The evidence she destroyed does not have to be related to the phone. IMO the evidence could be weapons, blood, electronic communication, cleaning materials.Weird, the text messages were sent on Nov 25

KL is going to be national news, more so than she has been. Her entire life, including every misdeed is getting ready to be told. Friday, she will be a convicted felon and soon serve her sentence. I do not think nursing is her primary concern.
Hah! We've been simmering awhile on this one, I had to watch from a distance as there was literally no news. It’s good progress, (at least it appears to be at this point).
We have been playing “wait and see” since day 1 but I truly do believe the fact that PF was charged pretty quickly and without a body is proof that the DA has a solid case. It only seems logical that without that body, KL’s testimony will go a long way towards showing jurors that “body” even if there isn’t one. (World’s most awkward sentence..)
I would love to see KL found guilty of every single bit of her involvement but if we have to sacrifice her to make sure he doesn’t go free... I guess it’s the lesser of evils.
Some of y’all are hangry tonight![]()
Trust me, if she gets nothing or next to nothing, I’m going to flip a table![]()
Well, I don’t want to derail the thread either. You were the one who brought watts up in the first place. And now you’re unwilling to back up the point with examples, but so be it.
Yeah but she has to make money. If she can't work as a nurse that would be rough. Of course it would be unlikely she'd be able to find a nursing job even if se keeps her license.
Serves her right.
You'd think so, but that doesn't always happen. Some nurses won't self-report when they've been charged with a crime, IMO. They try to get away with it.
I'd be concerned that she'd try to apply/obtain a reciprocal license in another state sometime in the future if her license isn't taken. Or obtain work as a LPN or CNA. Her nursing license needs to be revoked and turned in to the ID BON once she pleads to whatever charge she's pleading to, IMO.
No one is saying the legal process doesn’t have to play out, it certainly does.
We don’t know the nature of her involvement, we know that we don’t know that.
She was solicited three times, and did nothing.
Not only did she do nothing, she then went on to destroy evidence and mislead an investigation.
I am absolutely passing judgement on her, and I am completely unapologetic about that. I can say with absolutely certainty, that she is a terrible human being.
The court of public opinion is one thing, and a court of law is another.
Both have their say.
Absolutely agree that PF won’t say where KBs body/remains were discarded. Not only is that admission of guilt, but in his mind to share that info is equivalent of giving his power and control away.Revealing the location of her body, is essentially an admission of guilt.
If she can’t be found, he still stands a chance (in his mind).
Sometimes killers are successful in forever concealing their victims. I believe that he is confident that is the case here.
He had plenty of time to plan her disposal, and more than enough time to actually carry it out.
I don’t think he’ll give her up.
We don’t know what she did, or what she knew when she did it.Very true... merely helping someone conceal the murder of their child’s mother can easily be justified.
Same here, and I am willing to be that 100% of us would feel the same way.I don't see how she could keep her license if she were convicted of crime related to murder, but I am not a nurse so I don't know. I do know if she waltzed into my room to perform any nursing duties, I'd be screaming bloody murder and goodness knows what else I might be tempted to do.
Haa! This coming from a completely non violent person IRL.![]()
Nope. We know for sure that he was charged with three counts of solicitation to commit first degree murder.BBM respectively, do we know for sure that he solicted her/KK three times? I apologize if I have missed this somewhere.
Wasn't she at Sonic by kb home on the 24
MOO - I've said that all along. Which fits right in with her reported where-abouts (Sonic) and the proximity to the Condo.....all the pieces are there. And sorry, but destroying evidence only? I'm not buying it. Poor little scared rodeo queen ******** doesn't work on me. MOO
Yes, I didn't mean to suggest she wasn't involved with the phone, only that these particular charges might be related to something else. That's certainly possible. But it seems highly coincidental that KB's phone last pinged in the state where this woman lived.
That thought went through my mind earlier, and I don't know why, after I read she is going to plead guilty- writing a book and it turning into a movie. To which, if that occurred, you can bet I wouldn't give a dime to read or watch either one.H2, I think KK would probably be quite receptive to a book deal and/or a Lifetime movie deal coming out of this for her.
I would hope that if she attempts this the B's would come after her in a civil suit.
I would also hope that the plea deal the DA struck with her explicitly stipulates that she cannot financially benefit from the crime in any way, which would prevent her from accepting any book/movie/tv interview offers, etc.
She will attempt to play the role of being just one more of PF's victims.
JMO.
Better that 99 guilty go free than 1 innocent be convicted wrongly.Well sadly sometimes it seems we live in a world where the criminals have more rights than the victims. The end result of that is sometimes plea deals are made in order to prevent the biggest fish from going free.

I just want Kelsey found, for her family's sake, so they can give the poor woman a proper burial. The least that these evil monsters can do is give her family that much. Someone knows where Kelsey is.
