Nov 22nd phone records show 12:30 both phones show location at #KelseyBerreth apartment. Both phones were traveling together later that day. Later that evening phone towers showed both phones together again. @KKTV11News

   12:37 pm #kelseyberrth's car was seen on surveillance video going northbound. A vehicle matching #PatrickFrazee's vehicle description seen on several surveillance cameras. But an Arlo camera by #kelseyberreth's neighbor caught Kelsey and Frazee at her home.
