There's a huge homeless problem here for reasons I believe, but won't mention here. The last thing we need are more addicts who cannot get medical/mental health care, and homeless "campers" mussing up our waterways with stuff I wont say either, who won't go to the shelters --- on SHROOMS too. just mho as a resident.
