My question earlier was, where and WHEN did this dog finding take place. KK (or whoever she was pretending to be) they were her dogs found.

I believe it was all a hoax. Perhaps KK approached KB as if she was simply out thanking the neighborhood in general. I don't believe KB found KK's allegedly missing dog (i.e., phony dog).

According to authorities, KK said she lied about her identify when she approached KB.

   At this point, police had PF’s phone & records for his phone. Agents found PF called his mother around 4:24 p.m. They determined his phone pinged off a tower near Berreth’s townhome, heading west from there. @KOAA
   
   BBM - this is all on the Nov 22, correct? so if the ID phone number pinged near KB's townhome - wouldn't that mean KK was there? Assuming that is the only ID number LE cares about?
