Obviously this friend was not upset enough to give a crap about Kelsey's life or her baby daughter who now will go through her entire life without her beloved Mommy.
Sickening.
I'm sure the friend feels terrible about the murder. She may even feel as if she should have tried to do something. But since KK told her not to worry or to forget about it, she likely did not take it seriously. Even if she had she apparently had no idea who the man was that KK was talking about so how could she possibly know who Kelsey was? Imo

I buy it, as I thought it was possible all along.

I couldn’t believe that she unknowingly transported, texted, and dumped Kelsey’s phone, and was ignorant of what she was helping with.

She had to have known, and the fact that she was apparently solicited, makes this all fit.

She knew.
Absolutely.

The person who should have gone to LE was KK

This was October and we know he was asking her more than once to murder KB.

SHE is the one that knew.
Completely agree on this part.

But why was the employee being harassed?

This has probably already been answered, I'm about 15 pages behind, but some of the people on social media are seriously nuts and need to get a grip on reality. They viciously go after anyone who may be involved with a POI/suspect or anyone who defends them, whether there's proof of any kind of involvement or not.

Remember though, this was over two states. And all the information these people had (as far as we know) was a first name. So all they knew was some guy named Patrick in Colorado was spouting off about his baby momma, followed by....oh don’t worry about it. I don’t think we can fault the Rs. IMHO.

Not knowing more of the circumstances, it's hard to me to assume what they thought or didn't think, so I don't want to fault them...but again, I bet they now wish they'd at least passed on what info. they had, or maybe tried to find out more?

I have a question for anyone here that is LE. In my area, our LE have hotlines for tips. Tips about anything drugs, drunk driving, theft, whatever. They are anonymous, if that's even possible these days :) If someone called in and reported,"my bff told me her boyfriend PF ask her to kill his baby momma, and I don't know if it's true but I'm really scared it might be," and provides whatever details she my be privy to, what would/could you do? Just curious.

Here is a hypothetical scenario.... A visibly upset woman tells her boss that her friend was asked to commit a murder. The boss says, wow this lady is visibly upset, maybe it's nothing, but maybe it's not nothing and I should not ignore it. Boss says have her call me. No call comes in so boss asks about it, is told oh it wasn't really anything. This doesn't sit well with the boss, since the employee had been "visibly upset" when it was first reported. So boss notifies LE and gives employee's info. LE looks talks to the employee, employee tries to minimize it, tells LE it was a joke/misunderstanding, etc. Still, LE wants to chat with the BFF if that's ok, all nicey nice like. They talk to KK, who assures them it was a joke. Even if it goes no further, KK is spooked, PF catches wind, gets spooked, and realizes he has no chance of getting away with it. Then maybe it ends without baby K losing her mama. Maybe LE even contacts KB and asks if she has any reason to fear for her safety, and SHE gets spooked and maybe doesn't let her guard down around PF anymore. Maybe a report with minimal info wouldn't have helped, but WHAT IF IT HAD???? A daughter/sister/mother/loved one is dead. Maybe speaking up could have saved her. MOO
This! A million times this! Exactly what I said but said much better. At least four people knew about a murder being planned and said nothing to the police. It’s disgusting.

They are ALL horrible.
How many freakin people knew about this and DID NOT GO TO THE POLICE TO HELP PROTECT A YOUNG MOTHER??????
double-u-t-f??????????
even the man and woman employers did ....wait for it....ZERO! They even did...ZERO...for a while after KB was dead.
wow. just. wow.
Wow!
Exactly and why are they speaking now when the prosecution may definitely need them?

I’m not on FB, T, or IG, and besides any anonymous bullying going on, I find it despicable that people could have posted about this instead of tipping off LE. Ugh!

There’s a litany of info out here, on every case. IMO

A day, or so, ago we were discussing what a Narcissist PF appears to be. There’s no doubt about it. Just look at all the lives he ruined just to get his way.

Bumping Harmony's post regarding FACEBOOK

I guess we know how KK was brought in now. Guessing she didn’t go willingly to police on her own

Because it seems KK did not go to LE (after hearing about her best friend reporting this to her employers), KK has a great deal of explaining regarding her involvement.
To not approach LE when solicited, it has been stated is not a criminal offence, but anyone concerned morally would do this.

The fact that KK had been upset, when relaying the soliciting info to her friend, makes me think she had no part in the murder of Kelsey.
Perhaps KK's involvement occurred with only the phone transportation.
However, as KK was aware what happened to Kelsey and had not reported this to LE, after the event, charges I would think will result.
MOO.

I’m wondering if LE was snooping around the TF area and had possibly spoken to KK regarding her relationship with PF without great suspicion of her or perhaps she wasn’t very cooperative until the tip by the Rs to FBI which exploited the premedication and KK’s knowledge/involvement. Maybe it took LE having that on her to get her to talk.

How do you seriously know what to do or what to believe when a person, not involved, tells you a story her BFF has told her?

The story involved another person far away. Was the BFF and boyfriend having an argument, had they been drinking, what was the atmosphere when this exchange took place? What type person was he?

There are too many unknowns to place blame on this couple for not reporting it, IMO. They told their employee to have her BFF come in to discuss it.

How can anyone report a story that is hundred miles away, the lawyer may not have known where the parties lived for that matter. Without talking to the person claiming her boyfriend solicited her for murder, anyone is taking a huge step in calling LE. A lawyer knows what is needed to report such a story,

Ita. The attorney is aware of the law, I think.
If KK did not elaborate, what could police do other than question her? Recently I THINK a couple school shootings were thwarted from witness info but the suspect in both cases had weapons, ammo & incriminating evidence, imo.

And wouldn’t an educated “nurse” at least need some kind of verifiable proof to buy into some of these lies...which would have had to be extreme in nature? PF must be one damn good liar. Or her BS meter is broken.

When I get caught up in a case, I tend to get a bit desensitized to many aspects of the crime. Then sometimes (like right now) I get a wave of disbelief, and overwhelming sadness that something like this could, and did occur.
Agreed. It breaks the heart. I believe, if all of this solicitation and relationship stuff with PF and KK is true, that none of her willingness is surprising to me. We all have that friend who has a significant other that is abusive or mean or a cheater..and they stay, even love that person. Would do anything for them. Imagine what they would do if that person were GOOD to them. Whispers lovely things, devotion and caring to them. What wouldn't that person do for them?

If the relationship between KK and the employee were truly BFF I sincerely believe that employee had some knowledge about PF- IMO I sure wish we had the friend list for PF before his SM was shut down

Yes, how does a best friend not know the name of her best friend’s boyfriend?

Well, we heard that this case was "complicated"...I was wondering how that could possibly be. But by the number of pages and info we have heard just in the past 2-3 days, well now I can see that yeah this one is messy.

Poor KB and her family.

Yes and perhaps we sleuthers have a different mindset on these matters - for example if any of us had a bff who said their bf wanted to kill their ex/current SO- how would we react? Imo because we follow these cases we may take it more seriously than the average person - possible? Maybe I’m being to hard on the employer and bff as this could be completely unknown to them ? (Solicitations for murder)
