Per paint, I’ve heard nothing abt KB’s house having fresh paint smells, have you? I see it mentioned frequently.

I think about 15 Threads ago there was an extensive discussion on whether paint could cover blood spatter and if, so what kind of paint, and how LE would examine the walls if they suspected that was evidence.

I believe it started with the information that LE had removed large pieces of what seemed like plasterboard or other wall covering-type material. Then there was some discussion about things you could find around a fireplace or hide behind it or something to that effect.

And then some conjecturing that maybe empty paint cans that matched the wall coverings removed by LE were found in the material PF took to the dump.

Having a shower removed from the residence of a missing person would be such a glaringly obvious piece of evidence I can't believe it is true.

AFAIK: LE has not mentioned anything that was removed from KB 's place, OR examined from the materials in the dump, so this is all speculation and sleuthing from a couple of unverified observations.

Possible Kelsey had something in the oven and had to run out for an item for recipe. And when they entered what was still in the oven yet it was off.

I know i have run out with turkey in oven and left if on.

I came across a close up picture of PF with his pink handcuffs on SM site that I can't link to. It was a screen shot of a tweet. Anyway I googled pink handcuffs on prisoners & found this. Thought it was interesting & wondered if there is the same significance at the WPPD.

Yes. I should have clarified, I think she was beaten to death with a blunt object.

This would explain that final search, and the fact that a ladder was brought in.

I think they found blood high on the walls/ceiling.

Paint smell lingers, imo. I had one wall painted 12/26, I can still smell fresh paint. Mainly when entering after being in fresh air.

I doubt she stayed at KB’s duplex. She would need lights at some point, I’d think. That’d be more obvious to people that K was home (even if not K). With K’s vehicles in the drive, interior lights would not be unusual, tho.

In don’t think they made up the sounds entirely, I think that’s safe to say.

That can only mean forensic evidence, and is almost certainly blood.

True. But we’ve heard no neighbor claim to see lights on.

ETA: if KK did stay at KB condo, her prints are all over, I doubt she could clean that well. It’s been done but sounds like a real task, imo.

Refresh me: in CO, if he planned the murder but did not participate, he faces murder charges, correct?

I still wonder if he was in the SafeWay lot advising someone to K leaving the store, heading home. Someone that was inside her home awaiting her return. Someone that has turned himself in, not yet charged.
There’s a reason her departure from the store is not shown imo. Who else was in the lot?

And after researching, it was found that luminol would still show through many layers of paint including through an oil-based paint.

I'm not suspicious about PF's dump run. After his property being searched, there was probably a lot of junk disturbed so rather than pile it back, he took that opportunity to dispose of it.

I agree. He also could have just sent a couple of guys to the dump, not gone there with them, especially since he just stayed in the truck.
