same thoughts on the cell phone?
I think IN flew to Colorado. When she flew back home she took the phone turned it on so it pinged then destroyed it,hence the reason it didn’t ping any where else. I also think the texts sent from the phone were probably sent by PF before the phone left Colorado. Correct me if I’m wrong but I haven’t seen where authorities have said the texts were sent out of state just that the phone hit on a tower in Idaho. I guess I’m just hoping this woman is an accessory after the fact.

Haaaa. I’m not ok with it!

Really? Never would have guessed that, MG! (insert dramatic jaw drop and wide-eyed expression of surprise)

KB seemed so classy, intelligent and beautiful. IN is 10 steps down. What did KB ever see in PF? MOO
KB was amazing. Beautiful, caring, smart, driven, resourceful..... perfect. She is the perfect young woman and mother. I am sick. And I believe PF is totally responsible for her death. Please don’t let anyone mistake that my defense of the process and playing devils advocate mistake me defending him specifically.

LE, the courts and the DA might be doing a good job, but the media not so much. :p:confused:

what I don’t get it… If you’re trying to make it look like she is in Idaho, why would you turn the phone off? Why wouldn’t you leave it on for the journey? If I were driving 700 miles I certainly would not turn off my phone during the drive. It would be on. And as we know wasn’t like anybody was looking for her the first three days. Just seems an odd choice to me if the goal was to make it look like she had traveled all that way

Jmo, appearances don’t really have that much to do with relationships between people, other than the initial meeting. And both women apparently fell for PF...they had that in common anyway. Jmo

Agreed. Though I think they’re just trying to feed the beast… And I think the beast is us. I saw a report early this morning, the headline anyway, that said that someone had been arrested. And it was all a lie to make you click.

Do you think we will be shocked by who the other or others are that may be arrested? I keep thinking it could turn out to be the real mind bender.

think its got more to do with age.
the glamour shot is likely when she was about 20 (and little miss rodeo queen) and the pics of her now shes carrying a lot more weight so her face is fuller, she is about a decade older, a working mum and still a active rodeo person.

a lot can change in 10 years.
but she still is a very naturally beautiful woman.

Patrick does pick up lovely looking females.....god knows how!!o_O
'feeeemales' ewww. Women!

I think she drove, as it makes a lot more sense. She isn’t a pilot, and commercial flight records would be very easy to track down.

At some point during Thanksgiving weekend, she drove up to visit PF. She ultimately returned to Idaho with Kelsey’s phone.

Ultimately, she would have sent text messages that PF had instructed her to send.

I imagine that these were composed verbatim, or had already been drafted within the device.

She then disposed of the phone in some manner.

At a bare minimum, she appears to be an accessory after the fact, as one would have to stretch in order to come up with a plausible scenario in which she did not know she was helping with a crime.

It’s possible that her knowledge and involvement, is greater than we currently suspect.

ETA: To clarify commercial airline travel.

I don’t think she flew.

I won an abuse of process claim. I think the saving grace here will be that the federal court will dismiss the case for lack of jurisdiction.

No diversity?

So strange. Do you think it is bad legal advice then? Seems like their lawyers should have advised them of this.

And thank you for the legal perspective btw!

There's some other pics floating around msm where she looks quite different, like she lost a lot of weight.
And used every camera filter and photoshop enhancement known to mankind. MOO

I think the OP was referring to commercial flights there

Hence the “flight records.” I’ll edit to clarify.

My thoughts exactly. IN doesn’t seem like PFs type when you look at the beautiful, intelligent KB. MOO
really?
I think IN is exactly his type...his people.

the beautiful intelligient KB was way out of his league.
no clue what she seen in him other than a fantasy of a big strong wholesome cowboy to ride off into the sunset with.
a topgun (mav, goose, iceman ) would have been more in her league

There are two women with the same name, the younger, slimmer pic is the pic of the wrong person.
