In an update to the interview the R's said BFF told them on Nov 26. that woman is missing now.

"On November 26th, Michelle came to Patty and said 'that person, she's missing, she's also a pilot.' Patty realized she had also seen a Facebook post about a missing Colorado mom that sounded familiar. She delivered an ultimatum for her employee Michelle to pass along to Krystal."

The question everyone is asking is credibility . Don't think they would lie about how they got the info. Dates right? Maybe they are mixed up. Maybe they have them right given they have been interviewed by the police as well . time will tell.

Here is my question. Why the reference to “she’s also a pilot”? I find that curious, although I don’t know exactly why.

On the news they said that she was being interviewed and is cooperating. That means that she's not avoiding LE as your theory implies.

The pics I've seen of PF's horse(s) look like grade horses (mutts)
certainly not Arabs.

In a court of law I wonder how that would work out when her statements were made while she is in a hospital for say mental anquish or on the verge of a nervous breakdown?
I would think those statements could be argued because of her status at the time.

The difference being we aren't suggesting real mental health issues but a strategy to fit in with the victimization defense.

Simply, PF is in jail, and KK not. Many might feel that she is implicated in some way. If she were at least arrested, people would feel the couple shares the blame. But because she is not, and she is for sure guilty to a degree, the public opinion shifts towards sympathizing with PF. Human nature.

LE has to keep it in mind. There is no explanation where KK is. PF takes all the blame. I think he is guilty to the core. But - humans are humans, and if they feel that the treatment of KK not just, it might eventually seriously sway public opinion.

I keep getting tripped up on this, no doubt her friends and family and social circles were talking about it, though CB had not "officially" reported her missing. Which then takes my mind to the R's dates could possibly be accurate.

Reminds me of Big Brother and how every episode they talk about how it will be the biggest twist ever. At this rate, I would not put it past the Rs to say tonight that they heard from their cousin’s uncle’s BFF that KKs trip to CO was so loving that they got married and conceived a baby they will name after KB.

I am guilty of being born in Colorado Springs and of living in PF's neighborhood before PF was born. In my childhood, Woodland Park was a summer community surrounded by summer camps. I spent a couple of weeks every summer at one or more of them. I worked two full summers in the mountains south of Deckers, north of Woodland Park. I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, then left the state. In my career, I worked on contract for a Colorado Springs firm for two full years in the 1990's, but my work was not in Colorado. Only two of five children ever left the area, so I have visited way too many times to count.
It makes it much easier to research specific facts of the case, but no......I don't know anyone in PF's family.
I think your questions are all legitmate, and am convinced that the prosecution has already covered them pretty well. If they fell neatly into place, I'm sure the prosecutors would have already moved forward. Going to trial is kind of the object of their work.
As a child, I once got mad-as-hell at a camp counselor near Woodland Park and decided to walk 3-1/2 foot tall chubby self out of there. I literally disappeared into thin air, but as I remember they found me walking down the shoulder of Highway 24, down Ute Pass many miles from where I was last seen.
Note to self: Next time, don't take the highway. Suggestion: Rampart Range Road
Oh, sorry, I drifted. My point is that there were, on December 2nd, many possibilities open. The "last person to see her did it" is a valid supposition, but it's not the only possibility.

this is true, the prosecuters do move towards trial. but, i thought it was the defense actions in this case that has delayed the case. wasn't it due to the defense that the next court action was delayed from late january until mid feb?

They'd go back and look at her status on 11/22-26. Functional.

I think she should be in jail.

I also think he’s right where he should be.

I don’t feel any sympathy towards him because she’s not been arrested.

You got me on that one. It seems everything that is being relayed by BFF to the R's is for a reason. So that would be for a reason as well.

I think BFF was being strategic in going to them to protect herself from not having reported what she knew.

Maybe BFF was hoping to buy time for KK with the R"s re them reporting it to police. If she's a pilot maybe she just decided to get away and think somewhere via plane. Seems weak but worth a shot maybe.

I don't know. Better ideas?

They said as much in the interview. When talking about their employee " being visibly upset"telling them her friend's Man wanted help doing away with baby Mama. Telling Their employee to have her little friend contact them. All this from the horses mouth, Horse Being Mr.and Mrs R.

Everything is based off what was said in interviews, so all of it is straight from the horses mouth. Horses mouth being Mr. And MRS. R.

I think those who speak in the media, except for KB’s family/friends, all could have known something before this all happened. JMO, but I’m seeing a pattern here. I think the whole gaggle of them will be investigated, some or all joining PF eventually.

She was missing though. Just not in MSM/LE’s eyes. PF and KK would have known she was missing by that date.

Yes, if involved, those were the two people who knew.

But the two people who allegedly knew were trying to cover up KB's murder with "she left me with the baby and ran off" and the phone ping in Idaho.

There was no public news report or Facebook post prior to that date that stated that KB was "missing". None. Zero. Zip. Zilch. Nada.

Now, if KK admitted to BFF that she had disposed of KB's phone, the Rs could have become aware of that on 11/26. And if that is what happened, they just exposed KK and tainted the case. That's a lot of ifs, and you can believe what you want, but I am going to go with they got the dates mixed up. MOO, JMO, etc.
