Ha! Ok. I have never been a juror. I would hate it.

Oh dear God....I live in a small county and have done jury duty so much, I feel like a frequent flier. I retired from a job that shall remain nameless, but required neutrality and integrity. KL is one of those people that makes me want to stand up, and scream, "OFF WITH HER HEAD!" But since I don't know the level of her involvement, I have to reserve my Queen of Hearts gut reaction and ask myself, what if she knows motif? What if she was with him in the condo? The evidence here has the potential to be more than her phone. So I'm going to wait some more while I twirl my heart staff.
MOO, MOO

I'm confident a nurse entering a guilty plea in a case involving premeditated murder is grounds for both termination and license revocation.

JMO

The felony charge will revoke her license.

Ooh, or maybe it involves the phone but not destroying it (or at least not yet). What if there was some kind of other evidence on that phone, like other text messages (either sent or received) or voicemails, photos, etc -- that she destroyed? Just throwing out ideas, MOO

Maybe she participated in cleaning up at the townhome? Which would be destroying evidence, plainly. The activities regarding the phone might be a whole other situation.
MOO - I've said that all along. Which fits right in with her reported where-abouts (Sonic) and the proximity to the Condo.....all the pieces are there. And sorry, but destroying evidence only? I'm not buying it. Poor little scared rodeo queen 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 doesn't work on me. MOO

She destroyed the evidence on the 24th. The texts were sent on the 25th so this is probably not the phone that was destroyed.

Just makes you want to throw-up. My first gut reaction thinking of K and K.

She’s not pleading guilty to murder is she? Once again, we do not know what her involvement is.
I don't mind sharing (my opinion only) that KK is a horrible person. She knew ahead of time that KB's life was in danger and after she tampered-destroyed evidence. You don't have to be a murderer to be a horrible person...again MOO.

Great observation. Interesting...

I never said she was pleading guilty to murder.

What do we know about her level of involvement?

1. She is pleading guilty to tampering with evidence in a murder case.

2. The right to life is a basic human right.

Therefore I am with others who then feel we can safely judge she is a terrible person to be involved in a murder case. To be involved in any way with taking a human life - be that evidence tampering, coverup, standing by and letting it happen.

You don't have to feel the same way. Not judging you for having a different opinion but you seemed not to get where the rest of us are coming from.

I thought LE found KB's phone with KKL? Am I dreaming again?

I think it was mostly rumored disposed of but who really knows. Maybe Friday.

No, it's more like her testimony would be the final nail in the coffin which could prevent a rogue juror from deciding, "I like him. He's a good ol' boy. I identify with him. Or wish that I did. Or I want to date him. And I dislike the victim. Because she's female. And she rubs me the wrong way. Therefore he can't have committed a crime."

We saw a lot of that in the Watts family case. Many people required a full confession AND plea before they would agree that CW killed his family. Despite the absolute avalanche of evidence against the guy.

So it's crucial to have as much evidence as possible. Make it iron clad.

I believe there is no way that the state of CO would've arrested and charged PF with murder, without a body, unless there was a ton of evidence.

But there are some kooks out there who let their feelings override logic and they may be jurors.

I don't have a problem with this apparent plea deal.
Yes, the lesser of two evils as they say.

I don't think that was ever confirmed. LE said KB's phone "ended up" in Idaho but whether LE had it in hand, know KL had it/destroyed it, or whether that statement was only in reference to the ping, they've never said. IMO

ita She assisted PF in taking a daughter away from her mother forever. That's not a good person, it's a horrible one imo

It was reported that evidence technicians in Idaho collected and tested evidence. To my knowledge, it was never said what that evidence was.

Moo - attempting to distance and minimize professionally, a deliberate move my guess. Calculated.

Remember, she has licenses in multiple states. We will have to check those. It is a common strategy to try to get your license in a different combination of your name transfered before the poop hits the fan.
