You are consistent in your generalizations. I’ll give you that.

We don’t know WHY she didn’t report it. Maybe she didn’t take him seriously. Maybe he threatened her. There’s a lot we don’t know. Once I know those things, then I’ll pass judgment on whether she’s a terrible person or not.

Non-terrible people don't plead guilty to involvement in a murder case- no matter the level of involvement. Life is precious and a human right. Someone is terrible if they are involved in that on any level. JMO

Well sadly sometimes it seems we live in a world where the criminals have more rights than the victims. The end result of that is sometimes plea deals are made in order to prevent the biggest fish from going free.
Stinks doesn’t it?

I could see it happening that way, except for that interview the Rs gave to the TV station about KKL's BFF talking to them about the situation and the knowledge beforehand. So, no, I think KKL knew beforehand and drove to CO in spite of her fear. Bless her heart.

Yes, very good post! If what the Rs said in their interview, then it would be pretty hard for KK to claim she knew nothing about Kelsey, etc. because obviously she did IF she told the employee of the R's like the R's said. What a tangled web we weave....

I was surprised the court docket is in her maiden name. Even her current nursing license is in her married name and they are very strict about immediately updating your info.
Moo - attempting to distance and minimize professionally, a deliberate move my guess. Calculated.

This is interesting, yet not surprising.

BREAKING: Krystal Kenney is facing charges of Tampering with Physical Evidence-Destroy. Formal complaint was filed today, though she hasn’t been formally charged. Plus, prosecutors have a date in question. I’ll explain coming up on @KOAA

Based on the paperwork filed, police believe Kenney destroyed evidence on Nov. 24. That’s two days after Berreth was last seen publicly. #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee @KOAA

I predicted this exact charge earlier today here.

Hmm. So what did she destroy?
Maybe she participated in cleaning up at the townhome? Which would be destroying evidence, plainly. The activities regarding the phone might be a whole other situation.

Ohh good call!

Hmm. So what did she destroy?
EXACTLY!
who says it was text messages or the phone she destroyed/tampered with? Maybe she burned bloody clothes, KB's purse, or maybe sheets or something poor KB had been wrapped in.

Do we know for sure she is pleading guilty to something? Or is she just being charged?

I’m not a lawyer, but I think that if these are the final charges, and this is what she is pleading to, she won’t serve jail time.
We still don't know what evidence she destroyed. She may be the one who ditched the body or the murder weapon. If that's the case, the public ain't gonna be happy if she walks free.

Again, there’s no word *yet* on what evidence police believe Kenney destroyed. Logically, the cell phone would make sense as it pinged in Idaho the day after she’s accused of tampering. But that information has not been released. @KOAA #PatrickFrazee #KelseyBerreth

I predicted this exact charge earlier today here.

There really wasn't anything else to plea down to. Her level of involvement in the case will probably turn out to be accessory but to get a plea deal you have to go down the ladder of charges so you end up with tampering with evidence being the most likely in this situation.

She’s not pleading guilty to murder is she? Once again, we do not know what her involvement is.

Wasn't she at Sonic by kb home on the 24

Very true... merely helping someone conceal the murder of their child’s mother can easily be justified.

I wonder what he is thinking? Is the tampering with evidence based on her taking the cell phone to get rid of it? It doesn't sound like it is going to be based on sending the text messages. (based on Nov 24 tampering, Nov 25 texts sent) It will be interesting to see

Well, I don’t want to derail the thread either. You were the one who brought watts up in the first place. And now you’re unwilling to back up the point with examples, but so be it.
O/T There are 68 threads in the Watts case. The evidence is listed on page 1 of most of those threads - usually as post #2. I just randomly plucked one of them for you: Found Deceased - CO - Shanann Watts (34), Celeste"Cece" (3) and Bella (4), Frederick, 13 Aug 2018 *Arrest* #43
