Are we allowed to discuss the recent “scoop” that was posted here or not unless that person becomes verified? TIA WS pals

Thanks for asking mrstfs, and the answer is no unless it is supported with links or the member becomes a VI. The post has been removed but it will take us some time to clean up all responses this morning when WS staff are available to deal with it.

Thread is still closed.

Yes, nasty and childish. Because after all, we are at the same spot. There is a horrible murder, and a child to be raised without her mother. A tragedy. And the way the Rs talk, it belongs in a kindergarten. And this week Idaho TV station promises its audience even more entertainment.

And this certainly isn’t “entertainment”

Right. None of these interviews is helping KK in anyway.

The idea that she was terrified is basically negated by her telling BFF- forget about it, is okay. Going to Colorado, years of relationship etc.

Now it is showing her as a willing participant. She chose to go to Colorado knowing he wanted her to kill KB. She had lots of time to think about it. She disclosed it. She could have gone to LE. She chose to do it. Premeditation. She was complicit.
ITA. As you note PREMEDITATION. A solicitee cannot claim she refused 3 times, then went to CO and at a minimun picked up the victim's phone for transport to ID. Then commence with the ping, the texts, and start rumors that the victim is "missing". All of these actions negate the solicitations and turn them into Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Murder 1st degree for KK, if the allegations of the R's via BFF are the truth.

I think the R's and BFF have already given extensive statements to the FBI. In a murder, it's every person for themself, and the truth serves the outliers the best because they were used, they were not the murderers.

Okay, I know it’s been said that these lawyers can’t be charged for knowing about KB’s planned murder ahead of time and doing nothing. But, what about their actions after the murder?

They knew something happened to KB by November 26th. That’s 4 days after KB was last heard from, and 6 days before her family even knew she was missing.

They knew something happened to KB and two people were planning to murder her. They also knew who the murderers were and where the murder was likely to have taken place. Yet they sat on that information for 2 weeks.

So, it’s not illegal to know a crime is going to be committed and do nothing to stop or report it.

But, is it not illegal to know a crime was already committed (and who was involved) and not report it? Accessory after the fact? Conspiracy? Something?

Are they really not in trouble for knowing a crime was committed and not reporting it? Even them being lawyers doesn’t require them to report it?

I took her comment more “hold of her heart”, since she implied P to be KK’s first Love.
IMO, KK carried a burning torch for him and NOTHING was off limits as to what she would do to have him/keep him. Absolutely nothing. Moo

And Patty thinks she’s going to talk to CB. That’s a laugh. Sounds like the family are disgusted and outraged with these two ‘monsters’ as described in the article.

"Many are now lashing out at the Rockstahls and even calling for Joe, an attorney, to be investigated by the Idaho State Bar.

'Wow! Owners of a law firm and they didn’t do a DAMN thing. Heroes?!?! Are you f’n kidding me?!?! They’re monsters!' wrote the victim's brother Clint Berreth on Facebook.

He later responded to a comment calling the pair cowards by stating: 'Those are my exact thoughts too. Hopefully they’re business folds following this.'"

So happy this thread is open. I look every day to see if LE is going to arrest more perps. I think those attorneys in Idaho are real low life’s for not reporting a murder plot scenario. Such a shame our laws can’t charge them with a crime.
And KK? How is she walking around free? And her BFF How is she free?

Anyone with LE family/friend, ask them how often a suspect seeks hospitalization after being drilled for a felony crime? A lot, imo.
All it takes is one doctor, imo ( based on personal convos )
to declare “NO VISITORS”. That means none. **
IMO, when a person appears to be involved in a capital crime is not apprehended, there’s one reason.
LE can’t get to them.

Me? Yea, if I get questioned by FBI & perhaps “lie”, expect a “knock knock” at my door from a uniformed person with a badge & cuffs, I might prefer to not be home. So, where is the ONE safe harbor?

Moo

**in my state, LE positions 24/7 guard outside the patient door. No Visitors includes lawyer, family & friends. Once the restriction is lifted, the lawyer is usually first in.

I wonder, when soliciting (or anytime), if PF told Idaho nurse how he killed Kelsey or the general mode of disposal. Maybe that’s why LE knows they likely won’t find her, or in one piece/complete body.

Wow I think we all read the exact paragraph at the exact time!!!!

I’m outraged that publicity-hound lawyers would put CB in this position.

This just makes them even more despicable. I hope someone files a huge complaint with whatever Bar Association governs their job

Could be something simpler. “He had a hold on her”, maybe. PF is her dealer?
OR, given her profession was she HIS? Imagine the implications for her.

IMO, their concern is far deeper than they can express.

Wish we knew if KK traveled alone. I travel frequently, despise long, lonely drives. Prefer to have a “friend” ride along. You?

Not implicating anyone, moo

How is it that this bunch (the Rs, BFF, and KK) are still not charged with anything? I truly don't get it. It just keeps sounding worse and worse, I can't even imagine what KB's poor family is going through. This is just disgustingly awful.

The Moderators don’t allow us to cite FB as a source and I think you need to remove the statements referring to it and what you quoted.

There’s a good reason they don’t allow WS to become a vehicle for FB

Please remove your comments or you might end up getting us shut down. Thanks

That is a direct quote from the article. ;)
