I absolutely think that PF's attorney will petition the court for a change of venue, and I think the trial will be moved. JMHO.

Colorado District Courts are balanced so that they all represent about the same number of people, with most being like the 4th District........a populous urban area offsset by a large lightly populated rural area. Four, I think are entirely urban, and about six are entirely sparsely poulated rural but very conservative. More than half of Teller county population is rural, and PF is a rural boy. Just where would you move the venue to, where it would be more favorable to him? IMO

I had to read this twice.

Funny how our life experience colors everything. When I was growing up anybody who tattled, or was perceived to be a threat of letting out our mischievous actions, was called a Narc. So I read what you wrote as; KK was a Narc meaning a plant to tell on the activities. Wow! what a different understanding than what I read the second time with narc.= narcissist.

I think I may need another coffee.

Yes, when I grew up a narc was a police (narcotics) informant or, as you said, just generally a snitch of any kind. In that sense, I guess we can say that KK is that kind of narc, now, too.

Naturally, I have no idea if she's a narcissist or NPD but I have my suspicions. MOO.

Unfortunately, I got the tee shirt.

I am wondering if they will be putting her condo up for sale? I need to look and see if an estate has been opened and a death certificate has been issued.
No and no. They have changed the address to their home address in Idaho. I don't look for them to establish an estate until legal custody of their grandchild, KB's sole heir, is transferred. They could exercise their rights as lienholder and repossess It, but it looks to me like they are going to preserve the condo as evidence until after the trial. IMO

Wow! Someone left off the extra zero when I read it. That might require an archaeologist!

ot Yep! I read this morning that they have archaeologists on the site now.

This is certainly not earth shattering, but I found it interesting food for thought.

I noticed in the picture of CB and baby K that the tail of the plane has L3 logos. So I looked a bit and found out that L3 purchased Doss in September of 2017.
L3 Acquires Doss Aviation, Inc.

L3 is one of the largest military contractors in the US and would be subject to ITAR regulation. That level of regulation would not allow one to simply text in that they are not going to be to work for a week. There would be a very formal process that must be adhered.

This leads me to believe that the actual text to Doss is one of the things that first led LE to consider that Kelsey was more than voluntarily missing.

What a crazy small minded idea, and effort, to cover tracks, that actually illuminates the whole scheme.

Great info CDB! You just know that Kelsey was a stellar employee who wouldn't violate rules and procedures and they knew that about her. That text had to set off instant alarm bells.

BTW, I always "see" you name as CBD, lol.

Kelsey Berreth daughter Kaylee poses on a plane in first photo since the death of her mother | Daily Mail Online
View attachment 169297
The young daughter of Kelsey Berreth is all smiles in a photo shared by her maternal grandmother.

In the picture the two ladies are seen making a visit to Berreth's former place of employment, Dos Aviation, where Kaylee poses up on the wing of an airplane.

The family shared the image to social media just days before Patrick Frazee is due back in court after being accused of murdering his fiance.

The 16-month-old is temporarily in the custody of her maternal grandparents and it remained that way on Thursday ahead of Frazee's murder trial.

I keep thinking that she will be a pilot!

this response from PF's public defender strikes me as being somewhat disingenuous,
"19. ...There are social media groups with tens of thousands of members, including members of the named victim’s family, sharing information online. There have been nationally televised interviews of friends of Kelsey Berreth and Krystal Kenney. There have been articles in nationally distributed magazines and newspapers. Contrary to KRDO’s claim that there is no information about this case, the public is overwhelmed with information about this case, and the danger of unfair prejudice that jeopardizes Mr. Frazee’s ability to have a fair trial is extreme."

true there have been interviews, basically hearsay. true there have been articles in national magazines & newspapers, such as reports of known court filings, hearsay, rumor, and speculation. but not so much the actual known facts of the case and i think that KRDO's claim about lack of information is basically pointing to the lack of known facts. so, yeah, the public is overwhelmed with rumor, speculation and hearsay [low quality information] but not really with the facts [high quality information] which KRDO and other media outlets were petitioning for the court to release. imo, the public defender knows this, or is quite dumb if they don't. also, the danger of unfair prejudice is much greater with saturation of speculation, hearsay, and rumor as it stands now versus having complete, as much as possible, access to the facts. again, the public defender knows this imo and seems to want to be vested in the media remaining as it is versus reporting the facts of the case. just my opinion.

There are three mistakes made here: the actual murder, the involvement of another person, and the botched coverup. Chris Watts only made one of these mistakes.

RSABBMFF:

Three seems like a lowball estimate.

I have a lot of confidence in PF's ability to rack up the unforced error count.

When we know what LE and the DA knows, I predict we're all going to be awestruck.

Nobody, but nobody, is more dunderheaded than PF!

JMO.

PF & "Friends" were observed making a trip to the Waste Management Facility and dumping trash bags the day before LE returned to PF's and 2 days before they went back to KB's and brought the fire department with them.

LE was able to retrieve some of the trash bags.

It's relevant, IMO.

Never underestimate PF's capacity for stupidity.

Patrick Frazee spotted at waste management facility, police return to his property

I can't see how anyone who had just committed a murder would be stupid enough to dump evidence in plain sight, knowing their every move is being watched.

Maybe I will embrace that and find an avatar.....green leaves anyone?

For the record I live in Idaho the least accepting state in the nation, so I would probably be found guilty of possession just for having those initials.

Thanks.

BBM:

Normally, I would agree with you.

This is PF we're talking about here.

It's entirely possible that he is stupid enough.

a Q is does he have a "friendlier" jury pool near his home, or in a remote place?
not sure if the defense really wants this in a remote place, but I imagine that local people have heard s lot of news.

Yikes, that's allot more than I remember before the final re-search :/

I don't think "important" evidence would be compromised considering it was taken from an area that required the use of a ladder. Also, considering luminol had to be used for detection would make me think that evidence would be ok too. What LE does in case of contamination is they gather the fingerprints of all who entered the condo before collection.
MOO, MOO

No emotional reactions allowed. Makes one wonder what's going to be said. Will it be so shocking that the audience needs to be warned to remain silent??

Could very well be. I've seen it before.
