HLN just said new landfill search tomorrow

Exactly.
I always hated the early reports that included the word "exchanged" regarding how he got the child.

I have always thought from the very beginning that PF just TOOK/STOLE the child from KB after killing her. She had no intention of being away from her child on Thanksgiving IMO. The Cinnamon Buns were a special treat for her and her baby that day and was the beginning of what was supposed to be a joyful day in her life until PF STOLE everything from her including her life. :(
I wholeheartedly agree! This was KB's time with little K. IMHO, too.

In reviewing video, I also found that in the December 10th news conference, at 3:36 Chief Miles De Young stated that Kelsey was last seen at the Safeway store, shopping with her daughter, at 12:27 pm.
The Safeway surveillance video publicly shown is time and date stamped 12:05 pm, so it couldn't possibly be the last time KB was seen, u nless Chief De Young mispoke.
Again, the vid source is in the timeline.
I thought the assumption was that 12:27 was when she left the store, which LE would know even if the video hasn't been made public. Obviously her entering the store (the 12:05 video) wouldn't be the last time she was seen, unless she disappeared while inside the store.

Interesting that we haven't seen any coverage of a landfill search and now we have this one report that remains have been found. Color me skeptical for now. MOO.

I don't want to be gruesome, but it's possible remains were found, someone immediately reported it, and shortly after someone else realized they are not human remains. Or, worse, they are human remains, but clearly not KB's.

If my mind can go back that far as this whole case has been crazy 12:27pm was when she exited the store. I remember thinking to myself that she was not in there that long at all.

They say believe half of what you see and none of what you hear. Why hasn't at least one reporter gone out to the landfill to show the team searching? Show us, and I will start to give this report some credibility. MOO

I wonder if 12:27 pm is the time she left Safeway. We have never seen video of her exit, but it seems unlikely that it doesn't exist. IIRC, she talked to her mother about a recipe that morning. She could easily have been running to Safeway to grab an ingredient she needed. That might also explain why her mother was surprised that she hadn't done her hair.

And didn't the neighbor state she thought PF was at KB's at about 12:30 to 1?

Halleluiah I want to get an up close and personal look at Miss KK.
I can't wait to see KK with her courtroom makeover. And tomorrow is my day off.

Me too. And although it seems far-fetched, I’d like to see if she is pregnant. I know, I know. — my imagination is a bit extreme. None of the other motive scenarios seem plausible to me.
Not extreme IMO, I saw on her doc they listed her weight at 180 lbs. at 5 3'. The few pictures I'd seen of her more recently than her rodeo queen days didn't appear that she was that heavy?? JMO

No. The neighbor left her own home sometime during that half hour (per her own estimate) and said PF's truck was there at that time. No inference about how long it had been there or how long it stayed. IMO

Berreth's parents will keep custody of granddaughter for now

Video at link shows PF surrounded by LE.

Yeah, 22 minutes inside the store would be about right, if there were typical long lines at the checkouts. Let's see......5 minutes to get out the door, belt the child in the seat and skedaddle home. PF must have been waiting, blocking her space with the motor running, since the neighbor saw his truck there at 12:30 pm. Let's assume he pulls out, lets her park, pulls back in behind her. Two more minutes gone. They unbuckle the child and go into the condo at about 12:34 pm. The neighbor misses that part, altogether but she notices PF's is truck gone at 1:00 pm. So let's say it only took him a minute to dash out the door with the child, buckle her in, and take off. That's a 24 minute crime commision window. If we were LE investigators, maybe we could tighten that up a little by asking for videos from businesses like Sonic that might have caught KB driving home, and it would be prudent to knock on doors along Highway 24 westward, at least through Divide, looking for that red 2008 Toyota of PF's with the short person riding shotgun. That would be between 1:00 pm and 1:24 pm.
Once it officially elevated from a Missing Persons Investigation to a Murder Investigation, an event which I think I have pinned down to the conclusion of the December 10th news conference at 10:18 am, that's where I would have expected investigators to start looking. IMO

Has it been quoted that KK divorced her husband for PF? I do not remember seeing that.
Well since she's been madly in love with him from an (Ahem) tender age,and he had such a hold on her, according to the Rs. She got divorced, PF took up with KB, and had a baby, then KK went crawling back to her hubby afterward.
These are facts of the case. I'm going by these facts.

^BBM The Rs have never met KKL, by their own admission. That's another fact to consider. MOO

Did she make the sweet rolls after she got home from the store? Or did she just need an added ingredient for the icing and they had already been cooked?
