Judge Scott Sells rules in favor of Sheila Frazee’s refusal of testimony. Due to the sequestration order, she’ll have to exit the courtroom for the remainder of today’s hearing. But May is still pleading his case. @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee

If I was the judge I would have allowed her to take the stand because the Prosecution is right that she may and should have important evidence about dates of when KK was present, etc.

If SF wanted to take the 5th then she should have been made to take the 5th on each and every question posed to her while she sits in a witness box.

Commander Adams is going through already known details of the case, including the last time #kelseyberreth was seen in surveillance video from Safeway in Woodland Park on Thanksgiving Day. Also, confirmed #PatrickFrazee was the last one to hear from her.
