Seattle....The question that I keep coming back to is why? If it had been a crime of passion, PF killed KB in the heat of the moment, I wouldn't have a doubt about motive, but with the facts that we are currently aware of, I see no logical motive for PF to want KB dead. I do however see a huge reason for KK to want KB dead. I see motive plain as day for KK. That is why I think that KK may be way more involved than is being acknowledged.

IMO KB May have decided that Patrick and her relationship had come to an end. However, the relationship between baby and father would continue on a more formal basis. She may have been ready to move towards a single life (controlled by her not him). She may have wanted to start having a social life, friends of her own, dating, hobbies, church.

No more KB on the back burner, a more structured visitation, baby in daycare. PB did not want the change. Their relationship was probably great for him the way it was. In his mind, she had to go, permanently, if she didn’t comply with his expectations.

I was strongly in your court yesterday until hearing her read her statement today. I strongly see the defense using her against him. It might be she helped. She did it. She is a lover scorned. I hope she has strong evidence because after today, she needs to bring it because she is risky, imo.

The sad fact is, her vanity is quite apparent. And we are angry at her. And we want her to pay for the heinous crimes she has committed, but will not be paying for through legal channels because of her value in slaying the bigger monster. So we lash out at something that we know will be hurtful to her. It is juvenile. It is not our best selves, but it is the best we can do in the circumstances and I give a pass to those who have done it and who will do it in this circumstance. It's not about her looks, it's about how she feels about her looks and how helpless we feel about the circumstance.

I agree we may not like her looks because what she has been a party to, but she has beautiful goldilock hair worthy of a rodeo queen and I think it has been her calling card for many years ! She was not going to hide it under a bushel !

The only safe affair is where there is only one player. One doesn't talk but two : somebody is going to tell it. KKL is proof of that.

It’s unlikely that she will ever face additional charges, as that is the purpose of a deal in the first place.

She gets a promise, the prosecution gets their witness, and after PF’s trial, she will be sentenced.

Wow. What if they (DA) find new info?
Like maybe she participated in clean up or disposing of other evidence?
I guess all that’s left is for P to accept a plea of some type & case closed.

I just have to butt in and say I find the issue of her looks to be petty. I think she's a good looking woman and didn't look inappropriate for court. Yeah, she could lose 50LBS but so what? It's her character and her dirty deeds I care about. Book/cover, you know?

I was referring to her being upset that her Perfect Rodeo Queen image is shot to Hell, now that her mugshot is out there for all the world to see.

Me, neither. They were 800 miles apart. KK has 2 kids. PF has 1. She has a life in ID, he has one in CO. I'm not seeing the two of them living together as one big, happy family, even if PF would have simply broken up with KB, as he should have done if he wasn't content. Exactly how would that work? Where would they live?

IMO they have history together some may be intimate and some may be heinous.

I'm guessing they arrested him on the basis on evidence found. They stated they found evidence in KB's apt that made them certain KB was dead and that she had died in that apt. I believe they also have evidence that links PF to the evidence in that apt and KK's words are just strengthen that evidence.

I assumed that brain matter was found in KB's condo and that's why
LE knew she was dead. But now, I'm thinking it could have been a tiny piece tissue from her carotid artery or a main artery in her heart. Maybe she was stabbed rather than having been strangled or bludgeoned to death.

Frankly, I think she was bragging to her BFF. I think she was telling her BFF that PF was so in love with her that he was planning to kill his baby momma to be with her. That she was the love of his life, yada, yada, yada. I don't think she was afraid. Maybe the BFF thought a normal person should be afraid...and projected that onto KK and then talked to the R's and made it into a drama. But if I had to guess....I'd bet KK was bragging.

Yah, I could see that. But it still doesn't explain how she thought it would be a good ending for her and PF. If she is telling people that he is planning to kill her, isn't it obvious to her that after she is found dead, he is going to be arrested?

There still may be more players that knew after the murder, we will have to wait and see if there are more arrests.

If they find new information; that means that she lied, and the deal would be off.

I think they’ve done their due dilligence, and are satisfied that they understand the true nature of her involvement.

Oh, I was thinking if KK went straight to the police with the phone, they would have arrested him on the spot and she'd be safe. Would there have been a time period between her going to the police and his getting arrested? I mean a long enough time period for pf to go to ID. She could gone into hiding for a while though...?

you mean they would have arrested her, and then considered possibly arresting him. she had a dead woman's phone. as soon as she took the phone, she incriminated herself, IMO.

Remember the Texas Cadet - Diane Zamora that insisted David Graham kill Adrieane Jones whom he had a fling with, Diane said killing her competition is the only thing that would cleanse David's indiscretion, it was brutal .
Diane and David were top crop in Highschool and at their academies. Some Women are born with the Delilah syndrome. I think KKL may fall in this category.

She had a man of her own that she divorced. She must have been so enraged,and jealous when PF met,and had a baby with KB. So jealous she didn't report the solicitation three times. She must have felt so triumphant that PF wanted to get rid of Kelsey. I bet she egged him on, and encouraged it, but didn't want to do the dirty work herself. So she made up the threat story. That way she might get off Scot free.

I have a question, then I’m sure I missed in one of the previous 1 million posts in threads. Was KK local? She and PF have known each other a long time. Long enough for her to be carrying a torch for a really really long time., Was it because she lived there or did they meet somewhere else?I realize I should know this already but I don’t. And I figure I’m talking to the late night,/middle of the night crowd right now and you might cut me some slack
