So you believe that PF told KK that she was "missing" as of 11/26, but told CB and the police that she took some time off on 12/2? Because KK would have only two ways of knowing, on 11/26, that KB was "missing", or rather deceased. 1) if PF told her that or 2) if she had first-hand knowledge; that is, if she helped KB become "missing", or rather deceased.

My guess would be she has first hand knowledge. But she told her friend PF told her because it makes her look honest and forthcoming, and implicates him alone.

I have been wondering if he was playing KK all along....playing her up and booty call til he can get her to do his dirty work for him..then throw KK under the bus for whatever she willingly was manipulated into doing.

PF and KK are looking like co-conspirators to per-meditated murder. If I was LE, I would take what either one says with a grain of salt. I'm not LE and have plenty of salt.

Unless the text messages were pre-programmed in advance by PF. Then I guess when she turned the phone on it would have pinged? I would think her own phone, whichever she was using, would have been turned off. Imo

And if she "usually" had her phone on 24/7, turning it off is unusual and therefore, suspect.

Unless KK admits to sending the texts how can it be proven? Especially if the phone is long gone, though even if they find it, seems doubtful it would contain her DNA at this point imo.

She lived nearby to where the phone pinged. The jury will use common sense in connecting those two dots.

If she was tucked away in a hospital, why would LE fight so hard to keep that affidavit away from PF? They said it was for the safety of witnesses, and I would assume she is Witness Zero. If she is in a facility somewhere, then there would be no reason to be concerned about her safety.

I'm thinking of scenes in Bullitt and The Godfather
where killers are targeting hospital patients.
Unless there is an armed guard or policeman on duty
guarding KK's hospital room, I wouldn't assume she is safe from harm.
