So<modsnipped> has been hiding out for a month and now doesn't wish to have the cameras calling her out during her court appearance? Holy smokes! I can hardly wait to pull up my chair!
Ha! Tomorrow’s screen time will pale in comparison to what is coming down the pike.

A few minutes in front of the cameras won’t compare to the harsh light of hours of trial testimony, when she takes the stand against PF.

You just hate to see that

Attorney Dru Nielsen states in Article 6 of the Objection to EMC filed 2/6/2019 but not posted on the website until today:
"Ms. Kenney has never stepped foot into the Teller County courthouse. She has no prior experience with the criminal justice system. Allowing the media’s request to have cameras in the courtroom pointed directly at Ms. Kenney creates an unnecessary risk of compromising her ability to focus on this important proceeding. Additionally, expanded media unduly detracts from the solemnity, decorum and dignity of the court."
Looks to me like the defendant prefers to answer in person, and look her accusers square in the eye, as is her right guaranteed by the Constitution. IMO
Colorado Judicial Branch - Teller - Cases of Interest - People v. Krystal Jean Kenney
That leads me to believe that tomorrow's hearing will indeed be more than just an advisement. An advisement would take less than 5 minutes and all she would be required to say is "yes."

AND ... IF she disposed of evidence, as indicated by charges then she HAD the evidence in her possession that she could have taken THAT SAME DAY to the LE after she left him - either the CO LE or the ID LE would have been more than happy to accept that evidence into custody, then issue protection to KK from the murderer who was threatening her... IMO
Is she the dumbest person or does she think everyone else is dumb? Give me a break.
I hope with every ounce of my being that KB’s parents include her and anyone else involved in this murder in their lawsuit. Go ahead write your book, make a movie and provide that baby with a college education

Preach!

This has nothing to do with her preference to “look her accusers squarely in the eye.”

She is legally compelled to appear, or have a warrant issued for her arrest.

She just doesn’t want to be exposed to the prying eyes of the public.

The court has ruled, and said “too damn bad.”

Good.
BBM THIS^^^^ :p:D

Good. I’m not sure how I feel about the deal itself, but any deal bodes well for the case against PF.

It appears that the rumors are true.

I'm a girl. I'll be watching to see if she's had her hair recently done. If her nails and makeup are on point. I'll scrutinize her clothing choice. I'll watch her demeanor to see if she appears scared or self-important. She is in court on her own volition. moo

Notice who the parties in this case are? The PEOPLE v KK. If you don't want to face the public, don't commit crimes. I have ZERO sympathy for this person. Stand and face the society you are accused of violating, you may not hide. MOO

“We’ve had a lot of questions about this. The Teller County Sheriff’s Office tells me Krystal Kenney is not in custody. Doesn’t sound like she’ll be taken into custody at tomorrow’s hearing either. #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee #KrystalKenney @KOAA”

Isn't that nice that someone who is, at the very least, an accessory after the fact, and had foreknowledge in the MURDER OF KELSEY BERRETH, gets to waltz around scot free.

I'll take Dowdy Wall Flower for $100 ;)

She’s probably also been practicing a scared, innocent little girl persona with a quiet voice. JMHO ...

The law is the law. They can’t take her into custody because that’s what we want.

The justice system isn’t always fair, and no matter what happens, it won’t be fair here, atleast as far as KK is concerned.

She will never pay the full legal price for her involvement, and none of us are happy about that.

She can help bring down the main culprit here, and she’ll face the wrath of the “court of public opinion.”

It’s not all gravy for her.

It’s beyond disgusting and upsetting, and I imagine even more so for Kelsey’s family.

New from Sam Kraemer, regarding that HLN report:

We've heard & saw those reports. Our team went to the landfill & saw nothing. A spokesperson for the DA's office also says she didn't know anything about this. We know they want to search the landfill. To our knowledge, they haven't yet. #PatrickFrazee @KOAA

This was really easy, she shouldn't have broken the law and helped her boyfriend cover up the murder of his fiance if she didn't want to be in a courtroom.

(I have a problem figuring out these emojis ... I was looking for laughing ones, so I hope these are correct)

Will she be the vixen or the dowdy wall flower?

Jose Baez says

1) give her glasses to wear

2) put her chair at the lowest setting so she looks very tiny and vulnerable

/- sarcasm
