Agreed. Although I do think he told his family he broke up with women when he hadn’t. I think that would allow him to bring women into the mix during overlaps of relationships. If Rs are to be believed KK may have made multiple trips to CO, but F family might not think anything of it if he told them he and KB were broken up. MOO

Yep, think so too. PF has a moral code reversal. A lie is the truth if it benefits the image he wants to portray.

I’m sure he was very invested in being seen as the perfect son. He lied to preserve that image. Harder to preserve that image now, but he knows he still has his family’s loyalty and ego strokes.

I'm so relieved that Kelseys friend has shed some more light on the relationship between Kelsey and PF. Many of us assumed that his temper and treatment of animals might reflect how he treated people, especially women.
I would think eventually he would have treated his daughter poorly as she got older. Hopefully he will never have that opportunity. Imo

PF treated his dogs, horses and possibly women poorly.

She ran off to the store without getting all made up, which was unlike her. So she was in a rush and she had a baby with her. She spent 20 mins or less in that store. Probably quite a bit less.

The only information that we have is that she entered the Safeway at 12:05. That is all LE has shared with us. What she was wearing or how her hair was don't matter. We don't know when she left for home, we don't know if she was followed, and frankly we don't know for sure who the red truck belonged to. We are hoping that it will all fall into place in the trial, but it's not going to any sooner unless someone releases more information.

Yeah, PF is a stand up guy. A real gem. Ha!

ETA: can’t you just imagine what will come out in trial if that woman is called to testify and IF they actually dated 6 years? Oh yeah!

I actually have been meaning to look through these as I thought there was an interview with one of KB's childhood friends a while ago (not the recent one with AC) but I saw it once and could never find it again when I made my "What We Know" list. I wonder if it's like the Sonic video that was on live news and for some reason never got put out online. *Sigh*

I saw the info about the coffee shop from a video interview of an employee that took place IN the coffee shop. It was during the day time, not at the vigil. I'll see if I can find that one too while I'm looking through videos for other info.

I’ve been thinking a lot about whether KB had an engagement ring or not.

A ring could have been a major source of resentment for PF.

We know that KB was raised in the SDA faith. Some SDA do not wear jewelry as they feel it is unnecessary adornment and calls attention to oneself.

However, KB seemed to have branched out a bit from strict adherence. Her family seems to be quite modern (her brother and his husband), KB foraging a new life with her baby girl although not married,
and things she had pinned on her Pinterest like girlie drinks and recipes that are not vegetarian (but those could have been for PF).

If you look through KB’s Pinterest pins (account under her name), you can learn a lot about her. She had a strong belief in God and in herself. It is heartbreaking how she was pinning beautiful home decor for a new CO home and ideas how to decorate Baby Girl’s room. Thinking of her wearing the sundresses she pinned is just so very sad.

So back to the ring…

1. Did KB have an engagement?
2. What was its appraised value?
3. Did PF give it to her?
4. Was it an heirloom from PF’s family or KB’s family?
5. Did KB buy the ring herself?
6. Did PF want it back because it was his family heirloom or did he just want to pawn or sell it if
It was KB’s family’s heirloom?
7. If KB bought it herself, this is just one more thing besides buying the condo without him that points out his status as a loser. His child didn’t even carry his surname.

PF was telling his friends that they had split up a few months after Baby Girl was born.

What was KB telling her friends?
We know that her family referred to her as being engaged but no wedding date was set.

If KB was wearing an engagement ring, it would bug PF and might affect his
womanizing on the rodeo circuit, his town and beyond.

I believe there was a ring and PF was determined to get his hands on it.

Just like Chris Watts, PF was tired of the life he was living. PF realized that he faced 18 years of dealing with KB and arranging pick up and delivery of his daughter, driving to and fro around KB’s work schedule. Not to mention
the high cost of raising Baby Girl.

He didn’t want to be bossed by a woman anymore — not from his mother and not from KB.

He needed and wanted money. He thought by KB being dead, he could live on Baby Girl’s inheritance, Social Security, money from KB’s ring, and not have to answer to KB. He could continue being his romantic view of being a “ramblin’ cowboy” who was lucky with the ladies.

A domestic abuser may abuse only one woman in his life. It only takes one!

A man can go through changes as he ages. He can start abusing drugs or alcohol. He can meet someone who triggers hi somehow (not to blame the victim). Financial stress can make people do very horrible things.

Some fathers sexually abuse only one of their children and leave the others alone. The same with non-seual violence - one kid may be the target while others are left alone.

Agree!!! This timeline makes it easy to recognize that PF clearly wasn’t thinking when he moved her out to CO farm life after she had just acquired her pilot’s license (and likely had aspirations with such license). That, or he figured he’d change her mind about the whole flying idea. This timeline also makes it easy for me to guess that her relationship with PF must have turned south very shortly after getting pregnant (if she and her friend moved in together right after that). The I’m getting married comments may have been the result of emotions after a new pregnancy. still confused about where she and her friend would’ve lived together.

Dave, I am curious to what LE was searching for in Memorial Park in Woodland Park.
I think it could be that the killer(s) were waiting there until they got the go ahead that KB was at Safeway. Then, they would go to KB"s condo and use the key that PF had given them. They would hide inside and later ambush KB.

Her hairstyle could be important. I think her bun and baby is something that people might remember. I think that there should have been and should be more aggressive appeals to the public. Someone must have seen her and her killer(s) on Thanksgiving. There has to be a ton of CCTV cameras that could have captured her vehicle and those of the killer(s).

Ed Stanfill, Berreth’s uncle, spoke with News 5’s Sam Kraemer Monday, saying she wanted to get closer to then-boyfriend Patrick Frazee. After she moved, Stanfill said she accepted a job at Doss Aviation.

Berreth, who had attended flight school and worked as an instructor in Washington, got to know Frazee some time before moving to Colorado in 2016. Stanfill said he does not know how the couple met, saying, “She’s a pilot. She knows a lot of people.”

Despite working in Pueblo, Stanfill said his niece chose to live in Woodland Park to be closer to Frazee. She did not live with Frazee, he said, because the now-fiancé also lives with his mother.

Is Grand Junction the closest place to Woodland Park she could have done her flight instructor certification? I'm still confused on where the info comes from that she moved to Grand Junction at all.
She moved to Woodland Park in 2016 based on the video interview with her uncle.
If GJ was where she had to go for training, she might have moved there from WP only to do the FI training in Feb 2017 which is when she told a fellow pilot who reportedly went to "flight school" with her that she was getting married soon: Who was Kelsey Berreth? Further, per owner of Springs aviation in CS, she worked there in 2016 as an instructor. It's roughly 36 mi from WP to springs aviation.

Didn't know about KB's friend interview until just now. Disappointing because, as usual, the teevee personality doesn't know how to interview (same as with the Rs). I would have liked to have heard more about PF considering AC said he was always mad about something. I have a feeling she's got got more valuable insight on him. This fits, exactly, with the lady (derided as a "pony princess") who talked about his anger (flipping the horse trailer) and treatment of animals.

I can't stand it that KKL hasn't been arrested. She had Kelsey's phone, dammit.

His poor mom is praying for him but she doesn't run his life. If she did, he wouldn't be in prison. He is the one with the demonstrated character of solicitation to murder of the mom of his child and charges of murder. We see how he conducted his life before these acts. Reports of verbal abuse and probably worse toward women. His mom gave him a place to live, food to eat while he dated multiple women intimidating one while she was pregnant.

We know nothing about Ma or the rest of PF's family (other than names and some occupations). MOO, Ma looks like an enabler and whatever PF's deal is (psychopath, sociopath, etc), doesn't give me the impression of all being well on the home front and growing up. These monsters aren't made in a vacuum. This kind of deep seated character deficiency always has it roots in childhood.

Thanks. I have been posting old videos trying to find that interview with the uncle or cousin. So far everything I have found has family saying KB moved to Woodland Park in 2016 to be closer to Frazee. The CBS video also does NOT have anything in it about GJ. This is the new CBS video with KB's friend: Kelsey Berreth's friend believes her fiancé was "borderline emotionally abusive"

The friend says she and KB lived together in Colorado while KB was pregnant and working as a pilot "nearby". No where does the friend mention where in CO they lived together.
