I am hoping that maybe they didn't give the entire info in that case, like maybe he knew they had been talking about doing it.

I just wonder how it all ties into all of shenanigins that the R's have said happened, if it is true.
I am holding onto the hope that LE has this all wrapped up and know the details and more arrests will be made.
It could be however that the rumor mills have stirred up a lot of things that aren’t true and we are going down a rabbit hole trying to figure it all out.
Somehow, someway, I hope the R’s have to give an account for the mess they seem to have created.

Colorado will exradite a father for delinquent child support, even if the child is grown and gone. You had better believe they will extradite anyone in this case that they think they have a reasonable chance of convicting.
So Dave, may I ask what your thoughts are about this case?
Do you think one or more persons will be charged as an accessory to the crime?
What is your opinion of the interviews, snippets really, of Mr and Mrs R?

Do you know today if you get a job with a large pharmaceutical company and you accept their health insurance plan, financial planning, fitness planning, medication benefits program, and others plus take the nice laptop and cell phone they give you, welcome to your company knowing every detail of your health. Their computer monitor where are at and can look in your room at home or your hotel.
That's it, that cell phone the company gave my husband will stay in the car from now on.

Photo from above link:

This property looks different from the ones previously shown on the news. The previous addresses the news showed were incorrect (i.e. NOT KK's) based on my research. I wonder if this is the right address but they were there at the wrong time? Did the reporters miss LE action or are they being sent on wild goose chases by "tips" from social media?
Can anyone figure out the approx location of the above photo?
(As long as we don't name the owner names or post specific house numbers, I think it's ok to sleuth out the location where the media was reporting). MOO.

I google map and street viewed all the addresses of anyone connected to the Idaho news. It doesn't look familiar to me. Or, like you say, they had the wrong date. The tracks on the driveway aren't recent. There's melted snow in the tire tread marks.

This case is so very sad.

The police were at KK's house December 17, which is most likely when she surrendered her phone. If they found proof she was an accessory to the crime, I would think she would have been charged by now, as it's been 29 days. I think that Mrs. R and Michelle did talk, but I don't think she was an employee IN THEIR OFFICE. Mr. R is both a PI lawyer and a criminal defense attorney, so he must employ many experts on a fee basis as well as snitches. I think that anyone in their positions would do exactly what they did.......call the CBI hotline as soon as they found out KK had been visited by FBI. My gut feeling is that Michelle has not come forward because she has something to lose if she does, but the interview ended with a teaser that another previously unknown witness had contacted the station, and they would be airing the interview with HER “next week”.
Other than the parts I just outlined, I don't believe a word of the RR's interviews but I haven't seen a good serial part western "B" movie mystery for a while. The popcorns in the popper, and I'm ready!

I just keep wondering...what in the world did he (PF) do to her ( KB). Just what in the world....
And I'm sure to him he had a "good" reason...but I can't think of any real reason.
Didn't look to me like she was leaving..she had a good job and bought her own house.
He/his mom got to see lil K a lot.
He didn't have to divorce her.
I don't get it.

If it is BFF that comes forward, I will be shocked. But it won't be the first time.

She could be crucified. She was already being harrassed but if you open yourself up publicly... But clearly this reporter isn't interviewing, they are just allowing a story to be told and not challenging anything so maybe it is just an opportunity for her to tell her story.

The fact remains it makes no sense to me that the R's came forward. Maybe they got caught up in the drama and weren't able to think straight about the pitfalls.

I remember at the bottom of the second article it said that the R's coming out in the media had caused other people to come forward.

Maybe this "she" is someone we have never heard of. But probably not, the most likely answer is always staring you in the face.

and I can't stand not knowing what's going on. We know just enough..and yet not enough at all.

to me..anyone credible should not be talking to the media..maybe I'm wrong, but I sure wouldn't be. All of these people come out now...where were they when KB was alive and needed their help?

You captured it.

It makes no sense.

But I don't think it ever really makes sense, there are always better options.

His mind is not the same as the vast majority of the population. He's an outlier. I hope..

So true.

When I first got my smart phone I decided to turn off GPS location services until I thought about it more. I am pretty much anti-big-brother and didnt want Google or any other place to have access to my information but then I thought about what would happen if I am in a bad car wreck and cant talk and only could push 911 and moan. LOL

Its truly like a double edged sword. I finally decided that the advantages of being able to use the Google Map driving feature and being able for 911 to find me if needed far outweighed my paranoia of big brother. LOL

It truly is a double edged sword.

I would turn it on for my own safety, as well, but I'm also afraid of other things that come with it. Without going off topic, I'll just say to look for the Youtube of Tucker Carlson's show, on 1/15/2019 (tonight's show) and listen to what Michelle Malkin has to say about what Google is doing. They are a threat to everyone, especially kids. The GPS is great but what comes with the Silicon Valley products that deliver it is not.

I trust that, sometimes, no news is good news!! :)

So marijuana could get you 20 years? Really need to take another look at “justice system”.

The marijuana part is, at least, changing, but these lax laws on violent crime also need changing! How about accessory after the fact carries more years and still allows plea deals to get information with the perps still getting a decent amount of time. 2-6 doesn't give much wiggle room in a plea deal. I think someone driving a getaway car when a murder is committed gets serious time (don't they?), why not someone disposing of a body or critical evidence? BTW, that makes me wonder, and maybe one of the lawyers knows, if someone like KKL can be charged with obstruction of justice (on top of anything else).

The FBI contacted the Twin Falls County Sheriff on Dec. 15, asking for assistance in serving warrants and processing evidence. The combined Twin Falls City-County Detective Task Force does not have the ability to process cell phone evidence of this complexity, I'm quoting the RR's on the FBI actually being at Krystal's house on the 17th, and hoping they nailed at least one date correctly.

Did he solicit someone to kill you?

No, he threatened to many times, and had been physically abusive. He said he’d rather do it himself, but didn’t want to get caught. He was killed in a plane crash before the divorce was final but leading up to that I would wake up every morning honestly surprised I wasn’t dead yet. He was very cunning and very capable. There’s no telling if I’d have survived if I’d gotten custody. I consider myself very lucky.

Can't wait to find out what led them there.
According to the R's:
It wasn't them (they talked Dec 17)
It wasn't KK
It wasn't BFF, otherwise she would have told the R's
WP Police Chief said on Dec 10 that the town would see a large influx of police types in the next 24 hours. I believe that meant the CBI and FBI. PF's first lawyer said, on the 12th, that PF had surrendered his phone. I take that to mean he did it the day before, or Dec. 11. If he had KK in his contacts or had ever made a call to her, she was destined to be contacted by the FBI asking for her phone. It only took four days (allowing a day for the warrant issue), so I'm guessing her had her in his contacts. The RR's seem to me to have a really high opinion of their influence on a case that is unfolding 800 miles away.
