KB's page was pretty closed down. They would have to be a friend or a friend of a friend depending on what privacy settings KB had in order to see such posts. There certainly weren't any messages like you describe on KB's FB page.

If someone had possession of KB's unlocked phone, then they could see everything on her fb account, couldn't they?

Thought I might add to the discussion about the dates in the R interviews, there are many private or closed FB, Yahoo, for all we know there is Rodeo chat board and a Pilot chad board somewhere...... and other online places that are not privy to those that are not members. Names and places travel at lightening speed now on SM. Seems abolutely possible that others knew before KB was official reported as missing.

“I don’t know why she didn’t, I don’t know if she was scared,” Patty said. “That’s what got reported back to me. That she had gone to the police. I didn’t know until almost two weeks later that she hadn’t.”
After this realization, Mrs R contacted the Colorado Bureau of Investigations on Dec. 17 through the number that was posted at the bottom of Cheryl B’s televised plea for help.

Part Two: Twin Falls couple discusses tough call to FBI

Cheryl’s televised plea played on Dec 12 not Dec 17. There wasn’t a phone number posted on the bottom of the screen.

Dec 17 was the day that Patrick was seen at a waste management facility along with two other men. The two other men, arrived in two separate cars and unloaded a long trailer attached to Patrick’s vehicle. Patrick remained in the truck. The trash was later collected by police and some items taken away for further investigation. Patrick looked guilty on Dec 17.

Kelsey's duplex was searched the following night by the FBI and CBI.

I actually thing it's more of...

They know he solicitated the murder, but they're unsure who the actual murderer is at this point and are still investigating. Which explains why his preliminary hearing was pushed back. They know he solicited, but they aren't sure if the witnesses they are interviewing have given all the information accurately.

The pre-lim hearing was not pushed back by the DA, it was pushed back by PF and his team. I am sure the LE know who the actual murderer was, they had to have enough evidence to lay charges.

The R's story all hinges on the emotionally distraught BFF who hadn't worked very long for their company, who brought all these troubles to them.

I wonder if this is completely fabricated, and part of some stupid PR campaign whipped into a local frenzy on FB & other social media.

And the details the R's are describing seem to be extremely inappropriate at this time and possibly calculated to contaminate a jury pool
That would be real a real scummy move, but would not surprise me at all.
Poor Kelsey, and family, especially Baby K.
What a way to start life.
I guess these people don't think about that.
MOO

They are definitely still investigating but either way he has been charged with a first degree murder charge which is the important point with evidence strong enough to hold him over without bond.

Nice catch re the lack of phone number on the screen.
The web seems to be spinning out of control..

The R's claim that they have never met KK. I cannot imagine they can have a signed agreement to represent her in a murder case if they have never actually met her in person to discuss the representation.

If they are not her contracted legal representation, then what attorney would allow this stuff of their's to be put on MSM?

They act more like PR representatives, but are they also affiliated with her legal representation? The DA will have something very severe to say about that when she goes to trial.

This is what is so very confusing.
Yes, they say they have never met her, but a phone conversation is not considered meeting someone.

Thank you for that info, in all the convoluted mess, I missed that.

Still, I'm not convinced he did the dirty work. People who solicit, do so because they want to avoid the dirty work. My hunch is, he found someone willing to do it.

Which leads me to question the whole aspect of KK reportedly saying she thinks he has killed before. I have a hard time believing someone who once killed, would have qualms about doing the dirty work and instead try to solicit.

They know he solicited, but they aren't sure if the witnesses they are interviewing have given all the information accurately. Given that he solicited, it sounds like he didn't want to do the dirty work himself, and my hunch is he didn't.

And they want to find KB's body and think that KK may have information about this, making her MORE than just an Accessory After the Fact

If you solicit someone to kill, you still get the first degree murder charge. You do not have to be the actual perp to get the charge.

Could it be that on Nov. 26th, employee says to the Rs "that woman is missing/pilot/etc." and then after R woman sees the stuff on facebook/tv (12/2 12/3 timeframe), approaches employee and asks if this is the missing woman/gives ultimatum? That would reconcile the dates issue and allow for "two weeks later" when the Rs reported what they knew to the FBI.

Maybe the employee presented herself as an embellisher and a bit dramatic. Maybe they didn't realize the grave severity of everything until the media/facebook explosion and the alignment of their employees tales with what they were seeing in the media.

Just jumping off your post - I am confused trying to follow along here about the dates, etc., however, how could the "employee" say to the R's/her employer anything about a woman missing when as far as we know, Kelsey wasn't even reported missing until December 2nd. In other words, why would the R's employee be saying anything about someone missing (especially if it pertained to Kelsey) and be saying it on November 26th or 27th??

If she had information about this, I’d be beyond stunned that she hasn’t told them.

She hasn’t been charged yet, and this likely has to do with the fact that she is talking, and her involvement is still being investigated.

I think it’s probable that only PF knows where the body is.

I agree and have been worried about immunity. I asked one of the lawyers on the site- re it taking so long to arrest and she felt that it was still highly likely KK would be charged.
So I felt better about that. She also reminded me LE doesn't make the deal they only recommend it to the DA, so she is co-operating in good faith- probably. My guess is this case is so convuluted the LE are following up every lead so that they don't make the mistake of giving her a plea or immunity when they could find out a month down the road her involvement was greater. I think they are following every lead down and the DA will make a decision once they are confident. JMO

So it would be possible if LE knows PF solicited someone multiple times that it might be almost obvious (jmo) that the two discuss plans on how to carry it out. This might be what has led LE to the places they have searched.

She must be cooperating, and at this point, her crime appears to be being an accessory after the fact.

I could see them giving her immunity for that, but hope that if her involvement was greater than that, she is charged.
I have been asking all along why she hasn’t been charged. Now I am thinking LE has her under surveillance, and she has lawyered up and is not giving them what they need (the phone or location of the body) and they are still using search warrants to look for evidence and then she will be charged. I now believe LE won’t charge her until they have something locked very tight. I believe she is really deeply involved in the solicitation/conspiracy/murder/cover-up.

I don't believe the dates given were provided by the R's. If you watch the video it is the reporter doing a voice over that said those dates and you don't hear November 26th or 27th come out of PR's mouth. What I think happened is that PR probably described the dates using "relative terms" such as "on the day after Kelsey was reported missing" and then believing the date Kelsey was reported missing was the November 25th (remember all of the erroneous media stories out there!) helpfully stated that date in the voice over.

I am sure that had to happen and the reporter voiced over the wrong dates. Otherwise when PR does say that she didn't learn until TWO Weeks later that KK hadn't contacted police that they contacted the FBI on December 17th. December 17th is THREE weeks from November 26th - but December 3rd (which makes more sense) is TWO weeks.

I don't believe for one second that there were several people in Idaho that were seeing FB posts referring to Kelsey missing. I have been working this case from within an hour of the thread appearing and among the first things I do when I start working a case is go out and find public posts mentioning the missing person - this helps to find friends and family members and the rabbit holes to go down. There was nothing I found mentioning Kelsey missing prior to December 2nd. I am certain of that.
It is si confusing, what a mess. I know what a supersleuther you are on this case and so many others, too. I rely in you. But you wouldn't have access to private FB groups, true? And no one was looking at Twin Falls area FB groups early on based on just the ping in Gooding mentioned at the Dec 10 presser. I am not questioning you or your skills, but wondering if there are private FB groups involving KK, M/BFF, PR and others, based on PR's account and PR's dates.

Part Two: Twin Falls couple discusses tough call to FBI

...On November 26th, Michelle came to Patty and said 'that person, she's missing, she's also a pilot.' Patty realized she had also seen a Facebook post about a missing Colorado mom that sounded familiar. She delivered an ultimatum for her employee Michelle to pass along to Krystal. ...

And it's just said so....casually.... as if there was nothing wrong with having the phone of a murdered woman in your possession, 700 miles away from her home.

As if there was a rational explanation for having this very very personal item of a woman who was your romantic rival and the woman your boyfriend had asked YOU to murder?

What can LE possibly be thinking of this situation.....

You always look at who benefits from the crime.
