It seems to be KB purchasing 269.

We don't know what was said by her to PF regarding any future child support payments, etc.

We don't know if she issued any ultimatums.

We don't know if she expressed a wish to move back to WA
or up to SandPoint, ID to be near her parents.

KB was an indoor, classroom flight instructor for DOSS.. She didn't make drug run flights.

I wonder if the original plan was for the killer(s) to kidnap
KB from her house, drive her hudreds of miles away and take her into the woods to execute and bury her.

What if something happened at the house that screwed that plan up? KB is a petite woman. Perhaps, she fought back
harder than the killer(s) expected and she ended up being mortally wounded or murdered at her house.

The killer(s) stole something, jewelry perhaps, and maybe not at PF's instructions.

It could account for the dueling PF theories that KB was killed during a robbery or killed on her way to see her ailing Grandmother in WA.

All very good questions! Here is what I think: Yes, I suspect she lived in 209 first. Haven't proved it yet. No, I don't think the home purchase had anything to do with it. She financed it with CB & DB, so there's no reason that PF would have even known she bought it, if she didn't tell him. If she made payments at 5% interest, she saved herself a hundred bucks a month. There is no incentive regarding child support. He would have to pay it, no matter what state the child ends up in. They also can't take away his vistation rights as a father unless he is harmful to the child. Colorado is incredibly tough and very fair to the child. I don't think KB had any thoughts on moving back to Sandpoint. CB & DB worked very hard to be able to retire and live the dream. KB had spread her wings, taken the leap, and flown high away from the nest. The motto of Woodland Park is "City Above The Clouds". I think her dream was right there. If her heart was crushed by PF, she certainly could have started following the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) lots of single types in boots there, and some are even rich!
As I've said in previous posts, I believe that the WP Police have probable cause. Just because I can't see it doesn't mean it isn't there.

I think he had to park that way to about hanging out of the drive. On my town some driveways are very short. Coupled with narrow roads, not good to be slightly out of the drive. Moo

I could never call pf a cowboy or macho. My image of a cowboy or a macho guy is someone manly... which is very different from a murderer.

Please don't take this the wrong way as that is not my intention. But today I read I believe a DM article that included a picture PF talking to two blurred out men. He was standing there laughing, holding baby KB like a sack of potatoes and looking highly at ease. It stopped me in my tracks because I can be hyper observant. Less than a year ago, this guy WAS just a cowboy with (perhaps like everyone else) a "not perfect" and complicated life. But there he was at ease enough to laugh with his daughter tucked under his arm and he was comfortable.
It makes me wonder what went on to change that. I don't think KB his problem. I'm thinking the rest of his women were. I still think one of them is the owner of his motive and KB was the one who paid the price.
