Redirect Notice

Not sure why the link says "Redirect Notice", but it works and will take you to an article about Pueblo.
Pueblo has some very nice areas along with skanky areas. It is home to the prison system and also the correctional mental health facility. They are lower priced as far as housing. Pueblo West is very nice and there are some nice communities on the out skirts. It is not a bad town. I have no idea why this discussion has become OT.

Sorry...ladies to jump in on this but...to me the F family is F’d up...they remind me of the Smith family in the Michelle Parker case. Just like the Smith’s protected Dale...knowing he killed Michelle... The F’s are protecting Patrick knowing he killed Kelsey. The F family showed no concern for Kelsey...didn’t go to the vigil or help in any way whatsoever...that shows where their hearts are. IMO they either enabled this to happen OR may have some liability in Kelsey’s murder. Wouldn’t be surprised to see some F members in cuffs. Lock me up if that’s the case. ALL JMO AND ALL THAT JAZZ.
Thank you!

We were theorizing as to why KB did not live there.

I have a hard time wrapping my head around PF's actions and inaction after KB was "missing". His rudeness and lack of concern. All we have seen from his family is his sister and mother wanting to fight for custody. You would think there was some kind of relationship between them and KB? But maybe not? It feels to me like they froze KB out.
Has it been confirmed the sister also intervened for custody? I haven’t seen that in documents filed. Only that she was in the courtroom that day.

It states in this article that she had been unable to see the baby. I beleive it was not her decision. Are you a Frazee family member or friend?
Missing mom's family provides statement as search for Kelsey Berreth continues
Whew, read most pages here, and guess I will chime in here. I do live in the Florissant area, and at the press briefing LE said CB has not seen Kaylee, so that tells me she was not being allowed to see her, why else would they bring it up. IMO, I think custody was a big issue that started this whole tragedy.

Wow. You think his family knows he killed KB and are protecting him? IMO, their atty did not think they should attend the vigil.

Besides the discussion in my post about her moving to Pueblo, to be closer to work and put distance between KB and PF, I was wondering why she would be going to Thanksgiving dinner with PF with KK in town, as her mother mentioned. I was also wondering if PF was stressed because he was trying to juggle both KK and KB on Thanksgiving. I felt he was playing both women. I mentioned a few other ideas but the comments were immediately derailed with discussions of Pueblo. I don’t bruise easily because I have been going to online forums for about 12 years. Those who get their feelings hurt easily don’t last. But I was really interested in discussing the other comments, not fighting over Pueblo.:)
Personally, I don't believe that KB was planning to go to dinner with PF at all. What she told her mother is another story. And I don't think PF was stressed because it is nearly impossible to fit in time with someone on the side on the day of a major holiday like Thanksgiving. How would you explain disappearing for an hour or two during that day? Unless KB was killed shortly after arriving home from Safeway and KK was still not yet in town I don't see how it could work. I could see it if KK had family in the immediate area that she was visiting for the holiday but she doesn't have family anywhere near the area (despite people who have the same common last name) and a time period of being unavailable would not be noticed. But if you traveled over 14 hours to spend a holiday with someone I can't imagine that you would not be perplexed, confused, hurt, or even angered if they were to disappear for whatever hours would be necessary to do what PF is alleged to do. If they both lived in much closer proximity I could see how it would be possible to play both women. But not with the great distance, especially in time, to have KK come to CO or PF to go to ID I don't see how it could work for any length of time without it blowing up in his face.

Of course, I have believed for a long time that the relationship between PF and KB was long over and their only interaction concerned exchange of their child.

Pueblo is a not only crime ridden, it has lots of gangs, and drug dealers, no one in their right mind moves to Pueblo, and I am sure KB knew this. Sure they are trying to revamp the downtown area, but is still dangerous. Look at their murder rate compared to other cities their size. Property is cheap there for a reason.

We were theorizing as to why KB did not live there.
Actually it was one sentence I brought it up because most people, if they were broken up with an ex would want a little distance. Yes, he was cheap childcare but that would guarantee she would still be seeing him every day. I was wondering if they were truly broken up, was he playing both KK and KB? There has been only one person who said they were broken up for a year, a friend of his. Her aunt said they broke up Thanksgiving Day.

How about that she was raised in a small farming community and she does not feel comfortable in a large city? Or that she was so nice and accomodating, she wanted her baby to be near her father?

Any reason could be valid, we don't really (as far as I know) know why she chose not to live there.

Someone in an earlier post posted the idea, I simply responded.

All that is true. I think, often though, if you no longer wanted to be with a man you might not want to see him EVERY day. JMO

Wow! I think you're being just a little harsh, IMHO. I'm not feeling the warmth either in the F's direction, but the truth is, we don't know what that lying son told his mother or his other family about KB. Lies and more lies. We broke up last New Year's or was that TG day? I have no doubt they don't know what to think right now, until they see the evidence against him. We have no way of knowing for sure how they will react when all of it comes out. I sincerely doubt they have anything to do with KB's murder. I too would have liked to see them reach out with some concern, but PF was running that show, so to speak, and I doubt very much he wanted mom to "put her oar in." Can't we cut SF a just a little slack here?

But for all the hours and days KB spent commuting to and working in Pueblo, nobody ever hurt or murdered her there. It was in her Woodland Park home where she was allegedly murdered by the father of her child. Perhaps if KB spent her Thanksgiving holiday in Pueblo with her friends and co-workers, she'd still be alive. The irony...

Related to why KB might not have moved closer to her work. It’s over now! Ty
