No, but IMO, LE has hinted that they have Kelsey's phone. They have stated that Kelsey's phone "ended up in Idaho" (Its final destination). They have also mentioned moving important evidence from Idaho back to Co.

No we don’t know but you don’t need the physical phone for detail like text and phone calls - I can look online and see texts and phone numbers on all my lines so I would think LE has these records together with cell phone pings on the suspects IMO

But, things are coming together in KB’s case, there will be justice, baby K is ok/safe, and if they can find KB, they can have some closure. Just need more time.

I saw that too. How do drive thru places save their videos? Is it to disc or a cloud server? I ask because it seems LE would have taken whatever video there was. How could it still be at Sonic? Surely the manager would know not to release actual evidence in a homicide case.

Typically video surveillance in QSR’s is integrated into the point-of-sale system and are configured to monitor both the customer lane and the cashier. Full resolution/full frame rate video files are stored locally with lower res/frame rate versions uploaded to the cloud. Corporate HQ (maybe the brand, but usually the franchise owner since most brands have now moved to a franchise-heavy business model) downloads the hi-res video from the store only when necessary — alarm events, LE requests, quality control, to catch cashiers dipping or sweethearting, etc.

To me that says blood (or worse) on a ceiling. That would be hard to clean up. And since people do not bleed upwards or leave their brain on a high ceiling, if there is enough blood (or whatever) up there and it matches a story from KK, KB is gone for sure.

The R’s said were concerned for the safety of KK. LE also said part of why they kept the affidavits sealed was for concern over the safety of witnesses as well. Something to this.

Sad. If only they had the same concern for Kelsey's safety back when her Bestie told them about the plot against her life.

I’m not doubting anyone, I honestly didn’t know if it had been reported as fact or not. I kind of just jumped into the conversation about the phone not knowing either way. Probably not a great plan
