Good.

Assuming the absolute minimum amount of involvement here, she has no business being around anyone in a medical capacity.

If she isn’t going to serve time, atleast she will pay a price in other areas.
Her life is as it was is over, as it should be. I don't see how she'll ever be able to go back to her community, and I wouldn't be surprised to find years later she has changed her name. If she were 22, she could easily start over, but at her age there's little chance of that. This case has garnered nationwide attention, everyone knows who she is and pretty soon we'll all know what she did.

Yeah. If she thinks it’s bad now, just wait a while...

PF probably ain’t gonna plea, and that means that she is going to have to face national scrutiny while she is on the witness stand.

It has been 6 weeks since PF was arrested, and the FBI were in Idaho in November, in KK's area. It will be interesting to find out WHY it took so long to bring KK to this point. She obviously lawyered up and was not forthcoming with information. My guess is that LE had to spend time and resources to lean on her to get her to talk, and that angers me. For that reason alone, she deserves some prison time. Much more than a slap on the wrist. IMO

LE had to build their investigation of KK. The timeline sounds about right for a multi-agency/state/persons case.

It does. They were likely doing their due diligence.

Lack of remorse is a huge deal with nursing boards, and if she doesn't accept a plea deal and assist authorities with making sure PF is put behind bars for life, it's going to look like she's not very remorseful for her actions. It also doesn't support her "I was so scared of PF" line.

I imagine it is standard but the discovery demand makes the cynic in me think KKL wants to make sure she is sticking to the story to already told LE. JMO.

"Ms. Kenney hereby revokes and rescinds all releases, waivers and authorizations for the release of information which she may have heretofore made"
hmmm...that does not sound great to me...plus all of the prosecution witness impeachment verbiage. Hopefully it's just CYA. hmmm
I think all deals are off. Probably not a good look for KKL.

No doubt.
But I'm not sure she's intelligent enough to remember all the lies she's told.

That's how the whoppers trip you up.

The only intelligent thing PF has done so far is to keep his pie-hole shut. Lying liars who lie always get tripped up. IMO.

MOO.

I feel LE and the DA have been very thorough, but i have a question for the legal professionals. We were talking about Karla Homolka earlier, her willing participation in the murders was discovered later due to videos that were found. If LE/DA find out down the line that KK had more participation in KB's death than previously believed, can they pull back any part of the plea bargain/agreement?

So she admits she's lied? Good. Now lets here the truth.

Sorry for being stupid but when was the last ping and the texts? I can't recall if we know that.

11/25/2018 was the ping and text dates

She's going to have to find a new excuse because the "I would have done the right thing, but I was being threatened" isn't going to fly anymore.

She’s always got a career of mucking stalls. She apears to have plenty of recent experience with that type of....manure.

Interesting. In the previous thread there was a question about whether KK would "stand by her man" or squeal.

I believe that someone with such a poor moral compass will always squeal to save themselves. Especially when questioned by LE.

Looks like she did. Probably after the first day of questioning...

MOO

Oh, she squealed alright. Nothing like a few FBI and CBI agents to take care of that for her.

Has Rio commented on why KKL’s attorney filed a discovery demand or is that just normal protocol? Upon reading the document, it sounded excessive for someone facing one charge of destroying a type of evidence. Is it possible she may be charged with more? Or maybe that she will fight charges and not plead guilty? This confuses me and it doesn’t take much since I don’t know the law. ;)

I read that the DA's Office is having to handle many international calls as well.

I don’t believe he will plea because to this point he has really kept his mouth shut. My only question has been if he paid someone else to burglarize her home and kill her then he is likely keeping quiet to save himself from the person he hired. Hope I am making sense.

You are, but I don’t think that’s what happened.

I think he did this himself, and he’s also the only one who knows where Kelsey’s body is.

Am I way behind, has someone already posted that KKL's Colorado attorney has answered the Summons in her case and has filed a demand to produce evidence, witnesses against her, any agreements made with witnesses against her, etc?
Rio.............does this look like a plea bargain has been struck, or does it signal that she intends to fight the charge?

@riolove77 Can you offer some insight into Dave F's post - see quoted post
