Yeah, there's someone implying it.I do not see anyone here at the moment saying that PF is innocent.

I don't think she would do it. Only because it would put a hole in her fear of him story if she agreed to visit him, and she's needing to cover her own butt too because she knows they know she's not completely innocent in this.I may have watched too many movies.
I have wondered if they have allowed her (KK) to visit PF to see if he will tell her. IDK just a thought.
Obviously. Fear of him was her back up alibi should she be caught.I think the “fear” is a load of BS. They have seemingly known each other since high school. She married someone else and had kids with him, so it’s not like PF was controlling her for all of those years. She knew who he was, and I doubt she all of a sudden became afraid of him, conveniently, when she becomes the subject of an investigation. She’s playing the poor poor martyr card, IMO, to save herself.
Kelsey Berreth’s parents file civil lawsuit vs. Patrick Frazee
(Sorry if this has already been covered)
What confuses me is that during CB’s interview she said that she thought that the relationship between KB & PF was loving. However when CB filed the civil suit it specifically says that they are accusing PF of inflicting physical, mental and emotional acts of violence towards KB PRIOR to her death.
These statements don’t match up.
Do you think that CB was fibbing about the loving relationship on TV since she knew that PF had baby K and she didn’t want to anger him or accuse him of violence towards KB because he may do something bad/flee the country with baby K?
Or do you think this is just an “after the fact” statement based on the information she has now gathered from those closest to KB & PF during their relationship. Are KBs friends telling KB’s mom & dad that PF had been acting violent towards KB prior to her death?
Super confusing.
Can you remind me when her brother went to check on her?Right, and it really only takes a little common sense to realize that IF CB had asked LE to do a welfare check on 11/25, and they found no sign of her, she would have asked if KB’s vehicles were there. Being told that they were both there, she would have filed the missing person report that day rather than waiting a week.
Love triangle. It's a tale as old as time.
MOO
Anyone think it’s possible KK checked into some type of a hospital, once things got “hot” for her? Maybe she’s “off limits”, per her doctor. This would explain her absence.
Also, Imo, one that can dispose of evidence is fully capable of planting evidence.
Things she claims P told her (girls go missing, KB is crazy,
and such) I believe to be things she told P.
As far “I think he’s killed before”, I think this is her excuse for doing far more than disposing of a phone. IDK when she thinks he killed before, it seems she wasn’t afraid of him from HS grad’ thru most of 2018. Why?
Why, suddenly is she petrified?
I’ve read some hideous comments about KB & baby K, on other sites. I have to wonder if KK or her friends might be behind them.
I think KK murdered KB. I don’t think KB’s phone is the only thing KK left Colorado with.

First, I do not believe that the Woodland Park Police investigated all of the probabilities in this case. They have excellent training, but simply don't have the manpower to lead and investigation of this magnitude. I believe that handing the investigation over to a well staffed and highly experienced prosecutors office was the best move.
Second, I believe that CB had an incredible bond with her daughter and is a remarkably sincere human being. She seems to know in her heart that her bond with KB has been broken by death, and that's all I need. There is literally no evidence, at this time, for any other possibility.
Third, it is proven that someone took the phone to about the most remote spot in Idaho, and that person has not yet been identified.
Fourth and finally, my opinion on KK has not yet been formed. You can't build a brick wall using horse pucky for mortar.
I need to take some time to delete my high school flame from my contacts list.
I think that the prosecutors are doing an excellent job, but the news folk, and a few WS members, refuse to understand that the case is still in the investigative phase.
I might point out that when the prosection moved immediately to shut off all information about the charge, their first point of argument was that in any murder case, it is their experience that "bad actors" come forward with useless and misleading information which tends to clog the investigation and create needless delays.
Duh?
As for my opinion of Colorado law and Colorado prosecutors.............at times, my published bio has alluded to a crime against my friend, which Westward Magazine once ranked in it's "Thirteen Horrifying Colorado Murders" article. The perp was apprehended and sentenced to 888 years in the penitentiary. He was eligible for parole after ten years, and they nearly let him out. After that, his eligibility came up every two years like clockwork, until Colorado law was changed which then only allowed him eligibility every five years At least three generations of Colorado prosecutors worked on keeping him locked up, spending millions of dollars. When he died at age 77, he was actively making a special hardship appeal. The hardship was that he was dying, and felt he was owed a last breath in freedom. I followed the case closely forty years, ready to do anything that I possibly could to help the prosecutors in their never-ending battle for justice.First, I do not believe that the Woodland Park Police investigated all of the probabilities in this case. Reread through the last few days. There are some who believe PF is an adoring father who is simply the victim of a scorned, obsessed, stalker...Sure there is absolutely no evidence so far to back that up, but there are definitely some people who have tunnel vision. It makes me wonder if women who have never met PF want so much for him to be innocent, how easily might a woman who actually knows him be manipulated by him? JMOI do not see anyone here at the moment saying that PF is innocent.

I have thought this since the first day I read KB was missing. First I thought, "who would try this with the Watts case being so fresh?" But then when PF had an attorney right aeayi thought, "he's doing what CW did wrong."It really is and with the very recent Colorado Chris Watts case and so many other murderers eventually getting caught and prosecuted, it is mind boggling what made either one of them think they could get away with it.
Screams of arrogance or is it ignorance or both.
Someone a few days back mentioned something very interesting. They mentioned that PF and company seems to have tried not to make the same mistakes Chris Watts had made and did the opposite.
CW left wifes phone in home. PF took KB's phone.
CW didnt have a good excuse why wife was gone. PF and Co. sent texts to her employer giving an excuse why she was gone.
CW killed the kids too. PF took his kid home to mama.
There may be more things like this but it does seem PF and Co. may have thought if they corrected all of Chris Watts mistakes then they would get away with it.
I still want to know how they knew she was missing on 11/26. Either KK told the BFF before any official missing persons report was made, which is very suspicious in itself, or they are full of crap and got their dates for their "story" confused. JMO.I think what we are hearing from the R’s is the lies that KK told the supposed BFF. (The unknowing alibi carrier for lesser charges should she be caught). But the bottom line is- they DID NOT report when they should have. On 11/26.
I appreciate your honesty and intelligence. You also “appear” to be a local in the area and maybe have stated that and I missed it. I am always willing to give a charged person the benefit of the doubt. And too, I know there are many innocent people that have been convicted of crimes and the Innocence Project has helped so many.First, I do not believe that the Woodland Park Police investigated all of the probabilities in this case. For me, I am not from the area, do not know the WP LE, nor the folks in the DAs office. What I do know is that the FBI was brought in and the LE in Idaho are also a part of the investigation so while PF is locked up, I do believe investigators are looking at all leads, albeit they are focused on PF.
What to make of KK’s involvement if any? We don’t know do we? Nor do we know why the R’s have involved themselves in this case. The rumors are flying.
That leaves me with
1). Yes CB loved her daughter and wants the guilty person to pay. I am with her.
2). A little baby girl likely saw her mom murdered. In any case, she will never see her mother again.
3). After PF supposedly received a text saying KB was going on a road trip, she never followed up with him. Would a normal person question why he has not heard from the mother of her baby? Would she not call to ask how the baby is or to hear her little voice?
4). WHY did PF not report her missing?
5). WHY did PF not search for her? Reportedly, he knew she was headed out to see her grandmother.
6). WHY did PF not immediately contact CB and the police for help?
He has a brother in Le in Co Springs. Surely, they would have taken this seriously and helped him.
7) Why did PF not take part in a press conference and ask the neighbors of Florissant and Woodland Park to help find her?
8). WHY would PF not take part in the local vigil for CB?
Those things show to me a total lack of regard for his child’s mother. It didn’t matter if he was having an affair or dating ten other people. It is how he treated KBs disappearance that made others zero in on PF.
From what I understand it was KK who inserted herself into this mess. SHE is the one who told friends she was seeing him, And she told them before the murder ever happened. She lives in Idaho. That’s where the phone pinged. What was she or someone she knew doing with the phone and why was she in WP on the day that LE theorize KB was murdered? Looks real bad for her.
As for PFs family, his sister in law signed into WS long enough to tell us that WE needed to be looking for KB, she didn’t sound the least bit concerned. This is the aunt of little Kaylee Berreth! Yes, there are a few of us who didn’t buy the koolaid she was trying to sell us. Seems there are a lot of cold hearted people living in Florissant, Colorado.
WS members aren’t trying to tar and feather PF. He has every right to remain silent. But surely he could help investigators solve this, if he wanted to help.
Finally, I don’t know if you are a family member to PF, and won’t ask. But if you are, maybe you could ask some members of your family or yourself these questions.
