Hmmm Where did the robbery and the other 2 solicitation charges go then?

They did drop the other two charges. Right at the beginning when we were questioning how you could have felony murder and murder. They were covering their bases because it looked like it could go either way. Now with more evidence they know he didn't set it up to look like a robbery. It was straight murder and they have enough to charge him with one count of solicitation.

I can’t find a single article that mentions any charges being dropped, nor is there any mention of it in the court record.

Do you know where you saw this?

Was it there originally?

CNN is still talking about a robbery.

“Prosecutors filed two murder charges because they have different theories. One is that he acted alone to kill Berreth; the other is that he -- either alone or with other people -- killed her during a robbery.”

But they are also saying the phone was thrown away, which I don’t recall seeing that said before. So not sure if this is correct reporting.

“In a related case, Idaho nurse Krystal Lee Kenney told a judge on Friday that she threw away Berreth's phone after Frazee committed a homicide.”

Parents of Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth believe she was killed in a custody dispute - CNN

I was just going to ask @jaspermac that. I'm so confused because all of the charges were there last week I saw them.

You’d also have forensic evidence if he used a blunt instrument to bludgeon her, or something like a knife.

Blood doesn’t mean gun.

Additionally, a “silencer” or “suppressor” doesn’t make a gun silent, far from it.

It’s less audible, but make no mistake, you can still hear it.

Good points. My original opinion was that a gun was used but maybe not. Also maybe not as much physical evidence as I thought is needed. I don’t know what to think....so I’ll wait until we know more.

It’s still entirely possible that he used a gun, I’ve just never been a fan of that theory.

I suppose that it’s a little more likely now, as we know from the civil suit that Kelsey did in fact own a gun.

I’m just bothered by how loud it would have been, especially considering how close the neighboring houses are.

Regardless of it being a holiday.

Just looking for it now. I thought it was here last night but i will see what I can find. I thought they had dropped the extra charges in advance of the hearing on Tues because it is either murder or felony murder.

Thanks! I am looking too. There were originally 4 or 5 counts against him and I saw them posted online last week. It shows 1 murder 1 solicitation but showed 2 and 3 before.

So, basically the Amendment is saying PF has lied about a lot of facts especially regarding the child. I think two points that stand out are "he didn't like to be told what to do" and to his perception be "put down infront of a one year old" (paraphrasing). OK, this is 1) exceedingly childlike and 2) projecting adult like thinking on a child. I think this is very telling psychologically. It shows under developed maturity, imo, and poor problem-solving which would be obvious.
I appreciate you stating this. I've researched "projecting adult traits onto children." You said it better than I could. Excellent post!!

We've all been speculating since day one and the infamous Cinnamon Bunscape. :D

It wouldn't shock me to see a gun involved, <her neighbor next door was actually out of town IIRC> with all the twists and chaos and cast of characters there has been in this case. Just one more business day.

Can we look into PF’s family. I would like to know what happened to his father. Are his siblings from the same father? Is Frazee his mother’s maiden name or his fathers last name? Not sure about the rules but if his sister tried to plant false information on WS seems we should be able to have some insight allowed. The questions could have all been answered and I missed them.

We're not allowed to sluth PF's family or KB's no.

No but I saw them there before.
This is my screenshot from the morning he was arrested. If his charges change, we will see a filing. This is just the jail record and what he was booked on.

No, that would be against TOS here, IMO. You are certainly free to sleuth away on your own, but none of that can be discussed here, IMO.

I don't think we know for sure that he picked up the baby every morning. The neighbor said the truck was there often, but we don't know what the arrangements were day to day. Imo
To be clear, that was assumption/speculation on my part, based on what the neighbor said (that she often saw a red truck there and a man picking up/dropping off a child). We're all speculating due to lack of many facts. Maybe Mama F picked up little K sometimes, who knows?

It's possible that she was killed afterwards, but it must have happened in her house, otherwise there would not have been evidence of her death in there.

Oh, I agree - I was thinking of him committing murder when he dropped her back off at home. Maybe baby K was with SF? All speculation of course; having this new info makes my thoughts fly off in different directions.

You're welcome. Meanwhile, here is the first article posted to the media thread on the morning of his arrest.

Patrick Frazee, fiancé of missing Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth, arrested for murder, solicitation to commit murder
Patrick Frazee, the fiancé of missing Colorado mother Kelsey Berreth, was arrested for first-degree murder and solicitation to commit first-degree murder Friday morning, nearly one month after Berreth vanished, police said.

I really don't think we are going to learn many new things on Tuesday.

and maybe since Colorado has a common law marriage law...if you coinhabit as a couple for 6 months, I believe, you're married in the eyes of the State; if you represent yourselves as being married, you're married. My health insurance company, Kaiser, held through my government employment, USGS, even recognized my partner for coverage a year after we hooked up, 24 years ago. So KB would've been smart to have a specific will about assets.

CB said that KB and PF "never lived together." I expect (?) that PF was not on her health insurance, but of course, I do not know.
