Remember the Texas Cadet - Diane Zamora that insisted David Graham kill Adrieane Jones whom he had a fling with, Diane said killing her competition is the only thing that would cleanse David's indiscretion, it was brutal .
Diane and David were top crop in Highschool and at their academies. Some Women are born with the Delilah syndrome. I think KKL may fall in this category.

Ita. The fact she reportedly has had “feelings” for P for so many years seems weird, imo. I personally would call it obsession. More like the behavior of teen girls when they just can’t let go of their first boyfriend. Jmo
(Been a long time since I thought abt DZ)

I have a question, then I’m sure I missed in one of the previous 1 million posts in threads. Was KK local? She and PF have known each other a long time. Long enough for her to be carrying a torch for a really really long time., Was it because she lived there or did they meet somewhere else?I realize I should know this already but I don’t. And I figure I’m talking to the late night,/middle of the night crowd right now and you might cut me some slack
They have been friends, and have dated off and on, since high school.

She had a man of her own that she divorced. She must have been so enraged, and jealous when PF met,and had a baby with KB. So jealous she didn't report the solicitation three times. She must have felt so triumphant that PF wanted to get rid of Kelsey. I bet she egged him on, and encouraged it, but didn't want to do the dirty work herself. So she made up the threat story. That way she might get off Scot free.
She's a conniving manipulative thing. Let's others talk for her, and hides behind her sweet rodeo queen persona.
MOO

Lol, I think she must have been livid to learn P not only met a new woman but that’s she was pregnant. Something makes me think sparks flew. Jmo
I guess we’ll never learn her full involvement. She’ll get slapped on the wrist & go on to live life in her quiet little ID town. Moo
I just can’t imagine what’s going to happen when P blames her, if he should.
I assume P will avoid trial. I’m sure his family prefer this to be over with already.
All moo

thank you, I wasn’t sure how far back the infatuation went. So it’s possible, for this trial, that the jury would be people that knew her or knew of her way back when. So she could be playing to that crowd.

I'm sure the link to today's hearing has been posted earlier, but for those who are still catching up, here is KOAA's upload :

You can hear KKL speak on this 14 minute link.
eta: You will have to strain to hear KKL and others speak. Terrible, low resolution of the video and very low volume for the audio. I hope that these issues will be solved by the next hearing on the 19th.

I thought I remembered reading that the two of them met on the rodeo circuit maybe right after high school. MOO

PF can’t shift the blame without pleading to something or taking the stand. And I can’t imagine what he would be allowed to plead to that he would accept. Or what would be even offered. LWOP vs. death row? No way he will do that, he would have to admit he killed Kelsie. Jmo

If they find new information; that means that she lied, and the deal would be off.

I think they’ve done their due dilligence, and are satisfied that they understand the true nature of her involvement.
I agree. They aren't going to let off a woman who participated in a murder.

The fact that KK failed to report the threat on the lives of her children is a huge red flag, imo. What kind of mother ignores such a threat on their own children?
Same here. I thought how incredibly disrespectful to not acknowledge the women's name. Disassociate much KK?
Reminds me of how NK wouldn't say SW's name in the Watts' case police interviews...

I believe that KKL and Patrick met after highschool on the rodeo circuit.
There was some talk that they may have met in college in ID. There also was talk that KKL has family in Florissant who own a Dude Ranch but some ppl think that
association was to another woman with the same name.

PF and KKL own horses together.

imo

I don't really get the criticism of KKL's physical appearance in court. She looked fine to me and not a whole lot different than her current photos of her in her cowgirl clothes.

Few people at age 32 still look like they did in their teens.

It's her actions that I'm focused on not her heavy mascara.
imo

And she would cover her behind because this is what she really wanted all along..and was quite possibly in on it all along. This would fill in a lot of the holes we all keep tripping all over.
Most of us don't understand why she didn't report it...cuz she wanted it to happen?
Most of us don't believe she is so terrified...maybe because she wasn't..until she got caught?
Many of us think she was very jealous or PF will use that...maybe because she was/is?
Most of us don't think she is all that innocent...maybe because she is not.
How could she possibly eat just like that? Because it didn't really bother her? Killing and cleaning up is hard work?
What if they kind of played each other and were both all for the murder? It wouldn't be the first time something like that has ever happened and then the two flip on each other after the fact.

I think she was afraid of him and she was in love with him.

Do we know that that Sonic receipt was for food? Stress-eating cinnamon rolls could make one very, very thirtsy and Sonic has really great flavored sodas and slushie drinks....

MOO!

IMO, there is no doubt that KK was involved - to what extent, we do not know and may never know. I mean after all, she has not only been charged, she has plead GUILTY to the charge and has admitted/made a statement to the court admitting she was in possession of Kelsey's cell phone. Granted, there may be more that she was involved in - I don't doubt that one bit, but again, that's JMO. However, just admitting AND pleading GUILTY in regards to Kelsey's cell phone proves to me that she WAS involved at the LEAST to that extent. At this point, why try to defend her in the sense that she was NOT involved and she may have did it because she was scared or she may have did it because he/PF threatened her, etc. Regardless of what her excuse is of WHY she did it, she still admitted it and plead guilty, so what part of feel sorry for her is there? What am I missing?

And I hope you would agree that I am also being respectful in my own comments as well. And I am not “defending her”. I’m saying there are possible scenarios that make this a little more gray than the black and white many believe. I’ve said before, she could actually turn out to be evil and horrible when we know more of the facts. She could also turn out to be someone who made very poor decisions with tragic consequences, mitigated by certain factors we don’t know about now, but might learn about later. All I do is state a case for wait-and-see rather than crucify-and-bury. JMO

"Poor decisions" can be criminal and she's a criminal. She had foreknowledge and was an accessory after the fact. How much more do you need to know?

She is a divorced woman who could have alerted her kids' father if she thought they were in jeopardy. She could could have contacted the cops. She could have tape recorded murder plot conversations. She could have stayed home on Thanksgiving instead of driving 800 miles to hook up with a guy who had asked her to murder someone and who she told a girlfriend may have murdered before. It's not like KK lived with Frazee and he ordered her to get rid of evidence or he'd knock her teeth down her throat. She lived 800 freaking miles away and went there of her own accord. FFS. She's a 🤬🤬🤬 without conscience.

I'm not usually quick to draw conclusions or to join the lynch mob. In fact, I'm so reluctant about that I would not have not have convicted Casey Anthony (lol, that will probably cause me some trouble). I won't serve on a jury because "beyond a reasonable doubt" is not enough for me to take a person's freedom. I would require absolute certainty for the sake of my own karma and the life of the defendant. I'm also not an LE or justice system fan. I've watched hundreds of videos of police abuse, cops killing and beating innocent people. I DESPISE their routine murder of dogs and getting away with it. I know many prosecutors are corrupt and never pay for it. I don't automatically trust anyone. I also have PTSD so I understand fear. In spite of all that, if anyone solicited me to murder someone, I would get it on tape, contact the cops and call a lawyer. I'd copy that tape and give it to several people.

Eons ago, my sister dated a guy who later married and his wife tried to hire someone to kill him for the life insurance. That person reported her, she got busted and went to prison and he's alive. See how that works?

I believe she had spent a large portion of her life in Idaho and graduated high school there. They met through rodeo and he sold alot of dogs in that area as well.

Denver 7's upload to youtube of the hearing is much better quality and has KKL reading her statement to the court.

What is the protocol for a preliminary hearing? With no legal background, I'm not clear on what will happen/what to expect on 2/19. Can someone explain the basics? Is this when PF will enter a plea? Will the prosecution divulge more details/evidence? Everyone here keeps saying we will hear more on 2/19.
TIA
The DA explains it all in this video ......

Agree 100%. I said earlier, she's in for a "ride." I have no doubt of PF doing the deed, but she wanted it to happen. There's something seriously amiss in her psyche too and PF's attorney will bring her true character to light if only to reveal his client isn't the only "monster". I just hope that a jury still sees him as the murderer and puts him away for all his living days. And, I hope she suffers for all her living days for what she participated in. I don't believe, at this point anyway, that she is at all remorseful for her participation. She's only sorry she's lost her job and "face" with the public at large. I truly hope that at some point she will express "true" remorse for what she did and failed to do.

She'll never express "true" remorse because she is without conscience. She may express fake remorse to make herself look better.
