Marking my spot.
Not feeling very sorry for this nurse girlfriend.

If PF had asked her to murder or help cover it up --and even if he'd threatened her kids -- she should've gone straight to LE and pressed charges for communicating threats, and threatening to murder not only Kelsey , but KK's children and herself !!!

And if this KK thinks PF has killed before -- To KK :Why don't you tell us who YOU think he's killed ?

Has PF confided in her about other heinous crimes ?
You let someone threaten my children, I'm taking them out first and reporting it.

If you go back to the very first announcement of the filed charges, it is clear on protecting witness contamination. This comes form social media, weak or false news reports. It is almost like the advent of social media and the press using it casually can influence witnesses thus witnesses may need to be protected such as jurors are. Just my thoughts upon listening to this press announcement all the way threw and seeing no media.

Lots of chatter. Most of it unbelievable, lots of speculation (just like we do here), and some rumors that have turned out to be true.

Wow...how much has gone on "behind the scenes"...they seem to know an awful lot.
Yes. Probably others do too but they are not talking.

I believe the info from today’s interview and I may be alone on this. I am a woman, so I can say that there are Alot of stupid women who will do just about anything to appease the man they love. I believe KK was scared of PF. And having been recently divorced she was probably susceptible to the first guy coming in for the swoop. What I do find suspicious is why would the BFF share this much info with her employer? KK had to feel like BFF ratted her out. There was a Fb group post way back that talked of KB seeing a mental health dr for hurting herself but found that to be totally unreliable info as far as I’m concerned however I didn’t forget it. Now when I hear this couple’s theory that PF was afraid she was going to hurt the baby and was crazy...it made me remember that post. I think kB was likely a wonderful mother.

Flight instructors would have been screened constantly. If KB had had an issue, she would not been in a position to influence students or clients or pilot aircrafts. I do believe she would have had stress due to PF. I think her death was planned secretly as evidenced by her normal behavior everywhere else in her life.

I fail to get this—if I tell my bff my on/off love interest wants his baby mom killed, the same man I think has murdered previously, has threatened my kids, etc., where is my bff’s head? Should she not advise me to get help or....?

....thinking on this, according to the R’s,
P is not only a murderer but a potential child abductor.

So, speculating based on what I read here & msm, the cowboy suffers from multiple mental illnesses, is supported by a mom that has a slight limp, abuses animals, has murdered more than once, brain washes women, threatened child abduction, has no money, friends or clientele, is grotesque in appearance, wanted/needed KB’s money, was raised in an unfit home (despite his siblings having no known issues), what else?

Again, speculation

Why do R’s wish to put so many”rumors” out regarding PF. Hmmmmm
Stupid me......., of course there’s more to this.

What do you mean by screened constantly?

Delta pilot accused of lying about mental health issues to keep flying : flying

I can think of cases a pilot purposely brought an aircraft down.

I know I’m super behind on here and am trying to catch up so sorry if this is redundant.

How do the Ps know so much about KK when they’ve never met her!? To go on network television and give an interview using 2nd hand information during a MURDER INVESTIGATION is beyond irresponsible! I don’t like this....seems as if they did the interview to clear KK and BFF’s names. MOO

Know what? I consider any information being shared in these interviews nothing more than office gossip between the Ps and their employee. ««yawn»»

Part Two: Twin Falls couple discusses tough call to FBI
TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) Joe and Patty Rockstahl have never met Krystal Lee, the 32-year-old nurse they say is being investigated by the FBI for her alleged involvement in the Kelsey Berreth murder investigation.

In an interview exclusive to Gray Television and CBS News, the Rockstahl's tell KMVT about their employee Michelle, Krystal’s best friend and the conversations they were privy to. Michelle has been an employee at Rockstahl Law Office since spring of last year.

People have been critical of the Rockstahl's for a delay in reporting, but they want to emphasize that they had little to no information initially and had nothing to provide law enforcement.

After Patty saw a Facebook post about a missing Colorado mom that sounded familiar, she delivered an ultimatum on Nov. 26 for her employee Michelle to pass along to Krystal.

“I said, ‘Would you please text your friend Krystal and ask her if this is that woman?,” Patty said. She responded quickly and said that it was. “I said, 'Now I’m very concerned. So your friend has 24 hours to go to the police, or I’m calling them.'”

On Nov. 27, Patty learned Krystal got a new phone number and was told Krystal had spoken with law enforcement.

“I don’t know why she didn’t, I don’t know if she was scared,” Patty said. “That’s what got reported back to me. That she had gone to the police. I didn’t know until almost two weeks later that she hadn’t.”

After this realization, Patty contacted the Colorado Bureau of Investigations on Dec. 17 through the number that was posted at the bottom of Cheryl Berreth’s televised plea for help. Michelle immediately called Krystal to let her know, but she wasn’t surprised.

“The FBI was at Krystal’s house,” Patty said. “They had a search warrant and someone of the FBI was at her property. She knew that Michelle would more than likely get called because there was so many phone calls and text messages back and forth in fact some about this incident.”

That's where the Rockstahl's say Kelsey's phone comes into play. When it produced a signal near Gooding, Idaho just days after she was last seen.

"She had the phone," said Patty. "She was probably instructed to send those texts by Patrick but that's-- there's nobody else that could've sent those texts to my knowledge."

The Rockstahls say the two are as close as sisters, but Michelle was not involved in Kelsey’s presumed death.

“She didn’t go with Krystal anywhere to Colorado or anything,” Joe said. “She just listened to her friend.”

However the extent of Krystal's involvement is still unclear. She has not been formally charged with any crime related to Kelsey Berreth's disappearance.
As a lawyer, Joe says charges could still be coming.

"I think she's done enough where she could be charged with aiding and abetting," said Joe.

Despite threats and several weeks of stress, Patty says she doesn’t regret making the call.

“It’s tough for everyone,” she said. “It’s been a very emotional situation we’ve all lost some sleep over this but I’m sure nothing compared to Kelsey’s family.”

By mid-December police announced they were offering a $25,000 reward for information that lead to the location or safe return of Kelsey Berreth.

The Rockstahls tell KMVT they are not accepting any reward money.

They hope that if there’s anyone else watching, who may know something that they have the courage to come forward.

“Be honest, tell somebody, speak up,” Patty said.

Since KIMVT initial aired the Rockstahl's experience, KMVT has been told a couple other people have come forward with information about the case and they say that those details have been given to the authorities.

On Sunday, Jan. 13, you’ll hear about Krystal and Patrick’s relationship and her time spent in Colorado with him.

I didn't realize the BFF was such a new employee to them. I was under the impression she was a long term employee of the R's. This article says she started working there in the spring. I have a hard time believing that an employer would not see red flags hearing a story like this from a relatively new employee (6-8 months working there) and how could they vouch for her so strongly knowing her for such a short time. MOO

"On Nov. 27, Mrs. R learned KK got a new phone number" (names hidden by me)

Oh geez. Why did KK need a new phone number? This is so messed up.

Mama, I can’t believe a new employee felt confident enough to confide such nonsense to her new boss.
Wow. I was always on my best behavior, for at least a year, on a new job.
Again—I see arrest/s imminent.

One hardly even knows where to begin to dissect this article, but in the interest of furthering the discussion, how about if we kick it off with these 2 words:

Horse.
and Pucky.

This is the weirdest case I've ever followed. Help me make sense of these dates, because this story didn't break until early Dec., IIRC.

Where was it reported about PF being raised in an unfit home?

I’ve read opionions here that he was raised in a dysfunctional home.
That his behavior is indicative of his childhood. (not verbatim).
Even suggestions he murdered because he could not deal with grief.

These R's shouldn't even be COMMENTING. It's going to compromise this case negatively and they know it. moo too angry to comment anymore b4 going against tos.
