I'm always reluctant to paint a town's citizens with a broad "idiot" brush after a crime because....well....I live in Memphis.

No, we don't even know if they had broken up at all. In the beginning there was a statement by Kelseys Aunt that they broke up on Thanksgiving day, then there is an article in which a friend said they broke up last January, and another person (Cline?) who said PF told him the only relationship they had was a co- parenting one.
These are all from different sources, but I don't remember which. Imo

I tend to think it might have been KB and baby K were heading to the Berreths in Idaho. She could have been fed up with the situation in CO with PF and wanted to get away PF caught wind of it and that’s when he snapped

I find it very questionable that KK did not know about Kelsey or the baby until recently. The picture below was posted on the Gordon Cattle Company’s Facebook page July 6, 2018, photo dated the 4th. Being a rodeo queen, I am sure she is well aware of the events where Patrick participated. I have no doubt she would check the website for event photos. I am sure there were other clues, as well.

Didn’t the R’s do the interview right after a reward was announced? Then a couple weeks later they were asked if they were expecting the reward money? Or was that kinda of mentioned in that interview with the question about being heroes?

I think they did one interview that was aired in three parts.

I believe it was in the MS interview video. MS was trying to explain KK response to the murder. I will try to find it. The word horrific struck me.

It is a thought that has been discussed here on WS - but I can't imagine this scenario with the deal she made. But you never know.

The only way would be if KK also transported the body of KB and disposed of it on her route home.

Let's say that he kept Kelsey and the baby a secret from KK. When she eventually learned about them (and his possible lies), what was her reaction? How did she go from feeling betrayed to helping him get rid of her?

I don’t think it would have mattered; we would have had to wait anyways as there were other objections presented.

I’m also not the least bit surprised that the defense wants that information sealed.

It must be pretty damning.

I do think we’ll get what we want, but it won’t come earlier than the 19th, like we hoped.

I don't think the Rs know a lot of details. We don't know what MS knows and when she learned about it. MS is being protective of her friend.

So, in regard to that document dump: The motion to unseal the probable cause affidavit from both @KOAA & @KRDONC13 was denied. Frazee objected. And @telemundodenver’s motion for cameras in the court on Tuesday was also denied.

As far as we know, she declined. The Rs also claimed in their TV interview, that they told KK's friend to contact them and talk to them about it. She didn't take the offer, telling to her friend to "forget about the whole thing". Was she not upset about it any more? Did he stop?
I'd also like to know why did KK's friend inform the Rs on Nov 26th that "that person" was missing? It looks like she didn't know KK had a role in it? Wasn't this before Kelsey was officially declared missing? The Rs allegedly gave KK a 24-hour ultimatum to contact police. They were told a day later that she did, but it wasn't true.

This one really bugs me and while it's been discussed, I don't think any explanation came up us to why M knew Kelsey was missing before it was officially reported. Occam's razor: KK told M that Kelsey had been murdered or was missing. If KK told her "missing", that would mean KK was hoping they'd get away with it and she wouldn't even tell M of her involvement in or knowledge of the murder. If KK told M that Kelsey was dead, them M lied to the Rs with the "missing" story, covering for KK and trying to make her look innocent.

I don't think MS knew about KK's involvement right after the fact. How could KK be sure she wasn't going to tell someone else when she already told the Rs about the solicitation? On the other hand, KK also didn't go to the police when asked by the Rs. Who lied about that?

I wonder if KK even knew MS was telling the RR’s such info. MS may have inquired about those things to try to know the legal consequences so she could warn her friend. She didn’t necessarily have to tell KK she had spoken to the R’s, did she? If so, KK is dumber than I thought. Who would go ahead with evidence tampering if they knew attorneys had been specifically tipped off about her situation?

I’m referring to press coverage on the 19th. Whoever filed it (that page froze on me, it must be getting hit hard) forgot to serve the DA and Frazees attorney. So as of now no extended press coverage and the page won’t reload for me I’m assuming too much traffic

When did KK learn of KB?
Was KK at Sonic?
Did MS ever meet PF?
Did KK ever communicate with KB?

Did KB leave Safeway alone?
What original charge did KK plead down from?

Was KB dating anyone else?
Was / is anyone pregnant?

What was the robbery?
Why are there two lines reasoning for PF’s charges?

Were they really broken up?
Were they really engaged?

I want to know if KB had a baby shower, was it a celebratory time, and was PF involved in the birth? (This is such a sad story and I think I really want to visualize some happy times for Kelsey.)

And mostly:
WHERE is Kelsey?
