I could live with immunity for her if she was only an accessory after the fact.

It’s absolutely disgusting that she didn’t stop this in its tracks, and at the very least, helped him cover this up.

But if it brings him down, fine.

The problem is, I think she’s far more involved than just that.

Amen, brother. We're singing from the same hymn sheet.

Conspiracy, methinks.

Yes it is disgusting she went along with it, even if only as an accessory after the fact. But who did she help cover up... PF or someone else? Which would also help to cover up PF obviously, but besides herself, was she more concerned with covering someone else up more immediate to her? This theory is under the assumption that a romantic affair with PF is just rumor and an assumption made by the media and thus we also assumed it.

IMO, we’ve identified the fact it’s best to not talk about murder. Nor commit murder.

Since those are the top two charges, I feel that is what we should talk about.

This is what I thought, the employee who is KK's BFF told the R's in October, before Thanksgiving, the road trip had not happened yet so are you saying the employee, BFF, then went back to the R's and then told them about that too?
And they are just saying something now?

I was assuming the R's knew nothing about the road trip.o_O
Perhaps after the R's connected the dots, they asked the BFF about it. I'm not sure we even know that whatever the R's know about the road trip came from the BFF. It would stand to reason, but we don't know. Hopefully, we'll find out more on Sunday.

BBM: Fantastic post!

LE has her dead to rights for being an accessory after the fact. IMO.
The fact that they haven't arrested her for it concerns me.
Hopefully our WS attorneys will be around later - I really want to know more about what they think about KK's actions, inactions and possible involvement.

I think the BFF to R's statement in October about solicitation, and now "fear for her life," completely negates her further actions going to CO and if she ended up with KB's phone back in Gooding, ID. That could bring her to conspiracy and accomplice, not just innocent declining solicitee and accessory after the fact. KK did not have to go to CO at all. All JMO.

Maybe. But I suspect he was more social. People liked him. He knew how to manipulate women and get what he wanted. That's my feeling.

This guy does not open his mouth. From his neighbors, we hear that he is somewhat reclusive. Granted there is an easy way to be reclusive if you own a spready ranchette, lol. However, I'd like to hear from other girlfriends of PF, or prior girlfriends.

Maybe he has "something", this spark rendering one incredibly attractive to women. (His face reminds me that of Roger Vadim, and Roger Vadim was incredibly attractive. However, Roger was the talker and the jokester and the talkented one). Patrick keeps silent, and i am not sure it is just for the case.

So far, we have some information about KB and Patrick, they were bound by this child, it seems. And there is KK, a longstanding relationship with the rhodeo queen of the last year's vintage. And, oh, his ex's BF was unhappy that PF cheated on the ex.

I doubt we shall get more, but I would like to know whether he cheated on women or whether women dumped him.

So, is the Sonic report true?
It was reported on a tv news broadcast that KK used her credit card at Sonic on Thanksgiving weekend. The exact date and time were not provided.

Isn’t there a second part of the R’s interview this evening? With the final part on Sunday? Would that be at 5 or 6 PM mountain time today?

Yup, should be.

If they keep airing this in two minute clips, we might be able to see the whole thing by early February!

ETA: It should air at 5 pm Mountain time.

Every time I see Kelsey's photo, I think about how beautiful she was. What a great mom she would have been throughout her daughter's life.

Ha! This whole case is opening by drip...drip...drip.

Still want to know how they knew about the road trip KL made to CO and why they are talking about it.

Yup. Now her mommy is dead, and her father is going away for life.

That wasn’t how it was supposed to go for her.

And why she had to die.

Thanks. I’m anxious to see how much they can say in two minutes.

Friday and Sunday. Drip.....drip.......drip.

That would be interesting. Could mean someone else is out there, PF is sitting in jail, he is not threat.
I firmly believe there are more dastardly players involved in this.

Joe and Patty Rockstahl tell KMVT last October one of their employees came to them visibly upset.

Twin Falls couple talks about providing a tip to the FBI on the Kelsey Berreth case

The employee explained her best friend, now identified as Krystal Lee, allegedly told her that "a man had asked her to kill the mother of his child."
.....

Accident Attorney | Personal Injuries Lawyer | Twin Falls Idaho

Thank you for clarifying that. That's nasty!

And now she's dead. What are they looking for by spilling this to the media - absolution? What is wrong with those people that they knew this and did nothing? Furthermore, what is wrong with them that they do not remain silent for the sake of a fair trial and protecting the integrity of the investigation?

Me too I think this is going to be a lot more than we imagine IMO

I'm hoping we hear something today but I don't want to set anyone up for disappointment. This is what they said yesterday:

Coming up this Friday, KMVT will share what more was said in that call to the FBI and subsequent interview.

Then on Sunday the Rockstahl family explains what they were told about Krystal’s alleged trip to Colorado that led investigators to execute search warrants here in Idaho.

@otto -- respectfully, you are getting it wrong. Go back and watch last night's interview or read last night's posts for details and context.

The Rs did not get involved due to social media fluff. They got involved when they were told of things related to the case, well *before* the murder.

They called the FBI once they realized what their information related to.

The social media harrassment (of their direct employee, not of KK) was why they decided to do the interview now. But the interview is not the substance of their involvement.

Calling the FBI after the murder has taken place is pointless. They had knowledge that a 29 year old woman was going to be murdered and they apparently sat back to enjoy the show. My guess is that they are only coming forward now because they are exposed for having done nothing and they're looking to do some damage control.
