It was Kelseys Aunt. She posted about it here. She has three truckers in her family. This was when she first went missing, and she said they are the best people to get the word out. But of course this was before she was presumed dead.
Thank You.

The driving distance from Woodland Park to where those remains were found is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, correct? That's quite a distance for this mama's boy.
True, but it he brought the body home in the truck, left baby K with mom, saying he was going out for a few beer with the boys, that length of time is perfect. IMO. I just wonder where IN was TG night?

No. It most certainly does not. At least not questions that can lead to self incrimination. Again, the fifth amendment to the US Consitution prevents people from being forced to testify in any matter if their testimony may incriminate them criminally. That's the law.
I never suggested anybody is forced to answer questions in a lawsuit. I said "a civil lawsuit requires answering questions." Invoking the fifth amendment IS an answer. JMO

It's not all that far for someone who follows rodeos. JMO

One part noted in MSM which goes with taking the 5th. When he does he is declared guilty it stated.

I haven’t read through posts since last night, but in thinking about this case I’m finding it hard to believe that KK’s involvement is innocent. It’s obvious PF planned Kelsey’s demise, and it was not a sudden crime of passion. I don’t know when we’ll find out more about the relationship between PF and KK, but it’s too much of a “coincidence” that KK would be the one who was disposing of Kelsey’s cell phone. I’m almost convinced she sent those texts as requested by PF. Perhaps there is someone else in Idaho that is involved, but again, it’s such a “coincidence” that the phone would end up half an hour from where KK lives. I’m sure LE has detailed tracking on PF and KK through credit cards or cell phone records, and I will look forward to hearing more on that when that information is released. My question about KK is when did LE latch on to her information, and when did she start talking? I’m sure they have lots of eyes on her if she’s not in protective custody.

I think PF is perfectly capable of committing this murder by himself, and I would guess he probably just drove over to Kelsey’s on Thanksgiving Day under the guise of taking her and little K out to dinner, or at the very least picking up little K.

What surprises me most is that on the initial search of Kelsey’s home, LE didn’t notice anything that stood out as a murder scene. Perhaps PF did a great clean up job, but obviously on the second search by LE, they found sufficient evidence to charge PF with murder. Was he able to paint over the evidence so it wasn’t noticed right away? Did someone tip off LE or did they find digital evidence that a murder took place there? I still have questions on all of this, as I know many of you do as well. Whatever happened in Kelsey’s home that day and in the days after must not have triggered suspicion by neighbors, or at least we haven’t heard about it.

All of the above IMHO ...

Who kills someone on Thanksgiving? I do not know if this was a risky choice or in her case a good choice? Family calls to check-in during this holiday by calls or text. It just seems unless KB was isolated; she would have had some type of plan that involved some type of matriarch. This just my observation of American holidays. It was risky so it was definitely planned taking all these factors into consideration.

This article above the gas station picture states that CBI is trying to identify body parts versus remains.
Thanks for link. Article does say Coroner has determined it is not Kelsey. JMO

DailyMail updated the article that the remains are not Kelsey's.

It would actually be more like 2 hours one way, depending on speed and traffic.. A little longer if the trip is started in Florrisant (PF ranch) vs Directly from WP. I live in Colorado Springs and drive to New Mexico every summer. The drive to Trinidad (20 miles south of the remains) is a pretty good drive. I think if a person is carrying human remains, he's not going to speed and risk being pulled over. Still doable if one is already going to the extreme act of murder of course. I'm also concerned about the possibility that her remains are never found. There was so much time between her disappearance and the missing report. All MOO

She's such a tiny little thing next to her parents. This is from the Daily Mail Article I placed in my above post.

The ping in Idaho, IMO was a direct result of KK's trek back home after the holiday. MOO, but I feel she sent the texts to PF and Doss. The body could've been transported the other direction by PF or another accomplice, with the intent to completely throw off the path of her disappearance as PF's story has her heading to WA to see extended family (which is really amusing - who drives all that way and leaves their infant at home?)

I have thought about the "intent" with carrying the phone and sending messages. There are three days from whatever happened to KB to that one ping. Three days that then leads to a full ten days of her being unaccounted for. Then to what we have now. I think of KB's mom and even LE's first moments when you realize you have a missing mother of a young child or your missing daughter. Those moments must be just soul crushing. Think about it... and think about those false message intents.

If these body parts turn out to be Kelsey’s, I have to admit PF is dumber than I gave him credit for!

With all those mountains around, the many back roads he would know from horse back riding, I thought he had pitched her body over a steep mountain where it would be impossible for anyone to find her.

Now we wait for identification. . .

They are not Kelsey

Coroner conforms human remains found near abandoned Colorado truck stop are NOT Kelsey Berreth | Daily Mail Online
