According to news reporters on the scene, the FBI and CBI had to call the fire department to borrow their ladder while gathering evidence at the duplex.
To me that says blood (or worse) on a ceiling. That would be hard to clean up. And since people do not bleed upwards or leave their brain on a high ceiling, if there is enough blood (or whatever) up there and it matches a story from KK, KB is gone for sure.

They don't want us staying up too late and getting cranky the next day. LOL
Okay, I really laughed OUT LOUD a lot from this post. So true. I’m sure if someone were to look at who was writing snarky posts or getting “short” with WSers, there would be a direct correlation to how late those same people had been up reading the threads the night before. Lol.

I’m certainly guilty of not getting enough sleep lately. ;)

Thanks for the laugh.

Or either they saw something they needed to inspect and it was nothing important.
ETA: do we know if the condo has a crawl space or small attic above the ceiling? My townhouse does.

Playing the odds, her body is likely to be intact, and all in one place.

Even if he did make an effort to destroy her body, there is always something to find.

The way he played this initially, by basically challenging law enforcement to make a case against him, tells me that he is probably confident that she will never be found.

I fear he may be right.
Have you heard of the little boy thought to taken by a mountain lion on a group hike? I believe his name was Jarod Atadero? Colorado in the 90's. Now or later I pray they will find her or clues.

Something had to be found in that second search for them to declare her dead taking away all hope - there’s not a lot in my mind that would lead them to this conclusion that doesn’t include a bloody covered up scene - otherwise how do they know without a doubt she is dead? JMO
Or, someone actually saw the body before being disposed of and came clean. That individual may not have participated pre murder but will be an accessory after the fact. In such a case, the informant will probably get a deal.

I wholeheartedly agree with this post.

There is absolutely no way of knowing whether it would have made one single whit of difference had the R's or KK's friend contacted LE. We'll never know.

I'm sure the unanswerable, "What if I had called LE?" question will haunt both the R's and KK's friend for a long, long time. I actually feel quite badly for them. JMO.

The blame lies elsewhere and needs to be laid solely/wholly/entirely at the feet of the individual(s) who actively planned and executed the murder.

I do think that had KK reported the solicitation attempt(s) to LE and/or contacted KB to alert her to the danger that PF posed to her, KB would still be alive.

IMO, the only individuals who could have prevented KB's murder are PF and KK.

I disagree. I sure don't feel sorry for people who obviously want publicity because they have contacted the news media. They absolutely should have contacted LE not just for KB but also for KK's safety. KK was in a relationship with a man who wanted another woman dead. Their story that they are trying to deflect harassment of their employee on social media doesn't ring true.

Murder-for-hire plots have resulted in investigations and arrests. Ever hear of Dalia Dippolito?

Isn’t there a second part of the R’s interview this evening? With the final part on Sunday? Would that be at 5 or 6 PM mountain time today?
I believe it's Part 2 on Friday, and Part 3 on Sunday. Part 1 was live stream and available at various hours, and I expect remaining no different.

On the screen of the suv at the window the date and time on the screen that was visable to me, blocked1/24/2018 11:1?.13 iirc.

I saw that too. How do drive thru places save their videos? Is it to disc or a cloud server? I ask because it seems LE would have taken whatever video there was. How could it still be at Sonic? Surely the manager would know not to release actual evidence in a homicide case.

That guy named himself in MSM and has been quoted repeatedly in MSM.
My apologies, I'm clueless to who this person is, but honestly, it's been hard to keep up with the cast of characters in this case. I have the feeling they'll be more before it's all said and done.

This info was removed from MSM, probably because they got some info and didn't have it all fully verified and ran with it- most likely with video that wasn't the actual video. Store manager phoned in and said hey, that's not the video we sent in. Not saying that some of the info they had wasn't correct but it wouldn't have been taken out of MSM play if it was all accurate and verifiable

Agreed. Hard enough to keep up with the main cast without trying to keep up with the people that try to insert themselves.

I'm sure they have all those things, but it still takes time to go through it, and make sense of it.

They may still have to interview witnesses, and may also be waiting on lab results to come back.

So they may know who these people are, but there is still work to be done until they are confident that they can build a case that will stick.
The Bucks County case of four missing men, was worked on by 40 agents. IMO, there will be more working this case, as it involves two states.

Because KK told them P killed her & used her bff to verify her story, imo.
I would think they would need more solid evidence to make them so confident that she is dead. It has to be something they found in her Townhouse. Imo

Really milking this IMO makes me sick and angry

Yes, the "BFF" was on FB groups talking about KK weeks ago on the dreaded Facebook, circulating info. seems she wanted attention.

I can't help but muse, that this slow "drip, drip, drip" by the MSM news station is all for nought. It would appear that the SM snakepit has already stolen their "thunder" to a large degree.
