But those stories were coming from somewhere. And I think there was really only one main source for LE to ask those questions to. JMO

Except that she won't be selling her knowledge of the crime, she'll be selling her "victimhood" as a fellow victim of PF. And remember, she's about to plead guilty (or so the rumor is) to tampering with evidence, not murder or accessory to or after the fact.

I am not sure if anyone has brought this up as I have had to skim through to keep up, but if PF killed KB when he picked the baby up then there is a huge possibility that she heard and maybe even saw her mother being killed. While she won't understand it it is something that may well haunt her for life. This is just so so sad beyond belief and would PF do that to his daughter, I suspect he wouldn't think about it or care.

I think there is a lot of anger directed at KK because she is a woman and a mother herself, and one would hope that another female would have the empathy and courage to do what is right in order to protect another mom, or any human, knowing her life was in danger from a vicious murderer.

I don't know if she will receive a punishment worthy of her crime, however I think what she has done will follow her for the rest of her life and affect her career, social life, personal relationships - everything - detrimentally.

What she did is not a mistake that can be taken back and undone. Its not like shoplifting, stealing a car or eliciting a substance that's illegal. It's being involved in the murder of a human and that is most heinous. A family and a child are without their daughter, mother and friend.

I believe that if KK had gone to the authorities, KB would still be alive.

I agree with everything you’ve said, and I think many of us who find this case frustrating are furious that Kelsey could have been saved if KK had told LE of the plot. I know for me personally, no punishment she receives will be sufficient. It infuriates me that she didn’t turn PF in last fall. I understand the legal aspect regarding her charges, but it doesn't take away my anger. JMHO ...

Anyone capable of a horrific murder probably doesn’t possess the empathy to feel for anyone other than themselves and what they want. I agree, it’s terribly sad that he could kill baby K’s mother and not even consider how it might affect her life. JMHO ...

I wish KB would have had a close friend in Colorado, someone she could talk to, confide in, and that person would step forward. This is such a sad situation. If I moved to a strange area I would thrilled to buddy up with a neighbor or find a friend with similar likes. It's like no one around her actually knew her

I think she knew 'of' her neighbors, one had recently given KB a baby gate. We have to remember that she worked and drove at least 1 1/2 hours each way to work and back. Plus, she's parenting a small child also. Her weekends were probably spent cleaning, shopping and bonding with the baby. KB had little time for outside relationships IMO. But yes, it would have been nice for her to have had someone to count on.

There is no reason logically, yet I too am curious as to what brought this about. We have seen CW murder his family over lust for another woman, so whatever the truth is will be equally sad. I don't think this was about another woman. He brought KK into it because he knew she would do anything for him. IMO

It gets messy with the time line but LE was searching Gooding very early on.

"Cheryl Berreth, Berreth’s mom, called police on Nov. 25. Officers conducted a welfare check at her home and she, along with her purse, were missing. Woodland Park Police confirmed at Monday’s press conference that there were cold cinnamon rolls on the stove.

1. KB entered Safeway 11/22 at 12:05pm and was seen leaving at 12:27 pm
2. Neighbor saw PFs red truck parked at KBs on 11/22 between 12:30-1:00pm
3. PF's truck was parked behind KB's vehicles
4.CB stated in her interview regarding how KB looked in the Safeway video and CB said her Kbs) hair wasn’t fixed.

whether this a conflict also depends on how you read #2- did the neighbor see the truck exactly between 12:30 and 1pm, or did the neighbor "first see" the truck between 12:30 and 1pm? was it gone after 1 pm? I can see a witness saying "I saw the truck....oh, somewhere around 12:30, 1 pm....."

If baby was with mom at Safeway. And now baby is with dad. How did baby get to dad, and when? That's going to be key. The fact that is hasn't been discussed by LE is very concerning. Because clearly they have to have asked this question.

Her brother CB2 said that, not her mother CB. But then, CB2 actually said KB was just like CB in never going out without a shower and her hair done. He didn't say "made up", which I'm thinking is probably because CB doesn't wear much makeup, if any at all. IMO

Am I way behind, has someone already posted that KKL's Colorado attorney has answered the Summons in her case and has filed a demand to produce evidence, witnesses against her, any agreements made with witnesses against her, etc?
Rio.............does this look like a plea bargain has been struck, or does it signal that she intends to fight the charge?

Something else in the timeline: in order for the phone to ping in Idaho at 5:13 PM, KK would have had to leave Colorado very early that morning - meaning she wasn't available for any cleanup or dump chores.
