LE stated there was evidence that she was killed at her townhome. This means some type of physical evidence for them to determine her death occured there on 11/22.

But, how do they know who killed her?

Here’s another thing that makes NO sense to me. KBs mom said that “they” were going out to eat for Thanksgiving. Now we know, according to KKs friends, she was there for Thanksgiving. I doubt if they were all going out together. Going on that statement from CB alone, it sounds like KB was clueless about KK. Either that or she was not being truthful with her mom. MOO

He is not getting any offers except we will take the DP for an admission of guilt off the table.
I wasn't talking about this particular case, I was asking that question in general.

But she doesn’t live in CO!

Oh, CRAP! I forgot! I have CO on the brain.
Thanks, SoBu!
I'm now off to go look up Idaho's employment laws!!

Won’t work if he takes the 5th.
Why do I think he despises CB? I’ve felt this since the onset.

IMO - Probably because he (PF) knows she (CB) can see right through him. Mom's always know. Usually anyway.

I’m going to regret this post... (IGTRTP) I can’t find a reference to CB saying what KB ate for breakfast only that they talked about a recipe that morning. She doesn’t say what the recipe was. Not saying CB doesn’t mention breakfast, I just can’t find that. Does anyone have a link?

Very true. DP cases also end up in years and years of appeals, which is costly to the state and a renewal of pain and misery for the victims' families. It's tough.

Having said that, I'm a very pro-DP prosecutor (in CA of all states - sigh), but I am also realistically aware of the fact that in our state alone we have 750 inmates on death row, and it takes an average of 37.5 years on death row prior to execution.

At least LWOP ends that portion of the misery. CW for example will not be in the news again, barring some in-prison scenario like suicide or murder at the hands of another inmate. Well except for love letters from lunatics.
Riolove77, what if he got the death penalty, had appeals and the Berreths never showed up and went on with their Lives? What is the worst that could happen? Maybe having sentenced reduced to LWOP? I ask because I think LWOP is too good for him. On death row, he would sit in that cell all day and not have contact with other prisoners. So what if he poured over his appeals all day? So what is he say there 37.5 years? What kind of life is that? He took KB’s freedom, fellowship with her child and even her life. I realize he isn’t convicted as yet, but I’m just saying....

I wonder if the baby exchange took place at the store. I’d like to know. But, we aren’t getting a clear answer on this.
If he did, a camera should show him leaving the lot, did he go towards K’s house?

I’m concerned we MIGHT have a retired rodeo queen turned nurse with dirty hands.......
Is she more involved but blaming P? How did LE arrive at the conclusion K is dead & P murdered her? Do they know because KK told them? Or what.
The baby exchange could just be what PF told KB mother. It could very much be a lie and no exchange planned at all.

SP looks great, unfortunately. I know an investigator from out of state who had to go to San Quentin to escort a prisoner back to Virginia who was going to be prosecuted there for a murder. He said he saw SP and the guy looked happy, healthy, and was playing basketball with his friends, as if he was at summer camp without a care in the world.
He is still on death row.

It seems very likely that Kelsey's mom did not know the true status of the relationship with PF. We had the one neighbor that said for the last year she had only seen PF come over to pick up the child. I think the only relationship was the exchange of their daughter.

Also, it would matter if the nurses are union at that hospital.
Or a per diem nurse working at the hospital through an agency not employed by the hospital itself.

Are you serious? Google map her house to safeway.. 28 minutes.

Far fetched? You put that car seat carrier attached to a jogging stroller and put the groceries underneath the stroller in a basket.
I have done this..MANY times.

NOT far fetched at all.
But in the Safeway video, I don't see a jogging stroller... (?)

KK was said to be in CO over Thanksgiving...not specifically with PF, as far as I know. We can assume of course...but other sources said she has family in CO. Which is a big state.

It came from her brother, but it isn't clear whether he knows that with certainty or it was his presumption.

Clint said his sister had made cinnamon rolls for Thanksgiving breakfast and the remainder were still on top of her stove days after she vanished.

Can one take out life insurance on someone without their knowledge?
That was my question as well. If cold case files is to be believed ...then yes it happens all the time

Oh no, most prisons have very nice death rows. Google each state, read about each state prison.
Ex: Ohio has “ice cream day” for DR inmates.
Google San Quentin articles. The guards love working DR, the men quietly work puzzles, play cards, worship, etc.,
check out Scott P’s latest video. He’s tan, looks well rested & smiling. Now, in GP, he might be not so happy & need to look over his shoulder or fear his cell mate.
