perhaps. look at OJ, for instance. no doubt guilty. some might say the state with laser focus proceeded to "railroad" him in their case. OJ walked. never got what was coming to him in the criminal trial. yeah, he paid a price as the result of the civil trial but that was different. i think my point is OJ team played off the state evidence offering different conclusions to be drawn from the evidence speaking.

We don’t know for sure they’re looking for her body there, but I think it’s very likely.

It certainly wouldn’t be the first time someone has disposed of a body that way, and this would jibe with my dismemberment speculation.

I posed that theory as an explanation for why law enforcement apparently missed forensic evidence on their initial searches.

The idea of him doing that is just so repugnant I don't want to believe it. I know it's possible, but I guess I'm still hoping they left her intact. For me, it takes a special kind of evil to do that to someone

Yep I am agreeing with that and it's sad when you look at stats how many are put in waste disposal bins and landfills and they don't find them. I know of one personally that was murdered and the killer was caught told the police check the landfill iput her in a bin

Mark Hacking thought his wife only deserved a dump for a burial site.
Remember? After he checked out of the local psych unit, he led LE her, iirc. He took respite in the psych hospital, imo, to avoid LE questioning him.

Yeah. I’ve heard of cases where law enforcement searches a landfill for weeks, to no avail.

It’ll be even more difficult, considering how much time has passed.

Sometimes they do get lucky though, and most landfills keep meticulous records of their trash locations.

Just saw this...could what he have disposed of at the dump led them here to a larger facility? Anyone know if this is where things are transferred from where he did his dump run?

It’s entirely possible that he also killed Kelsey with the baby in the same room.

Doing something like this, may not be something that would bother him.

It’s still entirely possible that she is intact, and isn’t at a dump. I just wouldn’t be surprised.

Has he not already been made aware of the evidence against him? Or, at least what they had at the time of the last hearing?

i don't know what the state has given PF team other than the arrest warrant probable cause statement.

I think he got rid of her intact. Just too messy to clean up a gruesome scene. IMO, he & his crew wanted in/out, fast.
There has to be some video of vehicles headed towards KB’s condo. Once vehicles are narrowed down, LE can go thru hours of tape, maybe spotting a vehicle belonging to a suspect. Jmo

Very true, but there are few options for where she is.

I don't believe she is hiding out with friends or relatives because we are hearing nothing about her and no sitings. I can't believe she is the type who could just go to ground.
But i could be wrong.

I agree....I’ve said it before on here, there is no way LE would allow her to be out of sight if she has intel and is a potential POI. She’s somewhere safe I’m sure.

Yep OMG. What comes to mind is George Costanza in Seinfeld “It’s not a lie if you believe it.”

PF must be working very hard at rationalizing what he has done so he can sleep at night. This includes blaming LE for being “railroaded” and I’m sure we shall hear of others who have done him wrong, in his opinion.

IMO it’s from either tracking his vehicle in the time before she was reported missing or from interviews about his whereabouts after Thanksgiving. I personally don’t think KK is talking and/or knows where KB is. MOO

Video, phone pings...maybe KB's DNA was found in a dumpster.

They found Lori Hacking in the landfill in Salt Lake City because Mark confessed and told her which dumpster he put her in. The landfill had records of which truck dumped where in the landfill. It was still a slow process.

My hope is that baby K was down for a nap given the time of day, after returning from the Safeway. I guess for me, this crime is just so horrible and senseless (as so many others are) I'd like to believe things can't be even more horrible by adding these other atrocities to the mix. Black heart and poison running through their veins.
