I disagree. The text to employer stated KB would be away but content of alleged message to PF has never been disclosed. That she would be away for a week.

She must have. When two people are "newly" in love it can't be much different then couples who have just gotten married and are expecting their first child. It's one of the most exciting times of their lives together, and when the baby comes along there is nothing more bonding than experiencing each milestone; the babies first laugh, first word, first steps, and each new thing together as a couple.
It must have been extremely difficult to have to live apart during that time. Most people find a way to be together. They didn't. They must have had a reason. The economy can't be it. Imo
Yes, but the fathers name would have also been on the birth certificate. There has never been an issue that he is not the birth father. Imo
I think there are several people involved. Before, and after.Yah know I keep wondering.....could there be another female involved in all of this?
This is not true. An attorney can weigh in here for CO but if he is not declared on the birth certificate and if their is not a formal custody agreement she is informally being a nice mother. She has all the legal rights. He has rights but has to go to court for them. Right, now I am seeing the child is a "B".
Now that he has been served with the civil lawsuit in federal court - I'm guessing he gets a public defender attorney appointed for this as well? I hope through Discovery CB gets information that will insure she is awarded permanent custody and perhaps the location of KB? IMO and hopeful - but I was hoping for a Friday arrest and that did not happen.
I think those two guys who helped PF at the dump have a lot to speak for, if not already.
Patrick Frazee hearing delayed to Feb. 19; prosecutors in Kelsey Berreth case release documents
On Friday, prosecuting attorneys Jennifer Viehman and Beth Reed agreed to release the all case-related documents, photographs and videos — including the search warrant, police reports and the affidavit — to be viewed by Frazee as well as his attorney and staff.
Frazee, who lives in Florissant on a 35-acre ranch, had several friends in the court room that day. “I’ve known Patrick for 20 years,” said Gilda Dellinger, formerly of Divide. “He’s always been so kind and helpful.”
When Dellinger moved to Colorado Springs, Frazee helped shuttle her horse to the new home. “And he noticed that my storm door was broken and he fixed it for me,” she said. “I would never have believed this about him.”
Thank you - it seems some states are extending this to civil matters but I did not find anything in CO that would allow him a public defender. I wonder if this timing is to assist in the child custody determination? Otherwise, it seems odd they would proceed with the criminal matter pending ? JMONo public defender for a civil suit. However, legal aid possibly could assist, but I don’t think they would involve themselves in this case.

Woman being investigated in Kelsey Berreth caseI don't recall seeing anywhere KK/IN went by a last name "Mar", I've only seen the ones that start with a K and an L, and I'm not sure which is her married name and which is maiden. Anyhow, I don't think we're supposed to be sleuthing her at this point anyways, only discussing what has been stated in MSM.
Berreth's mother told NBC News that the pair typically would go back and forth between each other's homes. She must have. I think so too.I think he stayed there a lot...one neighbor thought he lived there. Jmo
Interesting...distance from Twin Falls to Gooding is 36 miles.Had to go back and refresh my memory and found the article from 2 weeks ago saying “evidence was found about 40 miles outside of Gooding.”
So it appears the ping was near Gooding but my opinion is the phone was found away from Gooding.
Evidence in missing Colorado mother's case found in Idaho
Why did LE go back to KB's after the dump run? There must have been something there that led them back to KB'S. They obviously didn't notice anything at KB's up until then that raisesd their suspicions.I think this would be unlikely, why would they expose themselves to scrutiny with PF's dump run if they were involved in KB's disappearance?
I also think the dump trip is a red herring, probably not an intentional one though. The second search of KB's condo happened the next day, so it is speculated that something from the dump lead them back. That would be historically dumb on PF's part. We will eventually find out I guess.
Seems he had a plan in order for weeks or more before Thanksgiving. Maybe not a good plan, but a plan. I would think all physical evidence that he had would be taken care of well before the dump run- he certainly had the time.
I agree that isn't the case in this situation about an amber alert my response was in regards to the poster who thought the 'robbery' might be of the baby.It might be hard to prove that he took the child by force. Since there was no court order to prove that was not his visitation time there would be no document to back that up. I can't imagine an Amber Alert being issued in that type of situation. Imo
