A month ago this case went silent in the national media like many do. Thank you for being here and all of the input that helps to understand a case like this. My prayers for all the innocent people involved. Can someone tell me what MSM is? I feel I have figured out the rest of the abbreviations. TIA

When criminal charges had already been filed? I can’t find any where civil case went first in those circumstances.

My thoughts exactly. These parents may be heartbroken but they do not intend to take any chances of PF getting away with the murder of their daughter. I agree, they are seeking witnesses - and more proof with these actions - they are effectively tightening the noose around PF’s throat.
It is also abundantly clear that KB was her parents daughter - same determination, intelligence and strength. It makes me very emotional to think about the amazing strength it took them to set aside their grief and pursue their own justice.

And, PF will have to hire his own lawyer to defend the civil case.

What little I can find says criminal trial must come first, then civil, if a criminal charge has been filed. Any of our lawyers here?

Ditto. But, can the suit be filed & not closed until the criminal trial is over?

Is it possible the B’s have some new info from the DA that has dramatically changed things?

Pretty sad that if her death wasn't instantaneous, she had time to realize that she was leaving her daughter forever.
For just Kelsey's fear and anguish alone--- he should never be free.

Most deaths are most definitely not instant. Especially when the killer is an amateur. Imo

I don’t think we can post anything about her but honestly I’m not sure. I’m shying away until she’s an official POI (um which I think she is) or there is an arrest.

Me too. Many think that this was about Kelsey taking K to Idaho or threatening to.. when it may actually be about getting Kelsey out of the way, so Frazee could bring K to Idaho to be with IN.

It seems at this point with her name in MSM and the fact that LE is investigating her, it does make her a POI even if they haven't yet called it that. Seems as fair game as anyone else that goes on MSM news.
