May I add to by jumping off your post on the trash? (And I totally agree! )
We owned a home just out side a city limits in colorado for over 20 years that did not have trash service, we put our bags in --our horse trailer-- . We went to the dump every few weeks depending on the temperatures and if the trash might smell/begin to attract rodents. That said, though we were out of city limits it was quite visible from the city and we did not want complaints, so burning trash was/is not looked upon as ok ( yadda yadda, better idea to haul it to the landfill) as well as wildfires became an extreme threat no way we would risk a spark floating away.

Murder charges?, Was he dense enough to dump her remains or ashes or whatever.... Or was he? Still, unloading our trash from a horse trailer was the norm for us for a couple decades. But I REALLY do hope he was actually dense enough to take things to the dump that were found and will convict him (and his accomplices).

So that is interesting re the trash.

When we watched the search warrant and saw pics , it was noted that he did have trash containers and recycling bins at the ranch, so people assumed that he did have trash pick up.

You are saying the liklihood is he didn't have trash pick up and the bins were just there for dump runs.

October, but it opens and closes at the Garden of The Gods Gate depending upon the weather/snow. Not sure about the other end of that road toward Woodland and beyond.

If anything, this seems more likely to me than KK framing PF. Although I'm not sure anyone planned to frame anyone. I think PF wanted KB dead and asked KK to help and she did. BOTH guilty.

My understanding is it was PF who said KB was going to washington to visit family- it may have been the aunt who passed that on , not sure.

There has to be a reason they are keeping secret the text that PF said he got from KB. They said what her employer received.

And yes, i can't imagine the commuication between PF and CB..

The content of that text makes me very curious too. Something else I'm a bit vague about is whether or not her employers responded to "KB's" text stating she was taking the week off. I don't recall hearing any follow-up to that. If I were the employer, I likely would have texted back with one or two questions...or maybe not, depending on the type of work arrangements KB had.

Maybe there is info around the text to DOSS that we just aren't privy to yet.

I'm wondering the opposite, has KK thrown PF under the bus while conveniently saving herself? Don't misunderstand, he's behind bars and there's a reason for it. But, she's no a victim.

No one would be attacking them, had they reported what they knew, when they knew it. If they want to do the walk of shame before segment 3, free to do so. But people are angry and can’t make any sense of their negligence.

I think they both were in it equally. The reason will be shocking once it's revealed.

Unless KK admits to sending the texts how can it be proven? Especially if the phone is long gone, though even if they find it, seems doubtful it would contain her DNA at this point imo.
