Yup, unless I hear otherwise, I’m assuming KK is responsible for things she deeply regrets & has “checked” in. Where? Idk.
I just got off phone with an atty I sometimes date, asked him, he agreed. He is not in CO, knows nothing about this case other than what I briefly told him.
He agreed, if she’s not around, not in jail, she’s hospitalized & they ain’t telling us.**

I had not thought about this but you could be right. Her being in a facility of some sort would explain a lot of things that confuse me, like why she has not been arrested.

I still want to know how they knew she was missing on 11/26. Either KK told the BFF before any official missing persons report was made, which is very suspicious in itself, or they are full of crap and got their dates for their "story" confused. JMO.

In an update to the interview the R's said BFF told them on Nov 26. that woman is missing now.

"On November 26th, Michelle came to Patty and said 'that person, she's missing, she's also a pilot.' Patty realized she had also seen a Facebook post about a missing Colorado mom that sounded familiar. She delivered an ultimatum for her employee Michelle to pass along to Krystal."

The question everyone is asking is credibility . Don't think they would lie about how they got the info. Dates right? Maybe they are mixed up. Maybe they have them right given they have been interviewed by the police as well . time will tell.

Reread through the last few days. There are some who believe PF is an adoring father who is simply the victim of a scorned, obsessed, stalker...Sure there is absolutely no evidence so far to back that up, but there are definitely some people who have tunnel vision. It makes me wonder if women who have never met PF want so much for him to be innocent, how easily might a woman who actually knows him be manipulated by him? JMO

I would not say it is so much tunnel vision as there are two sides to every coin. With so little facts and assumptions it is very hard at least for me to make a definite call on exactly what transpired now that KK is in the picture. Then throw the R's into the mix and well it just gets more strange.

Weird things happen and sometimes are so far out there that we say to ourselves wow I never thought of that.
I have been trying to keep up and now that Jayme has been found been looking over there too.
But I have not seen a definite post where anyone was making the exact call that PF is innocent, just possibilities and what if's.

I think people comprehend post differently and maybe that is the case here too.

Just musing here. I wonder about all those friends of PF and KK telling lies about KB on SM and saying what a stand up guy PF is and woman KK is. How do they feel about their wonderful farrier and rodeo queen now? Now that KK has painted herself as being a victim, afraid of him and for her child because of his threats. I'm sure SM sites are burning like a forest fire out of control, each side defending "their" victim. Disgusting. KB was THEIR victim.

They wouldn't have a choice if you play the mental breakdown and suicidal card, which is pretty easy to do. They wouldn't have to put an officer on her if she isn't arrested and they don't consider her a flight risk. Plus those facilities are secure.

And it would play into the victim story.

I don't think it is a bad theory. As good as any of the other ideas at this point.

On the news they said that she was being interviewed and is cooperating. That means that she's not avoiding LE as your theory implies.

I believe he was present at the welfare check on Dec. 2. Not 100% sure on that though.

the only thing i can think of why there has been no KK arrest is she became an informant very early on. otherwise LE usually does an arrest and then the individual starts working with LE under some type of plea deal. but i guess it is possible KK has been arrested and that was sealed. but, i've not ever heard of that.

IF she is in the hospital & her doctor deems her incapable of being interviewed or she’s drugged, they won’t arrest her, imo. They can, like a DUI w/minor injury.
I THINK anyone picked up by LE can requestvto go to a hospital, too. At least in my state, one can.
Where is she if not hospitalized?
How could they cut a deal w/o arrest? If she’s not arrested there’d be no need for a deal.
IF she is to be arrested, I hope B’s have input regarding deals. Jmo

A WS poster found that PF had sold dogs to someone in that TF/Gooding area of Idaho in 2010. I didn't pay enough attention to the info at the time...

IMO Is it possible that PF/KK are also related in the cattle business?

IIRC, KL's ex is a rancher as well.

I noticed how carefully MR.R was watching MRS. R during interview. As if worrying if she would stick to their Story. Then she dropped the bomb, and his expression completely changed. That look he shot her. As if she screwed up,and went off script. Cats are hard to round up,after being let out of the bag.

No they aren't. They are just offering an alternative theory or speculation. That is very different from implying innocence.
There are other cases where it looked like the GF or wife was a victim and she got a good plea and was not a victim at all.

I think it is good when someone feels comfortable enough to keep us grounded and open to other ideas. It doesn't mean we have to jump on the band wagon but just helps us remember we don't know what we don't know.

I think the “fear” is a load of BS. They have seemingly known each other since high school. She married someone else and had kids with him, so it’s not like PF was controlling her for all of those years. She knew who he was, and I doubt she all of a sudden became afraid of him, conveniently, when she becomes the subject of an investigation. She’s playing the poor poor martyr card, IMO, to save herself.

Wonder what her marriage was like.

IMO, they might have one or more AQH stud/mare for breeding purposes. The AQHA allows embryo transplant,
Get a good mare in fosl, transplant embryo to an old, broken down mare, as often as you can. Major money can be made. P knows his horses, imo. It’s all about the legs/feet.
Another possibility is they co own & share a roping or reining horse. Some sell for millions.

Do you have access to Arabian Racehorse registries? They race them at Arapahoe. Not likely as that is a smaller world. Arabians are usually used in other equestrian activities rather than racing.

Right, and it really only takes a little common sense to realize that IF CB had asked LE to do a welfare check on 11/25, and they found no sign of her, she would have asked if KB’s vehicles were there. Being told that they were both there, she would have filed the missing person report that day rather than waiting a week.

Except that does not explain the insistence of MrsPR and BFF that they knew KB was missing Monday Nov 26.

IMO They knew. IMO WPPD did do a door-knock welfare check on Nov 25, and then did a community caretaker search , which is often also referred to as a welfare check, on Dec 2. Legally the two actions are not the same. If the media was wrong, they could correct their stories. If MrsPR was wrong, she can correct her date. None have done so.

If you google 'community caretaker search', you will stumble across a case of man who had not paid his rent and was missing for two weeks. The landlord called LE for a welfare check. The landlord opened the door with his passkey, and LE entered without permission from the missing tenant and without a search warrant - for the exclusive limited purpose of checking the man's welfare. This is not a welfare check - it is a community caretaker SEARCH. LE found $47,000 cash, drugs and guns, but the man was not there. The man was actually fine, showed up eventually, and was then arrested for the drugs in his apartment. The case was finally tossed because it was a community caretaker search and there was no search warrant, no probable cause for the drugs.

I was one of the posters who mentioned it. Perhaps others did so, too.

I think the difference in planning comes from the difference in the goals.

Chris Watts did preplan, but I doubt he was in a rational mind doing it. Even if it were not for NUA, he'd be caught soon, he was just off, in so many ways. I always thought he was in a hurry to annihilate because he felt that in a week, this "eclipse"' in his mind would have been gone. He was obsessed by love, and maybe felt trapped, and it made him dangerous to a lot of people, not only his family. But the planning phase was short.

I suspect, and have no proof, that maybe PF thought of killing KB before CW case, but as to fine-tuning, the details, CW's case made a difference. He chose the day when everyone will be away of busy, he had enough time to clean, he created an alibi that bought him a week, he gave no interviews. He hid the body too well. He got rid of the purse, the cellphone, all things incriminating for CW. He did not think of the car, or maybe he knew that a car could be GPS-tracked.

The biggest mistake was conspiring. As long as a secret it known to two, it stops being a secret. Enter BFFs, their bosses, and maybe a lot of locals we don't know about.

What really played for PF was the size of the ranch, the date and the fact that his are not densely inhabited places.

But why do I think he planned it before August? Watts case unraveled so rapidly, one would think, "darn, it is difficult to kill these days, I'd better not". Only if you already have the plan in mind, you start thinking, how do I avoid mistakes?

I think that he approached KK in September specifically because this is when Watts case, the details, became known. Maybe he planned to kill KB by himself, and in September, thought he needed some "corrections".

In short. CW - love-obsessed and very impulsive.

PF - very "stuck in ideas", a planner. MOO.

Hmm... it will be interesting to find out when KK made a request for time off at Thanksgiving from her employer.
(Maybe she already knew she was off. Where I worked, we rotated holidays, so if we worked Thanksgiving last year, we didn't have to work it the next year. )

I think the accusations implies that the death was in such a manner that it caused physical, emotional and mental strength.

That it was not being a shot by the gun in the back. That KB was somehow incapacitated and witnessed preparations and suffered in the process of dying

Now that really breaks my heart and brings everything right back squarely in focus. An innocent, young loving mother was brutally murdered by a heartless with at least 1 or 2 other people having knowledge beforehand. HOW SICK IS THIS and how very sad for Kelsey's family and baby girl.
