Yes she would. My point is that using the plural, merely leaves the door open.

It doesn’t mean that there are necessarily further arrests on the horizon.

It’s always good to be open to the possibility of other people being implicated.

You don’t want to miss anyone.

I'd be really, really surprised if there were any other arrests made, unless it was to get a(nother) lesser player to flip on PF. The only question mark to me is those 2 guys who went to the dump with him the day before they searched KB's townhome.

The DA has made one sweet deal w/ KK to get PF, which indicates PF is the only one they have in their crosshairs.

We don't know for sure why she went to Colorado for Thanksgiving. Perhaps to visit PF and her relatives?

I haven't seen any evidence that would confirm her knowledge of PF's plans for that particular ocassion.

Do we know that this was the first time she visited PF since being solicited to kill? How do we know that he didn't stop talking about it afterwards?

True enough but we know she stole Kelsey Berreth's phone and sent a text to her employer in order to delay the discovery of her murder. Her choice.

ADMIN NOTE:

I have just had to remove 30 posts based on someone thinking it was okay to post a rumor.

WPU was NOT and is NOT approved as an all encompassing mainstream media source. I recall that two reminders were made in that regard. A link to it was allowed on a one-time basis only due to a video that was of interest because it contained a presser with the DA.

Today's rumor post has simply served to verify that WPU is not a credible source of info and it remains an unapproved source.
Sorry, I responded to it to debunk it and made more work for you.

It's just the way he emphasized his words as he stated them, plus the fact her plea deal involves her full cooperation in all court proceedings, cases,or all bets are off.
May's is very smart, and he has the FBI,and CBI to boot.

I'm hoping Idaho's friends yapping isn't going to cause problems in the trial.theres so much anger focused on Idaho that pf seems to be a bit player.

NK, of the Watts case, must be relieved that she's been replaced as the most reviled woman of 2018 crime.

A lot of attention is on KK because she plead guilty in a deal and because of her sock puppets out there spinning her tale of woe.

We don't know what exactly LE found but it was at KB's duplex.
They said they believed based on what that had that Kelsey was definitely deceased

I noticed that two news outlets filed a motion to release that info, how long does something like this usually take to be heard?

In high profile cases, dozens of media outlets are known to file motions. As you can see by the Courts' website, it takes while for them to be posted. It seems that judges tend to wait until everyone has had their say, and make one ruling.
Also, only the prosecutor has indicated no objection to unsealing at this time. We have not heard what the defense position is, yet. IMO

Thank you, @Dave F. , much appreciated.

My money is still on NK as most reviled.

When all is said and done I hope that PF gets sentenced to life in the Administrative Maximum Facility (ADX) in Florence, Colorado (the 'Alcatraz of the Rockies') which is where El Chapo will now be going for life.

Nice thought, but "Supermax" is a federal facility. He will go first to the Denver Reception & Diagnostic Center, where he will be tested and interviewed for eligibility to enter one of fifteen fine facilities for men, scattered around the state. If he warrants supermax level, he will go to the Maximum Security Prison at Canon City. There is also a solitary confinement facility for the worst incorrigibles, but I know literally nothing about it.

Which would be ridiculous, as she (NK) wasn’t involved in the murders.

KK didn’t stop this, and participated in the coverup.

There’s no comparison, atleast if one looks at the two logically.

Aw MG, you are calling me ridiculous. Shame!

We don’t know how much NK knew. She lied about how much she knew, that’s for sure.

Right now, there is still so much we don’t know except KK took the phone. I have always said she could have participated in the planning, murder and cover up. We just don’t know.

But on this date, at this time, I am still disgusted with the woman seeing the married guy who killed his babies, being in his home while his wife was away, and all the while knowing his wife was indeed pregnant.

I thought you were mocking the sentiment, not agreeing with it.

And yes, I do believe it is ridiculous, as we know that KK could have stopped this plot dead in its tracks.

Hate in the Watts case is based on emotion, not the case facts.

Those reasons are personal, and have nothing to do with any crimes she committed (zero).

Here the facts justify our dislike of KK.

ETA: I don’t like NK at all, but KK deserves to be disliked more.

It’s not even close.

How about this? At this moment in time, I strongly dislike KK and NK. I don’t hate anyone. I find both women disgusting, in what they did or would do for a man. Two young beautiful women are dead at the hands of evil men and two women we don’t know a lot about yet were involved at some level. That’s a fact for you.

I see your point MG and agree. KK is more repulsive as she participated in trying to cover it up and also failing to do anything to stop KB's murder. That was in her control.

With NK, I think it's the "guilt by association". CW appears so utterly monstrous in that he snuffed out the life of his beautiful children too and he did it for NK. I think we can all agree, PF did it for himself. KK meant nothing to him.

One woman was not charged with anything, because there was no evidence she committed a crime.

Another woman has been charged with a crime, and could have stopped a murder plot.

If one looks at that logically, I think it’s clear who is more deserving of being vilified.

BBM:

To your last point, SusiQ: I could not agree more. Spot on!

I'm saying that she could have flown or rode down with someone else.
We don't know that she droven herself in her own car back and forth.

That’s true. But I think the chances are pretty low that anybody drove her down. I don’t think the lid would’ve been kept on the thing for a few weeks if she involved anybody else. And it was Thanksgiving. I don’t think the lid would’ve been kept on the thing for a few weeks if she involved anybody else. And it was Thanksgiving weekend. And 1600 miles.

Boom! Well said.

I just can’t wait until we see this arrest affidavit, so we can point the arrow of blame right where it belongs:

At PF’s smug face.
