I think the hospital confirming her LOA and LE confirming two weeks ago the phone was there and the Twin Falls assistance with witness to her name and all the other evidence leads to her initials. There is a public document with her name through the Daily News.

I get what you are saying that is why I made the joke. But when media asked if PF was a POI, LE said no. Until they are formally identified as a POI, is the rule on the board. Even though his house was being searched, yard dug up...

Yet they don't always formally identify them as a POI. It's not necessarily a requirement. So it's hard to know. I guess in this case it's pretty obvious at this point. Jmo

It’s not like she’s going to flee. She’s been under 24/7 watch for several days, IMO.

This has been going on for weeks- Nancy Grace reported it on Dec 26, so how much longer before that?
That is what makes me think maybe she won't get arrested but is in the process of deal making. Otherwise, why not have already arrested her, they have to have enough by now. JMO, hope I'm wrong.

Here is my updated hypothetical scenario. I could see the following as a possibility:


Let's say PF has a girlfriend from out of state, and she comes to visit for Thanksgiving.

And maybe KB hears that said GF is in town, and a little miffed about it.

PF calls KB to ask about picking up the baby so she can come to his family T-Day dinner.

KB says NO, she has day off and wants to spend quality time with the baby herself.

So PF and his out of state GF go to KB's, planning to force the issue, and get the baby anyway. The gf has no idea what PF is really planning to do.

They arrive, and there is a confrontation. Maybe PF goes in alone, comes out with the baby, then goes back in briefly. The gf may not know for awhile what happened during the confrontation. But when she starts asking questions she is horrified and he begins threatening her---reminding her she was there in the truck, and would be part of the crime.

So she agrees, although unwillingly and feels coerced, to take the phone and to send texts, etc.

I am trying hard not to violate TOS, but at the same time am keeping close tabs on everything - rumors, rumors that have some basis in fact, media rumors, proven media, etc.
I live in Idaho.

I think many of us are aware of the rumors, but that is what they are. Until the information is from a reliable source, and LE, we cannot post. We cannot slueth someone unless they are decalred a POI by LE and/or are charged or under arrest. If you have a personal connection to the family, you can be a verified insider and have more leeway with posting. If you want to post about rumors, there are several FB closed groups to do that in. It is simply not allowed on Webslueths and we have already been warned of the thread being shut dow permanently. And we have had it shut down for hours. None of us want that.

He may try but I think it was all too sloppy for anything like that to work out. And they had enough evidence to arrest him. But I've been wrong before, So here's to hoping justice gets done.
