So according to reporter, “She is not facing any charges.”
Whaaaat?
Yet. Only law enforcement and the DA know that.

I think it’ll happen.

None of what I posted was learned from the Rockstahl's interviews.
The entire Sonic story originated in the KRDO news piece. As I said, the owner of Sonic is in Colorado Springs, not Woodland Park. The interview had no description of it, except that it was 6 hours long, which I believe is standard length for high resolution security cameras to transfer. The Woodland Park Sonic has three drive-in customer service canopied areas and one indoor seating area with entrances at either end. That's a minimum of five six hour tapes, possible many more to observe a customer. The Sonic also has an absolutely amazing clear view of Pikes Peak and a totally clear view of all four lanes of US Highway 24. I'm guessing Pikes Peak is totally innocent as far as this case goes, so I'm going with the one camera view of Highway 24. Call it a hunch, if you want.
KRDO has pullede the story from their website, and I understand from a previous posting that FB pulled it.

It’s like they said to eachother “what’s the absolute worst thing we can possible do? Yeah, let’s do that.”
Funny, yet also sickening....

I do get the gut feeling that he’s not as convinced as she of the wisdom of this ‘PR’ maneuver, based on his tentative speech pattern and furtive glances off to ‘stage left’...

this makes NO sense whatsoever. She's afraid for herself and her children, but not for KB or baby K, and still goes of her own free will to CO with PF (or to see PF) despite being asked by M to call LE (given an "ultimatum" by R's), and being begged by M not to go. I am a staunch victim's advocate and DV advocate and I understand trauma bonds and stockholm syndrome, but this defies even that state of mind. If KK had been living with PF for a period of time and was controlled by him by proximity and subsequent trauma bonds, that's one thing, but she lived in another state in a separate home within a separate marriage and was surrounded by support she could have turned to. I do not believe she felt PF was more a danger to her than LE would have been able to manage. Now, if she has extensive childhood trauma that has affected her to the extent of causing developmental damage, whether PF may have been part of that or not, it's possible she does not have her wits about her and is not able to make decisions, distinguish right from wrong, or enlist help and support from LE and her community. Her job and her motherhood make that level of disabling trauma unlikely. Sure her ex-husband could have been abusive too, but even that would not throw her into the arms of another man who is a killer without some serious cognitive deficits or serious trauma. Not when she had supposedly denied his solicitation 3 times. What - the third time is the charm when soliciting for murder? All morals and values go out the window on the 3rd try?

Speaking of the Rockstahls, here's a new video with a tiny teaser for tomorrow. In this episode we learn BFF begged KK not to go. That she was going to meet someone who asked her to commit murder. (and no one called the cops?)

Also PF and owned horses together.

She’s carried a torch for P for so long, imagine how devastated she must have been to see KB? Then to learn KB was pregnant. Oh my.......
A teen crush usually ends at some point, right?
Maybe after marrying a dif man, having kids, getting crowned, & starting a career?
Oh yea....100% I think CB knows a whole lot about this woman & after seeing the affidavit (privately) the B’s atty filed the civil suit. Jmo

The irony here is staggering.

These people came out to supposedly defend their employee, while simultaneously defending themselves.

They achieved the opposite goal.

The fact that this interview is being released in segments, is prolonging the pain from their error.

This was a baaaaadd idea.

Oh, most definitely. Talk about self-defeating behavior.

Anyone think it’s remotely possible KK did not harass KB?

Poor KB. IMO, KK has been to “many a rodeo” & is a tough broad.

KB more subtle, naive & sheltered. I wonder if she was terrified, not of P, but of KK.

No cat fight here, it’d be lion v kitten.

I hope KB’s phone data can be saved. Be interesting to see how often KK texted threats. “Leave MY man alone”, type texts.

Speculation

"If I call and it rings once, pick it up...if it rings twice, hang up."

Did I miss something?

Do we know that KK texted KB?

Or that KB was even aware of her?

That would be a double negative.

It is si confusing, what a mess. I know what a supersleuther you are on this case and so many others, too. I rely in you. But you wouldn't have access to private FB groups, true? And no one was looking at Twin Falls area FB groups early on based on just the ping in Gooding mentioned at the Dec 10 presser. I am not questioning you or your skills, but wondering if there are private FB groups involving KK, M/BFF, PR and others, based on PR's account and PR's dates.

Part Two: Twin Falls couple discusses tough call to FBI

...On November 26th, Michelle came to Patty and said 'that person, she's missing, she's also a pilot.' Patty realized she had also seen a Facebook post about a missing Colorado mom that sounded familiar. She delivered an ultimatum for her employee Michelle to pass along to Krystal. ...
No, I wouldn't have access to private groups or any other means of communications between a group of individuals. However, I firmly believe that since it was the reporter that did the voice over and not spoken by PR that this is reporter error.

I thought that too but it's not...I asked the reporter.

Ha! True. And the customary beating, as part of PF’s normal protocol, probably took a lot out of this poor horse.

Tragic missed opportunity.

He “beat” a horse?

  • #1,555
No, I’m speculating.
Well to answer then, not only do I think it’s possible that KK never texted KB, I think probable.

I firmly believe that PF was the driving force behind this plot, and KK to an extent, did his bidding.

He is in jail facing first degree murder charges, and it ain’t based on the dubious words of KK.

I do not believe that she is a diabolical criminal mastermind who pushed PF to kill Kelsey.

She’s a pawn here, albeit by no means an innocent one.

Dave, I get it. I feel like a lone wolf.
Briefly, in my town, population 100k, a 43 yo son of very wealthy elderly parents was accused of murdering them, to inherit. He was already a millionaire, living a simple life.
He didn’t appear to need money. Blah, blah. He was held on county lock up three years. Headlines were awful in local paper. He never talked. Guess what? 3 years later, a FULL confession from the real killer. A transient.
Yet, the GJ indicted the son based on evidence presented.
Just sayin......

I very much appreciate your refraining from assuming his guilt. Nothing has been proved and we haven't even seen what's in the affidavit for the warrants and subsequent arrest (however that all works). An awful lot of people who looked guilty and got locked away have been released through the work of the Innocence Project. Unfortunately, it happens all the time and our LE & justice system doesn't have a stellar record. Cops, prosecutors and the FBI have all been involved in framing people, for various reasons. Nobody deserves automatic respect. "Prove it" should always the standard. Having said, I think you're a lot more willing to finger Krystal, not giving her the same benefit of the doubt. I'd guess LE has more implicating him than her since he's sitting in jail and she isn't but that doesn't necessarily have to be true.

Yes, that was an account early on in this case.

I think it was mentioned in the same article that described how he almost killed a horse when he flipped his horse trailer.

A temper this guy has.

Well obviously.

Yeah. Probably wishing he had insisted on speaking behind the blackout screen and using voice mufflers to disguise their identities.

Or, at the very least, wearing Groucho glasses.

He “beat” a horse?

"The alleged incident happened back when he was a teenager, but according to Guterl, Frazee's behavior wasn't a one-off.
She said: 'It's a characteristic that was ongoing for years. Anytime he was at a rope and his horse didn't act right, he'd rip on his face, kick him. In the community, we were all at ropings and stuff, but if the horse doesn't do exactly what it's supposed to do you don't just beat them.'

I believe PF couldnt believe his luck that this woman still had a thing for him...was willing to help him (with the phone at least) and BONUS lives far enough away to make that phone plan work. I think he could not care less about her, but knew she was still carrying a torch for him...Devotion, lives far away, believes his crap...win win win. MOO
