The Moderators don’t allow us to cite FB as a source and I think you need to remove the statements referring to it and what you quoted.

There’s a good reason they don’t allow WS to become a vehicle for FB

Please remove your comments or you might end up getting us shut down. Thanks
The FB comments are written into the article by the MSM source, we didn’t bring them here from FB. That’s different.

Is that true even if the DM article quotes from FB?

That DM article also had a portion of KB's brother's letter to the Idaho Bar Association, IIRC.

I can’t see how it would be! MSM quotes different sources all the time and they aren’t banned from here.

Please remove the FB information and the names of family members not involved in the LE investigation.

It’s not allowed on WS, for good reason
Her brother has been mentioned in several articles here. Such as when he went to her house. Should we remove those too?

  • #888
I don’t think it should be allowed on WS

We just become a secondary vehicle for FB and end up sinking to that level

I hear you. I actually don’t think DM articles should be allowed here. But since they are allowed, I can see why WS pals posted the FB quotes from the article.

I just messaged a Mod to verify.

I wonder, when soliciting (or anytime), if PF told Idaho nurse how he killed Kelsey or the general mode of disposal. Maybe that’s why LE knows they likely won’t find her, or in one piece/complete body.

During any interrogations, imo, she had to”tread ever so lightly”, too much knowledge puts her at the scene. One can claim someone told them how he executed a crime, IMO, if they know itsy bitsy details....that’s a problem.
Not saying this happened. Based on the R’s KK is quite chatty.

I wish CB could have a sit down with the R’s. She might get some yet aired info. You know....things they thought better left untold, for now. Maybe CB would get the “unedited version” of events. I’d be in the sky, On my way!.

Okay, I know it’s been said that these lawyers can’t be charged for knowing about KB’s planned murder ahead of time and doing nothing. But, what about their actions after the murder?

They knew something happened to KB by November 26th. That’s 4 days after KB was last heard from, and 6 days before her family even knew she was missing.

They knew something happened to KB and two people were planning to murder her. They also knew who the murderers were and where the murder was likely to have taken place. Yet they sat on that information for 2 weeks.

So, it’s not illegal to know a crime is going to be committed and do nothing to stop or report it.

But, is it not illegal to know a crime was already committed (and who was involved) and not report it? Accessory after the fact? Conspiracy? Something?

Are they really not in trouble for knowing a crime was committed and not reporting it? Even them being lawyers doesn’t require them to report it?

They were slow to act and that's not a crime. However, I really want to get to the bottom of the dates and if it's correct they'd heard Kelsey was missing prior to it being announced by the PD. If it's as they claim - that Michelle told them - then Michelle got it from Krystal who, on top of being involved in this terrible crime, is a complete idiot. The Rs - or Mrs R, anyway - are allowing themselves to be Michelle's mouthpiece with the making excuses for Krystal (madly in love, manipulated, afraid, threatened, etc). Not smart but, imo, rationalizing because they feel badly about not acting sooner. For Pete's sake (and who the heck is Pete, anyway?), they don't even know her.

OR, given her profession was she HIS? Imagine the implications for her.
I also thought she could be his and a popular visitor to rodeos.
lots of medical people are users and sometimes sellers depending
what they can get their hands on. IME, moo.

IMO, their concern is far deeper than they can express.

Wish we knew if KK traveled alone. I travel frequently, despise long, lonely drives. Prefer to have a “friend” ride along. You?

Not implicating anyone, moo
I would not rule that out, Trudie. I would especially like to have a "friend" along if I was "scared". MOO

Couple who exposed Patrick Frazee knew he planned to murder Kelsey Berreth weeks before her death | Daily Mail Online

"...Soon after, M/BFF then came to them [R's] again on November 26 and said 'that person, she's missing, she's also a pilot.'

PR said that she immediately knew that M/BFF was speaking about KB because of a post she had seen on Facebook.

...The couple also claimed that KK had been in possession of KB's phone - which had pinged off a cell tower in a nearby town just a few days after she went missing - and that she [KK] had sent texts to KB's family and employer in the days after the woman disappeared. ..."

Okay, I know the DM may be just repeating factoids, but DM held back this article until after the third R interview segment, so they had time to verify November 26 and Facebook.

Is this new about texts to the B family? I only read the R articles and did not watch the videos. It has been known about texts to PF and Doss Aviation. Did I miss this or was KK pretending to be KB and texting her family!?

100% agree. Well said!

I think they made an oops and got the narrative wrong.

If it’s MSM, it’s MSM. It’s not our responsibility to censor an article from an approved MSM source.

"Many are now lashing out at the Rockstahls and even calling for Joe, an attorney, to be investigated by the Idaho State Bar.

'Wow! Owners of a law firm and they didn’t do a DAMN thing. Heroes?!?! Are you f’n kidding me?!?! They’re monsters!' wrote the victim's brother Clint Berreth on Facebook."

I feel horrible for her family
Me too. The R's are utterly devoid of empathy. How could they possibly think Kelsey's family would embrace them? They obviously can't even imagine what they have done to her family with their silence and then this reprehensible "interview" if you can call it that. IF they had a child murdered and at least 3 people knew in advance, how would they feel then about them?
Shame on the reporter too!

Well I thought it was just being reported directly from FB

Not that DM is any better. IMHOO

I’ll let the Moderators figure it out.

First the Rs said that they "connected the dots" when they saw CB on TV, pleading for someone to come forward. The press conference where that occurred was on Dec. 10. Then they claimed they saw a FB post. Then they claimed that their employee "M" came to them on Nov. 26 and said that "she's missing and she's a pilot". So good luck getting to the bottom of the dates.
