so that was clearly after the Safeway trip. And her car was at the house.

Our VI, Kelsey's Aunt just confirmed that PF picked up the baby at CB's house.

Okay, so the answer to my question appears to that if a facility has a missing person as a patient there is no obligation for the facility to call up law enforcement and volunteer that the person is their patient. It has to work the other way, law enforcement has to reach out to each individual facility and ask if the missing person is a patient in order to learn that.

I would have done the shopping before Thanksgiving.

But then wouldn’t you do food shopping once your daughter was with him?

When I watched an interview of Kelsey's mother, I was bothered by her lack of anxiety and sadness. She also seemed to be suppressing smiling. Then the real kicker was telling the public to just share the picture, don't try to figure it out, they have people doing that. What?....I thought she was a little strange. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

You asked thoughts on your post.....

Yes, my thoughts on this post is somebody is attacking a victim and saying they are bothered by her lack of anxiety and sadness.

My thoughts..That this post comments on this obvious victim supposedly suppressed smiling is strange to even mention.

That this post questions perhaps law enforcement directions to her to get in front of the public and to assist and support to share the photo I think is strange.

Thank you for asking for thoughts on your post.

this is a weird statement: "at some point the truth will be released". This would make me think she took a break from life and the family knows, except the family states she is missing and want help to find her.

“This is a message from Shannon Hicks, I am one of the administrators/moderators for this page. I would like to respectfully remind everyone that this is an ongoing investigation and that we need to be respectful to all concerned. At some point the truth will be released. Until then, I would suggest that we keep character defining suggestions and/or implications to ourselves. If you have information I would ask that you report it to the police immediately or message the this page privately.”

Also, what if a person checks in under a false name? Nothing saying one can't pay cash and admit themselves as Joe Smith from Texas when they are really Mark Nelson from Alabama. Particularly if one needs their employer and job field to be unaware of treatment.

How would a facility go about that?

exchange is the term used when transferring the child during regular parenting time shifts from parent to parent when there has been a separation or divorce of married couples. Their status is vague, but it sounds like they use the same term, which implies relationship discord.
I don't disagree.

If they aren't aware of the patient's real name, then there isn't anything they can do. But you'd need a pretty heavy chunk of change to pay cash for treatment. Plus, you're going to be asked to show ID.

Reportedly, Cheryl and KB last talked on Thanksgiving day. I've no doubt that Cheryl was burning up KB's phone ever since with no avail. Reportedly, it was after CB talked with PF on 12/2 and he told her he had no contact with KB since a 11/25 text message, CB immediately contacted LE for welfare check on her daughter. She filed missing report the same date. IMO, she filed report as soon as she had confirmation her daughter had not been seen and/or in contact with anybody known to her since 11/25.

The reported contact between Kelsey’s fiancé and her mother was on November 25th when he told her mom about the text message from Kelsey he received that day.

From link: Woodland Park Police Chief Miles DeYoung held a press conference about Berreth’s disappearance on Monday, at which time he shared bits and pieces of the timeline in the case.
According to DeYoung, Berreth’s mother, Cheryl Berreth, contacted her daughter’s fiancé, Patrick Frazee, on Nov. 25. She wanted to know if Frazee had seen her daughter, whom she had apparently been unable to locate.

Thanks. I just wanted to hear it from you as we have had inconsistent accounts from the media.
Yes, I'm glad that is clarified, finally. So then I guess they went to the store earlier, and then he picked up the baby at her house? So he was the last to see her? Is that right?

That is precisely my understanding of the situation.
