True, but there is no legal document to prove that PF did not have visitation at that time. They can't prove that he did, but they also can't prove that he didn't.
I would probably see it as him kidnapping the child too, but it may be hard to prove because there was no legal document for any structured visitation, or even of custody. Imo

Generally, in a criminal case, the goal is to look as young and innocent as possible. Pros say wear neutral, pastel colors!

Which was a very prudent thing to do!
Authorities needed her in protective custody prior to arresting the alleged murderer, CM, who temporarily escaped while being transported to Bell County, Tx!

I think they arrested her because she confessed to a crime. The public needs protection from her which is why her bail is so high. I think the public needs protection from KK who knew about a homicide ahead of time and did nothing to warn KB.

My absolute first thought about all the protection for PF was not because of being a high profile case, but as a just in case of KKL's ex husband.

Addl thought is that PF loves his extra protection especially when he knows others are seeing this. Narcissistic supply galore for him.

Some thoughts about his reported solitary confinement for his protection (as its very unlikely he’s in SHU for suicide prevention): Certainly could be to prevent other inmates from killing him as their “token high profile killing” but can also be to limit PFs scheming (blackmail, extortion) with the general inmate population.

PF is a manipulator and this doesn’t stop just because he is behind bars. In other words, he might be in solitary confinement for extra security in regards to his own risky and ongoing criminal conduct.

But maybe not. Maybe he is being threatened that someone is about to kill him.

KK getting off lightly doesn't ensure the maximum for PF. The public doesn't have to accept anything. The DA is an elected office.

However, if it is her information that in fact got this fool arrested, and her testimony will get him put behind bars for the rest of his life, well then… we’ll, I will still hate that she got a slap on the wrist but I will feel less compelled to storm the streets with a pitchfork an a torch

I doubt it was KK's information that got PF arrested. The DA said evidence needed to be sealed from PF and his attorney because LE still needed to talk to witnesses. At that point in time, KK was known thanks to the couple from Idaho who talked to the news media.
